Great work boot for a first responder. I've been using these for about a month now. I'm in cold and snowy Chicago, and I can say these have kept my feet warm and dry. Good support and don't feel like they are holding me down.

This is my second pair. I bought the first pair over 10 years ago and they are still in good shape but they have done their job. Love them.

I searched many web-sites and read many reviews and liked everything about this boot. My job has me 50% on a warehouse floor 12 hours most days and these boots are comfortable. I do have my own inserts to take pressure off the ball and heel of my foot, but these boots provide room in the toes and space for thicker socks. Nice soles and light weight for a safety toe boot. Everyone at work wants to know where I bought them. Great product, thank you!

I bought these and a pair of steel toe Keens, thinking the Keens would be more comfortable. The Timberland's are one of the more comfortable boots I have ever worn. After working in construction all day on my feet, I don't want to take them off when I get home. They are light weight, for boots, and relatively warm in ~20 degree weather, with the right socks. I now tend to lean towards putting these boots on even when I go out to the store or out in general. I'll be getting more! The price was good as well!

These are the first pair of steel toed boots that I've owned that are both 100% comfortable right out of the box and don't weigh 10lbs each! :) I'm very happy!

I worked on a trail crew in the Adirondacks for 5 months with these boots and they were great! Other crew members, also had timberland work boots and also loved them. These boots were durable through 5 straight months of hard work and hard wear. Good not only for working, but also comfortable enough to hike long distances-- I even like them better than the expensive hiking boots I have. Helped me stay on my feet hiking and carrying equipment up steep and slick wet rock faces. Kept my feet dry in rain and shallow water. Highly recommended!

What I love the most about this boots its very light. I work in a warehouse where I have to walk all day for 12+ hours a day and still no blister! If you're a size 8 try getting a size 7.5. I got a size eight since that's my size but when I got them they were kind of a little bigger but it's okay tho I still love my timberland!

I have used these boots as a park ranger, and now on my feet all day in a mega store, hauling heavy loads and using pallet jacks. At first at this new job, I just wore tennis shoes, then hiking boots. My feet were pins and needles and ached so badly I literally could not stand up once I got home. Then I put my "ranger" boots on. What a difference. These support my feet better than anything I've tried. I just ordered the boots in brown (perhaps they are a little different - I'm hoping they provide the same support). Timberland, you make great boots. Thank you!

I feel very safe in thsee shoes. I'm currently taking culinary classes and working in a deli, so most of my time spent in the kitchen I am surrounded by potential hazzards. With these shoes I don't have to worry about knives falling or soups and oil splashing. I only gave this shoe 4 stars for comfort because there is no shoe out there yet that can withstand my weekly schedule. Overall they're heavy duty, durable, and safe.

I bought these boots for use on a motorcycle, a very tall one where I could use an extra 1/2 inch on the sole of my boot. In addition to providing that, these oots were true to size and the leather is very supple making the boots comfortable as well. I am therefore giving them 5 stars!

I am very impressed with this boot. I have never worn steel toed work boots or work boots of any kind but I can honestly say these have so far lived up to the reviews I read. They were comfortable from day one. Light weight and easy on the feet. I am one week into wearing them and just now feeling a tiny discomfort which may only be the sock I'm wearing today. I am very happy with these boots so far.

I am in construction and have worn these boots for the last 8 years. You will not find a more comfortable and long lasting boot. I stand on concrete and ladders, I can work 10 hrs on these babies!
The fit is perfect for me and true to size. I have a narrow- medium foot with a narrow heal.

I need work boots with a protective toe. Men's work boots don't come small enough or are too wide, so after a few months your feet move about too much and get jammed against the protective toe area. These are designed for a women's foot. They look great. This is my third pair and the only reason I bout this pair was because I could not get the sole of my last pair repaired. The leather uppers wear well and the brown is a nice color.

I have problems with my feet and have trouble finding comfortable foot wear. These came in wide width, have a lot of room for your toes and are very cushy to walk in.

As a female powerplant engineer with a very feminine shoe size of 5.5, I have no options for safety shoes. The very few that are manufactured, come in a size 6 as the smallest size. As you can imagine, personal protective equipment stops helping you when it is oversized, and puts you at risk. The first day I wore these on the job, it was like I had them forever - they did not need to be broken it. The fit is snug and they are very stylish. I feel I can be taken more seriously than by noncomposite toe safety shoes that were pink and look like tennis shoes. The leather is great quality. I certainly recommend and hope Timberland makes a steel toe/waterproof/electrical hazard boot in the classic "yellow" color soon.

Just got back from 2nd field season on archaeological dig...these boots are the best! Protect toes from dropped stones...rugged wear on steep trails, inside caves, hauling gear and buckets...perfect. I always wear wool hiking socks in them, which keep my feet dry and cool even in hot desert climates (and dry fast when washed). I am replacing the insoles but the boots have another season or two left in them.

I'm on feet more than 12 hours and by far these have been the most comfortable boots I have found. If they were just a bit lighter they would be totally perfect. But love them.

I love them! They are so comfortable and I can fit my orthotics in them. No break in time. I wore them 14 hours the first day out of the box. Also, since they seem to run a bit large, I can wear big socks with them.

I also love Saucony sneakers for myself and Tsubo for my husband.

Awesome boot! Very comfortable fit. Light weight even though it is a steel shoe boot. Recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice work boot.

I bought these for the rainy season. Lots of room in the shoe for my toes, which is mostly what I was worried about. The trunk is a little stiff but I mostly sit at work so it's not too much of an issue. Also, the trunk rubs against my ankle so I wear thick tube socks to prevent blisters. I'm a little disappointed that the toe is already scuffed (it's been a little over a month) but I didn't check to see what material was used to make the shoe. Overall, I'm happy but probably won't buy another pair in the future. I'm not diggin' the stiff trunk and I've changed my mind and will go with a more feminine style next time.
