The reason I only gave one star so far is because I work in a warehouse and I can’t try them out there due to the return policy. So I don’t feel like rolling the dice and have my feet killing me by the end of the night. As far as the boot goes, it’s very nice looking, but the shoelaces are too short. I like the style, but again I am not allowed to test it out at work which is a hard cement floor, just walk around my house. I’m not walking 15 miles in my house.

The boots felt true to size and well made. As far as comfort, after one ten hour shift on concrete floors, I had blisters on my toes, all sides of my feet, and around the arch. They are significantly heavier than other steel toe boots I’ve had. A disappointment from Timberland to say the least.

I want start by saying I have worn Timberland products for 40 years, both work boots and hiking boots. Until I purchase this part of work boots I have never had a problem. I put them on and they fit perfectly and it's as if they were custom made for my feet.
This work boot does not fit right and hurts my feet. I cannot wear them to work. I have now gone back to a 3 year old pair for work. I contacted Timberland warranty service and they will not do anything. I don't want money back, just an exchange because I know there is something wrong with this boot. I am very disappointed in how customer service handled my case. Not sure these are real Timberland Pro Brand.

Ordered my boots online. One pair. When I received them, they were two different sizes.

Love my Timberlands For decades always dependable and comfortable....until now. The new shoes look the same but the fit is horrible. A size too small and too narrow. And for the price you think they could include shoelaces that are long enough to be tied. What a waste of money.

These boots are more of a medium/barrow width. I ordered the wide width. They are too tight. I will not be able to wear them all day. Also the laces that came with the boots are too short I can't lace them up all the way. I thought the titans were supposed to be the best.

ZERO STARS. These "work boots" do not even rate one star. Unfortunately the form will not allow me to be honest.
If you're looking for fashion boots that you do not intend to use for actual work, then these are for you.
However, if you are looking for sturdy shoes from ankle to sole, then, look elsewhere. The problem lies in the sole which is so thin and flimsy, I could feel the textured surface I was walking on! I could feel the contour of the shovel top as I pushed it into the dirt! That should not happen in a work boot. A work boot should feel supportive and give you confidence that, no matter the job, they won't fall apart. I could tell that soon the soles would wear through and fall off.
Not only would I not recommend them, I would suggest buying boots from another company. Timberland has gone downhill. These boots do not measure up.

I was so excited upon purchasing my Timberland Pros. I am disappointed at how heavy they are. By mid day I don't want to move, legs feel like weights. The souls turn rock hard in the snow, feel like walking on plastic. These boots make your feet so very hot. I work in a Hospital, working inside 80% of the time. I walk approx 4 kilometers a day. These are not made for women, the weight is exhausting by the end of the day. On a positive, they are well made.

I am on my second pair only because I was given a replacement pair when the soles split and fell apart after only 4 months! This pair has only lasted 6 months, needless to say I will NOT be buying a third pair! I am incredibly disappointed.

THESE BOOTS WERE A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT TO ME! I HAD BOUGHT A PAIR OF THE BLACK TITAN PROS A FEW YEARS AGO,THEY WERE THE MOST COMFORTABLE BOOTS THAT I HAD EVER WORN. FROM THE FIRST DAY THAT I WORE THESE BOOTS THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS. I HAD BRAGGED ON THEM TO ALL MY FELLOW WORKERS. THEN I ORDER THIS PAIR AND THEY WERE THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I DIDN'T MIND PAYING THE HIGHER PRICE OR THAT THEY WERE NOT WATERPROOF. I WILL NOT ORDER ANOTHER PAIR! HAVE YOU CHANGED SOMETHING IN THE WAY THEY ARE MADE? THANK YOU, CINDY PEARCY

Owned 3 pairs of these without any problems. This last pair causes blister on my right ankle each time. Very poor workmanship. Sorely disappointed with this purchase.
