Love 'em! First I will tell you what I wanted because these are absolutely perfect. I wanted a winter boot for apres ski that I could just slip into. I also wanted to walk the dogs in sub zero weather on icy roads. They had to be fully lined with fleecy or furry material. These are perfect. I usually wear between a size 7.5 to 8 and I bought the 8. They are roomy without being huge. They have a fuzzy plush material throughout (except the foot bed, I will get to that later). They feel like slippers. I can leave the laces pretty loosely tied so I can just slip in and out of them, but if I need them tighter (for dog walking) I can always cinch them down. They are classic Sorels with a clunky waterproof rubber foot, so they are not the height of fashion. They traction looks like it is going to be beefy and great for walking around in icy parking lots or getting pulled around by 100 pound dogs. Although the uppers are light colored I think they will do okay with the mud and dirt because of the black foot section, so they probably won't get too filthy looking. Ready for the super secret foot bed tip? Order a pair of those Ugg foot beds that are made of sheep skin. I popped the Sorel foot beds out and put the Ugg liners in, heavenly! Just as a note, I also ordered the Tivoli II and Glacy Explorer also. Neither was fully lined with plush furry material inside. You can look at the reviews I wrote, they were both okay but the Snow Angels won me over instantly!

I bought these several years ago to use for snow shoeing, and they have been absolutely perfect! Fit is wonderful, comfortable and warm. I get cold feet easily and I struggle with plantar fasciitis in both feet. Comfort has been perfect. I highly recommend this boot for snow or rain. I love the Sherpa lining and the thick tread. They are in great shape still. I only use them in the winter though. I hope you never discontinue these. I bought a 7, but I wear a 6 1/2 in shoes. Needed the extra toe space for thick socks. But I get cold feet remember. Love them!

This is my third winter with these nifty gems. They still look as new as when they arrived at my front door over two years ago! I ordered the "root beer" color. They run pretty true to size. I am an 8 and ordered an 8, but could have done with 8.5 for wearing extra thick socks, since they are a snow boot. They are just a little snug with a super heavy sock, but they are not so tight as to keep me from wearing the heavy socks. However,they are so warm and toasty that I really don't need the heavier sock. They were comfy right out of the box! Love the style and get compliments when I wear them. They are super cute with skinny jeans, cords, etc. I even wear them to work (I'm a teacher!) on super cold, snowy days. I was inspired to write this review because I live in the Midwest and we just got slammed a few days ago with the actic vortex and are still digging out. I have worn them every day this week when going out, and feel so fortunate to have them. I feel secure walking on the slick walkways. I put on my insulated snow pants and pull the elastic leg cuffs over them and my feet stay warm and dry while tromping around in over a foot of snow. Even after getting damp, the fur stays nice. Be careful if you wear dark jeans over them, because the first season I wore them, some of the blue wore off on the fur. I took a Shout wipe and the blue came off. This was one of the best purchases I have made and I look forward to many more winters wearing these boots.

I absolutely LOVE these boots. They are so comfortable even on long days walking around Tokyo. They keep my feet snug and warm. They are also incredibly cute. I am all smiles.

GREAT FOOTWEAR! I bought a pair last year, and it is cozy warm and more important excellent on walking on these Crazy Arkansas weather...ice, sleet, snow, and freezing rain. With foot edema on occasion, it is good to expand or tighten up with the strings.

These are as great as most people say and I made mine even better. Zappos sells Ugg sheepskin insoles and I replaced the Sorel insoles with these so feet are completely surrounded by soft sheepskin... divine! they may a bit short in deeper snow but that's what gaiters are for.

I just received my boots and I love them. They are warm and comfortable. They are also true to size. I'm patiently waiting for my cold weather so i can wear them. I am happy with my boots. Thanks Sorel and Thanks Zappos.

Love these boots! I wear I size 10, I ordered a 10. They feel very comfortable I have just the right amount of room to be able to wear thick socks. I also have what I considered thick ankles and wide feet. I would definitely recommend these boots.

I have a size 10.5 and I ordered a 11. I wear heavy socks so my feet stay warm it hasn't been to cold out yet but its coming fast. I did wear around house and I like them. The fit is right on they make by big feet appear to be smaller. That's a plus for me. And they are really adorable so I can write another review in a month or two, thank you. Dana

Love these boots! I get compliments on them every time I wear them. Very comfortable, keep my feet warm and dry. And there was no 'break in' period. I may get shearling inserts; that way I can go sockless.

Love these boots! Originally wanted Uggs until I found out (thanks to reviews) that they can't be worn in snow. I needed something for walking in snow, shoveling, etc. These are perfect. I walk the dogs in them all the time. They give better than average traction on ice -- you can still slip, but they're made to use in rough weather. They have held up nicely to lots of snow and slush and still look brand new. I wear them without socks and my feet stay comfy and warm. Highly recommend.

I bought these boots for my college daughter. She absolutely loves them! They not only keep her feet warm and dry, but are stylish too. She has received so many compliments while wearing them. Excellent purchase!

Great boots, nice style, and lacing is easy to do in a hurry as described by others. I have wide feet, but am pleased that the toe box is roomy and fits well. Though the boots are reported good to 15 or 20 below, my feet do still get very cold, even at 10-15 above. Still, the boots are very comfortable for walking, playing, working...keep snow out...everything I wanted.

After two tries with another brand just to get a comfortable fit, I didn't expect these to work either. I have a really high instep, so side zip boots are often too tight on the top of my foot. Because these are laceup, that dilemma was solved. I got them for a trip up to Alaska, and my feet were toasty warm the whole time. They are a little clunky to do a lot of walking in, but overall a very comfortable fit and sound purchase.

These are the best boots I've ever owned. They keep my feet so warm I don't need to wear socks. My feet never get wet. I love these boots!

Love these boots. They are like a new set of snow tires on ice and snow. Originally I ordered the Snow Angel zip and they were tight and tiny, got the lace boots in the same size and they're perfect. My comfort issue is that they are quite heavy and the laces don't like to stay tied in a bow - try a knot on the side...these Sorels rock!

These boots are incredibly comfortable, with thick fleece lining throughout. I'd recommend at least a half size larger than you normally get, to allow room for thicker socks with the lining.

I love these snow boots, they are very warm and comfortable. They also look really cute with jeans. I hate having cold feet when I am outside, and these are perfect to keep them warm, even in snow and ice. The size is big enough to wear thick socks, but since it laces up they fit fine with normal socks too.

These are by far the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. As soon as I slipped my foot into the first boot, I knew they were keepers! I'll be taking them to Iceland in a few days and have no doubt that they'll stand up to the elements there and will be super comfortable to walk around in as well. I'd definitely recommend these boots!

Bought these boots for a recent trip to Mount Snow, Vermont. I was looking for a practical boot that looked cute. This boot was both! They are comfortable, cute, warm, waterproof, etc. and provided good traction. I would recommend.

Sorel's Snow Angel Lace - Very pleased with this boot. It is warm and comfortable. Has great traction for walking in icy conditions. It is also easy to get on and off.
