This shoe has a tapered toe box on BOTH sides. Didn't accommodate my toes well at all. They felt too squeezed together. I had had high hopes for this shoe, based on other reviews.

I usually order the Progrid Integrity but thought I'd give these a try. I've been wearing them almost daily for a month and they are still too tight, too narrow and squeak, squeak, squeak. To call these "sneakers" would be a misnomer! You will not sneak up on anything wearing these. It's embarrassing. I'm really disappointed in the fit and the noise. I'm going back to my Progrids.

I work long hours on my feet so comfort is a must. Initially they were very comfortable but pretty soon I started having pain on my feet, that’s a sure sign I need to replace them. It was surprising they lasted such a short time, comfort was the only reason why I got them.

The heel and length of this shoe fit nicely. However, the toe area is too wide. I had to return them.

I purchased these 9 months ago, they were great. Comfortable and had really good support, but they already feel broken down. Replacing them with a different brand.

I was encouraged by my fellow arthritis sufferers who raved about it. Sturdy, well padded shoe for sure; however, I find it too "pointy" in the toe box, and it felt narrow to me in the bunion area. After several times of yet trying it again, I ended up with a foot pain that is still hard to tolerate, after several weeks. It goes to the thrift store -- maybe someone will find it comfortable.

Disappointed in the shoe. Seems that Saucony has downgraded their quality in the last half year. For the past several years, was always pleased with their shoes.

I needed a comfortable shoe in a wide width for work; I have to stand on my feet for about 2 hours continuously. This shoe, although being a walking shoe, felt very stiff around the ankle at first an needed some time to break in. Even though I've had it for a while it's still quite stiff, and my heels hurt after wearing it.

Sorry to be a spoiler; but, I'm not really happy with this shoe. I've worn it to my health care job several times, trying several types of insoles as well as the ones that came with the shoes, of course. My feet have always ached by the end of my 8 hour shift with these. I have normal feet with a high arch. Think I'll go back to New Balance.

I was just looking for a basic black sneaker for casual wear. I decided to return these because I was worried that the all-leather style would be too hot in the summer. The leather texture was a little too pebble-like for my tastes. The toe box was a little too pointy, which doesn't work for my duck feet. My heel was a little too narrow for this shoe, too. I thought they'd make my huge feet (10 1/2 D) look smaller, since they are all black. They somehow made my feet look hideous and huge. Overall, these would be great if you need an all-black all-leather sneaker for work, and if your feet aren't humongous in the front like mine are.

Very comfortable but a little clodhopper-ish - These sneakers are super comfortable and roomy for my Fred Flintstone feet. They are a bit bulky and unfashionable though. They make my feet look really big.

Nice look but... I like the look of this shoe. It is soft and cushioned well but... the arch is too far back. The arch hurts the front part of my heel and my feet hurt after wearing them and standing for short periods of time.

Don’t know what happened. I was wearing these shoes for walking for almost 3 months. I alternate with another pair of Saucony walkers that are 2 years old. They still feel great. The arch support and stability on these were perfect. Roomy toe box. Suddenly, the left shoe started to squeak and the shoes are tight. A blister started to form on my left fourth toe. My body hasn’t changed. I’m so disappointed now with these shoes.

Been wearing these for several years now..this pair was smaller and uncomfortable...I will not be ordering them again.

I really wanted to like these shoes and ordered them a half size larger based on returning another pair of Saucony, size 11's. The toe box was extremely narrow and the shoe itself was very short. I typically wear a size 11 but these 11.5's were much too short. Disappointed.

Ugly as sin. Nothing special about the shoe in terms of comfort or support. And so ugly. Know there are eqaul if not better shoes out there with a bit of style. Returned immediately.

My foot is wide, I know that, but when I read how nice and roomy the toe box was on this shoe I expected that the shoe would fit my wide foot. The shoe was extremely uncomfortable and impossible for me to use for walking. If you have a truly wide foot, I would not recommend this shoe. Also, it was very stiff and uncomfortable

My daughter received this shoe August 9th. Wore it for two months and the heel fell off. The narrow fit was fine, but the shoe did not hold up.

Ordered these to help with heel pain, as the reviews claimed they had good arch support, and they do. Problem with the shoe is after several days of wearing they started to squeak. Like the shoe, but the squeak is annoying.

So disappointed! I really wanted to love these. When I tried them on at home they felt amazing, but then, on my first outdoor walk, the plastic heel cup cut into my heel and caused massive blisters. So painful! It's like it curves inward? I have normal feet and zero foot problems, wear almost all other brands just fine. I really don't know why I had a problem with these when so many other customers gave rave reviews. Kudos to Zappos customer service for working with me on these. Zappos rocks!

If you need a wide toe box or even a round toe box, even in D width, this shoe has a narrow toe box. Don't even try it. I have mortons neuromas and need room in the toe, ask any podiatrist they will tell you that most of us need more room there regardless. Like all the other shoe companies they are making shoes more narrow. Why? Those of us with problem feet are having an awful time finding a shoe that fits, we do not care what the shoe looks like. I have a normal, almost narrow foot, but need a round roomy toe box. So I order D width, then the heel slips up and down because it's too big. And even with D width, the shoe is still too pointed or narrow at the toe. Have tried 8 different shoe companies now. My go to shoe was the Brooks Ghost and they have ruined that shoe cutting corners with materials and messing with the fit. If I find the hold grail shoe, I am buying 8 pairs of it because this is so aggravating and hard. SIGH.

The support of this shoe is amazing. I fit was perfect.

I love these shoes, they're super comfortable. I have Taylor bunions and these are wide enough even with my orthotics (I pronate). For the money they are my go to shoes for walking, gardening any activity. I wear a size 6 which is hard to find in wide widths, I take a D-wide.

These shoes were great. I wish you sold them now. I tried the Omni walkers and they were not nearly as good.

Since this was discontinued, I am having a miserable time finding a new shoe to replace my old favorites.
