It took awhile - I bought these and the first time I wore them I got the hugest blood blister on my heel that I have ever seen. Once the blister went away, I tried again and a smaller blister came back. I wore them outside, so I couldn't return them. I bought some heel cup insoles to put in them. Now they are great. I hated spending this much money on a shoe to only have to buy insoles (a personal pet peeve of mine), but all is well that ends well.

Comfy Shoe out of the Box - I have wide, size 5.5 feet with bunions. I own my own restaurant and am on my feet 85 hours a week. My feet have been tired and sore while I've been on a 2 year search for a good shoe. This one works well! And there was no break in needed; they fit right out of the box. Kudos to Zappos for stocking shoes sizes most retails have quit carrying!

Saucony Grid Omni Walker the BEST!!! I have very wide feet with bunions that usually don't bother me but make it very difficult to find good fitting shoes that remain comfortable after wearing for long periods of time. I have recently begun going on long walks (4-5 miles each time) and whereas my previous walking shoes were causing blisters these shoes do not & are extremely comfortable the entire time I'm walking. I would by another pair in a heart beat & highly recommend them for women with wide feet & who are active.

Fantastic shoes - I called last night and they are here today! I did not know whether to order medium or wide width- the nice man encouraged me to order both and return, at no expense of course, the other pair. The wide width is perfect! I have a new volunteer job that requires white shoes and a lot of walking. I am thrilled with this shoe and its comfort for my aging feet!! Thank you Zappos!

Clunky but comfy - I'm on my feet all day and my legs don't ache anymore. They seem a bit wide but true to size. I will definitely be purchasing more of these shoes.

Great shoe! These shoes are very comfortable. I walk in them and I exercise in them. They have good support, great arch support, and I found them to be true to size. I have bad knees and these seem to absorb the shock of walking and exercising pretty good.

Work and Europe! I have a job where I stand 8 hours daily and I wore these on a 2 week trip to Italy (lots of walking). These shoes required no break-in period, provide excellent arch support and were extremely comfortable.

Excellent - I have a lot of problems with my feet; these are the best shoes I have found in a long time. I will purchase another pair. I have to wear black shoes to work.

Great for people who are on there feet - I have worked in retail for 20yrs. This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I walk about 10 hours a day and my feet never hurt. If you want comfort and not style they are the best.

Excellent Walking Shoe--Convenient Online Shopping/Delivery - These were exactly what I wanted, and it was far more convenient to find a "WIDE" pair of shoes online than shopping at a bunch of brick and mortar stores. They are very well made, with strong arch and heel support. They are an absolute pleasure to walk in.

I love my new shoes! I am very pleased, overall, with the Saucony Omni walking shoe. I find them extremely comfortable with just the right amount of cushioning and support. They also have a generously accommodating toe box and, per other reviews, they do tend to run a 1/2 size small- I generally take an 8, but went with the 8 1/2.i really have no complaints about them or Zappos- I love my new shoes!

Just as expected - I bought theses shoes because of rating from Consumer Reports magazine. These shoes are everything I expected, will definitely continue to buy this brand. The shoes are very true to size. I was also very pleased with service from Zappos. Will definitely buy shoes from this site again.

Excellent Shoe - I almost sent this shoe back when I first received it because it had little specs of white on it. I thought it may have occurred during the manufacturing process because when I tried to wipe if off, the specs didn't budge. Once I tried to shoe on though, I was amazed at how comfortable and supportive they are. If you have problems with your feet (heel pain, in need of arch support, etc.), give this shoe a try. I usually wear an 8WW, but in this shoe an 8 1/2 WW was the perfect fit.

Extremely good walking shoe - I use this shoe for walking aerobics. This is the most comfortable shoe I've had. It's very cushioned and functional.

A god send - I struggle on a daily basis with flat feet, have very expensive inserts and have a tough time finding a shoe that will be comfortable with the insert, and the Saucony feels great, they look like my feet are boats but feel good... I am on my feet all day for work, healthcare, and when my feet hurt, it goes to my knees and then to my hips, luckily I have not had a back problem yet... I have a couple of other pairs of shoes also meant for inverted ankles, but they cannot be worn with the insert in the shoes, they are too uncomfortable... Orthotic inserts are hard enough to get used to but, then shoes with inserts are even harder, the Saucony have taken the pain away...

Great shoes - These have been comfortable from the moment I put them on. The shoe base is stable and is the best shoe for working outside in cold weather. I ordered a half size larger and put my orthodics in and they are perfect.

The search is over!!! I work long hours on my feet. I could not even begin to tell you in a 1000 words of my discomfort and my searching for the perfect shoe. I have paid $200 for a pair of Z-Coils but nothing compares to Saucony's. I wear the Hurricane 7 and 8 in the warm weather and they are wonderful. Winter is here so I needed something a little warmer without cooking my feet. This is my perfect winter shoe. These are as comfortable as my Hurricanes. Great Shoe - The most comfortable shoe I ever walked on.

A comfortable walking shoe - I took this shoe on a cruise with me. I put them on for the first time when I went on a walking tour. Much to my surprise, I was quite comfortable. The shoes were very roomy. I am not too fond of how big the shoe looks. I wear size 11 and when I looked down it was like WOW! Other than that this is a wonderful shoe and I will look for more made by this company.
