These shoes were so comfortable at first but less than a month after buying them, they squeak loudly.

Saucony Grid Omni Walker W - I was disappointed with the heel stability of the shoe. I am returning it. After less than a month, the heel on the right was worn on the inside which made my ankle roll laterally. Other than that it had plenty of cushion and good arch support. Maybe there was a defect with this shoe.

Material very stiff, did not feel like leather at all. No give, the material felt like very cheap vinyl. Only had them on for a short while, my feet hurt when I took them off. Sending back.

I have wide feet and normally wear a "W" width in a size 10 women's. This is one of the first shoes I've thrown away rather than continue wearing. My one foot hurts so bad after wearing this shoe. I think if I had gotten a wider width it would have helped. Oddly I've bought other Saucony shoes in the same size/width and had no problems.

I ordered my usual size, 7.5 Wide. Unattractive and not comfortable. Was looking for a comfortable walking shoe for treadmill walking. I knew at the time of my order that the shoes are not good looking, but was willing to overlook it for comfort and support. The toe box is not wide enough. And the shoe has a stiff area on the inner heel area which presses against my foot. On a positive note, the footbed does feel supportive. These are going back.

These shoes were longer than my size 7 New Balance shoes and they left me with too much room to slide back and forth. It might be that my other shoes run small. It is hard to guess what size I need when ordering on-line. They felt too narrow and there was not enough room in the toe box for my feet. I have always had what I believe is called hammer toes, so my feet are very short (measuring 5.5 in length), but very wide. If my toes went out flat instead of curling, I would be a 6.5 to 7, so I buy that size. I sometimes buy a boys size 5 because they are wider. I had hoped these might be a women's shoe with width and room in the toes, but I was disappointed.

These are the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever owned. I would return them if I still had the box.

I ordered these as they were recommended for flat feet. They are not wide enough and the material does not give so my bunions would get worse

So disappointed after reading so many positive reviews. These shoes are not comfortable for me. The left one feels fine but the right one feels terrible. I tried three different pairs - regular and wide in two different sizes. In all of them, the arch support in the right shoe bit into the side of my foot making it painful to wear them. Too bad. I am going back to Keen shoes.

I was expecting good things for these shoes, and for most this might be it. For me I found the support to be excessive. I have flat feet and excessive support just results in rubbing and blisters.

I was looking for a black pair of sneakers for work. Unfortunately, the reviews let me to believe this shoe would be ok for heel spurs and bunions. That was not the case (for me). The shoe is a very hard shoe and was not at all comfortable for my feet. The heel back pressed right into where my heel spurs act up and there was no way I would be able to walk in these shoes. They were on and off my feet and back in the box so fast ... I did get some Vionic sandals in the same order and they have a great arch. For sneakers, I guess I will go back to my Saucony Sky Walk (they are a 'softer' built heel and memory foam foot bed) and keep searching for an alternative.

This is my third pair of these shoes. Sadly they have changed them and they are no longer comfortable. The toe box is more narrow, and the insole hits in a funny way that causes foot pain.

These shoes are very narrow in the toe area. They also run about a half size too small. This is the first time that I had to return a pair of wide width shoes because they were too narrow for my feet. I am very disappointed that these didn't work for me because they appeared to have excellent support.

I bought these based on the reviews. They are not as I expected. I wore these for a 13 hour shift on my feet and was in pain half way through the shift. I typically love Sauconys but these fell short for my needs. And I cannot even return them because I wore them. I am bummed. I am an assistant general manager at a casual dining restaurant so shock absorbing is key! The arch support was fine but the balls of my feet were in pain.

I bought this shoe in August, it was perfect. So I bought a 2nd pair in October, and what happened? The right shoe is too high at the ankle and rubs my ankle; the padding in that area has hard ridge like substances that rub against my foot. Very disappointed, maybe I received a defective shoe. The left shoe is perfect, so I am mystified...

Disappointed! The heel is too big, so my heel slops around. The arch support provided doesn't support. Tried an insert, and that didn't work. These shoes felt "clunky". I have Saucony Omni 11 ProGrid Runners that fit like a dream.

This shoe is too narrow in toebox for people with narrow feet... I have a AAAA heel and narrow feet the entire length however in narrows this company simply made the last narrow all the way to toes...no one is that narrow in toes...seems comfortable for walking...have to return!

I love Saucony; however, this shoe runs a bit narrow even in the wide width. I bought a half size bigger to compensate, but now the arch is off. Would not recommend the wide for someone with a wide foot. Also, a bit heavy.

I've been buying Saucony for many years. I'm a fan, but I wish I'd returned these before wearing them outside. Heel cushion is not good. Hard as a rock. Bottom line: when I get home from work, I can't wait to take these off. I'll be sending these off to Goodwill.

These shoes were suppose to be medium width had to double check the shoe box, because they were too narrow, and the picture online that was shown the toe box looked like it was round, but as soon as I saw the shoes that I ordered the toe was pointed, back they go.
