I am 67 years old and have severe idiopathic neuropathy as well as a Morton's neuroma, and other foot issues in both my feet and have been looking for a good walking shoe that I could walk in for at least 30 minutes a day without eventual crippling pain. I ordered the Saucony Grid Omni Walker and the Saucony Progrid Integrity ST2 to try. I have always worn a narrow shoe, and have a narrow heel, but decided to try a medium shoe this time as the toe box feels too narrow on my older narrow shoes now. I found I can wear both of these and keep the heel from slipping if I use the uppermost holes at the ankle for lacing. I will be returning the Grid Omni walker because the toebox is still pretty narrow and confining and very stiff with very little give, which I need for the neuropathy. The Progrid Integrity feels much better on my feet with my particular issues, with more give throughout the shoe and especially in the toebox, so I don't feel like my toes are being held in a vise. I also like the fact that I was able to order it in the stone color, which is much more attractive than white, especially on my huge size 11 feet. I plan to keep this pair. I may update this review at some point when I have a better idea of how they will wear over time.

Cute shoes but my arches were tired after wearing them around the house. I think they needed orthopedic insoles. The problem with shoes that TRY to help with arch support is that they fail to provide a deep heel cup for the foot to fully rest in and not just get pushed out on a angle. This is way too common of a problem. :(

The Saucony Omni Walker is a nice looking shoe but the size 6 wide was a bit snug in the width. I have arthritis & extensor tendonitis in my left foot. The Omni Walker seemed to pull my foot & ankle when I walked & I felt like my feet were turning over to the outside. I sent these back & ordered the Progrid Integrity which were perfect size-wise & also were kind to my left foot.

I normally wear 7.5 wide, but these were too narrow in the toe area for me. I have purchased other Saucony shoes, and loved them, but these just were not comfortable.

Been buying this type shoe for years but this time inside left side of shoe made my foot tilt to the right arch of my foot. Very uncomfortable. Had to return.

This shoe fits, but the top of the toe box dips down too far. It presses on the top of my foot, and I need to wear a band aid around the cuticle of my big toe in order for it not to rub. I was disappointed after reading all the good reviews about people with orthotics having plenty of room for them in this shoe. Mine extend to beneath my toes, and there is not enough room for them to be comfortable. At least, not yet. I will keep them, wear band aids, and hope they break in better. I normally order New Balance and most often do not have any trouble with them, but they only last for a season before becoming totally shot. I ordered these hoping they would wear better. They will have to break in better, and wear better than the New Balance before I would ever reorder a pair of these.

sturdy but very heavy.

These sneakers are only good once worn in. This new pair hurts so I can't wear them. My last pair lasted only about 5 months of walking/casual use. The sole is completely worn off on one side on each sneaker (feels like 25-40% sideways decline). They do fit with orthotics. As they get worn, they look shabby at the threading. The sale price isn't bad, but having to break them in won't work and since I know the bottoms will wear off soon, I'm going to return them and look for a different brand with a better sole.

The shoe felt clumsy and heavy so I returned it.

y first impression was that the toes seemed pointed instead of a more rounded toe. Put them on and fit seemed accurate and very comfortable. Got up to walk and felt like I would be rolling my ankle. Guess I've gotten too used to New Balance with stability control and roll bar. Unfortunately I will be returning these, though I had such high hopes.

Made my feet hot, although they do prevent over pronation. The manufacturer need to put more holes in the shoe for better air circulation. My feet always itched at the end of the day. Foot powder helped a little but cleaning your feet before retiring helped.

I really wanted to like these as I have heard such good things but it just didn't happen. They were too tight through the toes, there was absolutely no movement and it felt like I was standing on concrete. :-( Back they went.

This shoe has excellent ratings on all sites but it did not feel comfortable to me. My heel slipped and the shoe was just not for me.

I wanted to like this shoe with its wide width, roomy toe box, narrow heel. But, it's cut so high on the sides that the top of the shoe grinds my slightly swollen (from metal plates after surgery) ankle. Also, sadly, it just wasn't comfortable or supportive enough no matter what style or grade of insole I used. Will return to buying Brooks.

I ordered this shoe based on the good reviews that said it had a lot of cushioning but it felt hard and uncomfortable to me. The arch support felt like a bar under my foot which is unusual for Saucony shoes which I have worn in the past. These look good but feel bad. Too sad because I need a good walking shoe.

I bought these in hopes I would still be able to stand at the end of the day with my rheumatoid arthritis. They were not cute, I was buying them simply for comfort and based on reviews. In my opinion, they were not worth the money. They did not help at all and I feel like my legs and feet hurt more wearing them. I gave them a week of use and I am not satisfied. They may work for others but they certainly didn't for me.

This shoe is basically comfortable, but I found that after wearing it for several hours, it really bothers the neuroma I have in one foot. Great shoe for someone without issues, but if you have a neuroma, please know that the shoe toe is narrower than it appears or feels at first try.

These should be wonderful shoes, but they're not. They aren't that comfortable or well-built, despite being Sauconys. After a few blocks you realize they aren't very supportive. Either spend less for shoes like this, or spend more for some that are more supportive and better made.

I ordered this shoe in a wide but it was definitely not. I tried to wear it with regular socks and had problems with tightness across the arch of both my feet. A very nice shoe if it fits.

These had good arch support and the foot bed was stable and comfortable. The top of the shoe felt a little stiff across the toes. Ordered larger size because my ideal size is never in stock in white but had to return as shoe felt too long and too narrow.

These Saucony Grid Omni Walkers are not a true wide width. Sadly I need to return them.

These were good walking shoes with some drawbacks. The size and cushioning were excellent. Arch support could have been better. I have extremely high arches. The side of the shoe rubbed my ankle when I would suddenly have to stop or turn quickly while out walking with my dog Tarura.

Ordered this along with Asics GT-200 and Gel-Cumulus 17 as well as another Saucony Ride 8. This was by far the stiffest and heaviest of the 4 I ordered. I wear super narrow size 12 womens. I ended up keeping the Gel-Cumulus - super comfortable.
