My 9 year old grandaughter asked for a new pair of vans for her birthday and these were adorable. Vans are a very well made, sturdy and comfortable slip on. A great play shoe that holds up well and is easy to slip on for kids who don't like to tie their shoes. These are really cute with the 2 halves of the butterfly imprinted on them yet dark enough not to show the dirt the kids manage to get in to. Good flat grippy soles as well. She loves them!

These were a gift for my niece who has worn them every day since she's received them. According to her they are super comfy... according to me, they are super cute and girlie.

Vans seem to run quite big but once you know that you can adjust accordingly. My daughter plays hard and is very rough on shoes. After the second time she wore them, the canvas beta to separate from the front of the shoe. Also they get dirty really fast because of the color but if none of this is of any consequence to you, the. It's a great shoe.

These are great shoes! They are replacing my Vans that I wore out from last year. I ordered my normal size 3½ and they are half a size too big, so a 3 should fit perfectly.

These are very cute, but they run very big. I would say they run 2-3 whole sizes bigger than expected. For example: my daughter has Nike running sneakers in a 10. She needs to go up a size. So I got 11 in these and they are huge. 11 in other shoes are just fine. They are way bigger, so order down.

These definitely run big. I decided to keep them for my daughter because she thinks they are super cute and comfortable. She cannot wait until she grows into them and can wear them.

Can't say enough great about these shoes. Daughter loves how easy they are to slip on and they look super cute. These do run a whole size large. We had ordered before and so knew this in advance but ORDER A FULL SIZE DOWN. As long as you stick to that rule, these are great shoes.

My 8 year old daughter loved these, but after trying them on she decided she did not want to keep them because her sock shows. In other words the top of the shoe does not come up very far so there is a lot of sock showing when wearing the footie socks. Too bad because we both agreed they were adorable.

Actually has arch support! My daughter with average width (maybe a tad wide) foot has always liked Vans. This new group has moderate arch support. I was shocked. Well made. They seem to run a half size bigger. My daughter wears an 11 and I got her the 11 and they are a bit big but she still wears them. She picked out the White ones (sigh) with butterfly. Very cute! Just hope I can keep clean.

I loved this shoe and so did my 6 year old, so cute and well made. The only reason I had to return it was sizing. My daughter is a 12 1/2; I ordered a size 1 which was a whole size to big. I sent them back for 12 1/2 no room to grow. So I guess we will try again when she is a 1.

These Vans are so adorable, and my daughter loves them. I originally ordered a size 13.5, but they were too big. The same day, I called and ordered a size 13. I must say I was pleased to receive the shoes within 2 days.

Very cute shoe but they sure do run big. I agree with other reviewers to order a whole size smaller.

My 10 year old daughter picked out these sneakers and she absolutely loves them! She said they're very comfortable. Two things about these sneakers though. One is that she has a lot of room in the back and because they're wide and don't have laces, they slip off her feet a little bit. Not enough to make her trip or anything, just enough to irk me a little bit. The other is that she is very slim and because they are so wide, don't know how good they'll look when she's wearing shorts. They look really nice with her jeans though.

These shoes are so cute. My daughter absolutely loves then. I can barely keep them off her feet. There is still plenty of toe room for growth...which is great for any kid. Everything arrived very quickly. I am a Zappos convert for sure.

For the price of this shoe, this is a great choice. My daughter loves the design. She goes through shoes very fast and I will for sure be buying more.

These shoes look absolutely adorable and my 5 year old daughter loves them. They seem to run a big large - she wears close to an 11 but those fell off her feet. I re-ordered in 10.5 and they are still big in the back. I would go down at least half a size, maybe a full size since they do stretch with wear. Durable soles, fun shoes.

Adorable shoes! Really cute in person. Daughter (5 years) loves 'em. They do run one half size too big. I found this out by ordering the right size for her, having it be way too big, then ordering a whole size down and having it fit tightly. Luckily we love the shoe so we'll keep the big pair until she grows into them. The shoe also seems to be narrow.

My daughter enjoys the comfort and fit of the Vans purchased. They are convenient slip-on and the Hello Kitty design makes it even more popular for a 10 year old!

This is the shoe my daughter chose when school shoe shopping. The fudge dripping onto the heel is creative, and the front brown rubber strip is nice and thick, which is great for kids like my daughter who inexplicably manage to wear down and scuff the front of their shoe first. The shoe is sturdy, almost to the point of clunky, but it is solidly constructed and will take a beating. I found it ran a little wide and large for the size, and I've indicated that below.
