These were comfortable but the front of the shoe is so wide it looks rather bizarre. I am returning them for that reason.

These shoes are huge! They seriously look like clown shoes on. So disappointed. I'm sure they would be comfortable and they are well made but they are way to big and wide. They really looked ridiculous on my feet. Sadly, I will be returning them.

Construction was nice and comfortable, but I just did not like the style at all. The toe is really boxy and clunky, made me feel like I was wearing clown shoes - probably just a personal preference! I usually wear a women's size 9, and it came a little bit big on me. Had to return. Zappos is wonderful - they make returns a breeze!

The heel slipped up and down when walking. I tried this both with and without my orthotic inserts and even went down a half size to see if that would solve the problem.

I am sold on Keen and own 7 pairs of various types (hiking boots, shoes, sandals). I bought the Presidio to replace my previous Keen work shoes. I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts. I had only worked 6 shifts in these shoes and the left one was squeaking and the right one had stitching already coming loose. Maybe it was just that particular pair of shoes, but I don't want another pair of Presidios. Very disappointed in these shoes.

I thought these shoes would be a nice alternative to tennis shoes or hiking shoes but they were very bulky and masculine. Not my taste at all. That being said, they were comfortable but not as cushy on inside as I would hope. I'm a huge Keen fan but these didn't feel as nice as the sandal styles do.

The inside of the upper heel, by the ankle is now made of irritating fabric rather than soft leather and the shoestrings are an ugly tan color, which I could have replaced, but will send these back because of the uncomfortable heel. What a disappointment.

I loved this shoe until they started to squeak. Now they make so much noise I am embarrassed to wear them!

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever bought. My feet feel like I am walking directly on the concrete. There does not seem to be any arch support or cushion in the soles.

Waterproof?? I think not. I ordered this shoe for a trip to Europe. I wanted shoes that would be comfortable, waterproof, and slip proof. These shoes, although claiming to be all 3, were not. The shoes were comfortable enough and look ok, but that's where the good ends. My socks were sopping wet and my feet were pruny after just a couple of hours walking (it had snowed lightly the day before so I was walking in approximately 2 inches of snow). The water seemed to seep in at the toe and on the sides. The shoes were not slip proof either, although I think the exact wording of the ad is "oil slip proof." I did not walk in oil, but I did walk in rain and snow, and had one or two humiliating falls because I slipped. I expected more from a $100 shoe.

Ugly color - These were so much cuter online than in person. They fit well and were still comfy but the color and look of these truly were hideous. I couldn't imagine walking around town with these on so back they went.

My old Keens have great arch support. These do not so sent them back.

Very disappointed in the insoles, I have purchased these shoes for many years and the website showed the same insert that I have bought over the years,, but when I receive the product, it was a total cheaper version and was not what I was leading to believe I ordered, this insole was not comfortable at all

Not even close to the same style of a few years ago. The fit was much wider and shorter, the comfort was like a cardboard box, very still uppers. Styling was not as attractive in past Presidio models. Will not buy this brand again, even tho I had 4 pairs from years ago that fit perfectly and were soft and comfortable.

Stiff and very uncomfortable.

WHY such stiff leather? Short laces. Start making "D" width shoes instead of cutting down to save money. $150 is not worth it.

The most uncomfortable shoes. I really tried to wear them in. They hurt my feet so much.

These have no support. The insoles are awful, not how they once were. I wrote the company about the insoles and they said I could purchase the origional insoles for $25. They do not make them like they used to. The insoles are hard. These keen shoes are no longer a great product. I have been buying these same shoes for every other year for over 10 years. I sent these back and will never buy Keen shoes again.

I have bought these shoes every other year for over ten years, but now they have changed them. They have replaced the insoles with a very hard cheap product. When I wrote the company, they told me that I could purchase the better insoles that once were in the Keen Presidio shoes. These shoes were extremly uncomfortable and hurt my feet. I will not be buying Keen anymore. They are no longer the good shoes they once were.

The tongue was too long and shaped wrong. It protruded all the way to the front of my ankle and pressed into it. Totally unacceptable. I am returning.

The shoe felt very stiff and heavy. The materials didn't give with your foot.

Tongue stiff and rubbed, ill-fitting because my heel didn't go to the back of the shoe, style changed...heavy and clunky compared to my old black presidios, which had more suede.

Like many other reviewers, I am a former wearer of the Keen Presidio. Several years ago, I bought my first pair and fell in love with the perfect arch support, soft leather, wide toe box and overall comfort. It was a deep fit shoe that accommodated swelled feet or orthotics. This redesign is horrible! It doesn’t have the supple leather anymore. The arch is off and they’ve cheapened the material. The toe box is painfully small; if you have a wide foot or bunions, don’t waste your time. Keen has ruined a great shoe that so many of us wore years ago. We didn’t buy it for its looks, we bought it for comfort and because not all of us have the perfect Cinderella foot. Keen, you blew it! Thank you, Zappos, for giving fast shipment and easy returns.

I did not order the "Waterproof" Presidio--I ordered the classic one, so am returning the shoes you went.
