Psyched to get these cause I love Keens, but these were way too narrow for my wide feet. Keens usually fit me, I was disappointed. Could barely put them on.

I am so disappointed in the pair I just got. I loved the Presidios I bought just over a year ago in brown, and wanted another color so I ordered them in purple. The color is lovely, but they are not the same shoe! They are stiffer, and worse, the tongue is longer and it jabs me where my instep meets my leg. The underside of the tongue is also a different, cheap plastic-like material and has a seam across the middle that rubs right into the top of my foot. Back they go.

These were surprisingly hard and heavy shoes -- not comfortable. And they looked clunky too.

Shoe laces way too short. Instep tight. Width felt less than a B. Very disappointing because I loved these shoes in the past

Unfortunately, these are going back. They are too stiff and hard. I wanted something warmer than a sneaker for winter, but as comfortable. However, these shoes would take a LOT of breaking in. Since I have foot issues, (I use orthotics which these shoes WILL accommodate), my feet aren't able to break in shoes that hurt at first. Not saying these will, but given their lack of flexibility, I must return them. Still searching for a built for winter, sneaker-like comfortable shoe!

This would be the third pair of Presidio but the leather is too firm and the tongue hits right at the foot/ankle bend and hurts too much. The tongue on previous pairs was longer and softer and went up my ankle a little rather than digging in.

Fit/size was spot on for me. I’m a 5-5.5 and the 5 gave me plenty of room. The shoe IS stiff the sole doesn’t flex like other Keens I’ve had. For the price I’m disappointed and would have to agree with other reviews that overall this isn’t the Keen quality I’ve had in other Keen shoe products.

I loved my old Keen Presidios and wore them for years, but nothing about this version is good. They are not comfortable like my previous ones, they are much more clunky feeling and looking, and my heel slips in these new ones. I've even tried more than one pair of the new version to make sure I didn't just get an odd bad batch, but nope, they were all wrong. Keen, why did you mess with such a reliably wonderful shoe??

Keens usually have a nice toebox but these were WAY wide. They felt clunky. Must return them.

Ugly, orthopedic-looking shoes.

Very disappointed to discover that the fit of these Presidio shoes was significantly different than originals. Heels consistently slip out of the back , although toe box and width felt fine. Previous pairs have been perfect immediately. These are too low cut at the back. Returned.

I was trying to replace an older pair of the same style because i Love my older ones. Unfortunately these are not up to the same standards. The fit is off and the color was not the warm honey color of my older ones. This brown was more greenish brown, kind of gross.

I ordered the Brindle/Desert Sun color and fit perfectly. The color was great. But sadly, I have to return them. They squeak when I walk. It's not the soles that are squeaking on the floor but the tops when I flex them to take a step. Squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak. I was hoping to replace a faithful pair of Presidios that have served me well and am very disappointed in the changes that Keen made to a wonderful shoe. Thanks for making this return process so user friendly.

I think it is unfair to call these Presidios; they have little in common with my previous 3 or 4 pairs. The tongue is bulky and uncomfortable and they are REALLY ugly. The color is bad, the leather is stiff, if it even is leather, and the shoes seem boxy. These seem like cheap knock-offs, or maybe Keens just sold out.

These shoes are comfortable and have good traction. This is my 5th pair of Keens. My previous pairs have held up much better. I have had each pair for several years before replacing. The soles on this pair started to come off the shoe less than a year after I purchased them. I will be sending them back to Keen to be repaired. Hopefully this was a one time situation because I love Keens!

Too narrow. Keen's used to be wider. I've had two previous pairs of the Presidio. This one was too narrow. So disappointing. Returning them.

These shoes used to be suede on the finish. Now they are a stiff leather and bends hard when you walk. They just are not the same old shoe. So sad.

Horrible remake! Have worn these for years and wanted to add new colors into my rotation. Received my order from Zappos today and shocked to find it’s a completely different shoe! Inside and sole are different. Heel is narrower and tongue much shorter. And they are really stiff and uncomfortable! Going back. Inconvenience!! Zappos customer service is great! Keen never answers the phone however. Was going to ask Keen some Qs, but they do not answer their phone. Disappointed all around!

I like the quality and the style of both pair of shoes I purchase. I gave "True to Fit" one star because I have nothing to base the fit on. I have very severe arthritic feet. Most of my issues are in the box toe area. Any seam going across the toe or down the sides causes an irritation almost immediately. Tennis shoes I can wear because I can buy a stretch fabric and buy a larger size. For now I need a pair of shoes to wear in the snow, ice and rain. I know I'm not the only person having this issue and would love to see a designer consider our needs with feet problems. This was my first time purchasing from Zappo's and I will continue looking and trying in hopes of something to wear in bad weather as well as something that will help my stability with walking issues

I returned this item. Keen has changed this style over the years from when I purchased my first pair in 2014. I ordered the same size and I could barely get my foot inside the shoe. The shape and depth are different and the quality is nowhere near what it was. My shoes are all leather, inside and out. I called Keen to voice my displeasure and also that I would rather pay more to keep the original quality.

I have been buying Keens for years, frequently same style, and noticed the last few were not as good quality. For the first time, though, my heels immediately came out of the shoes when I walked. I am so sad, because Keens have historically fit me better than any other shoes.

These are NOT the same Presidios I bought years ago. For some reason, the top of the shoe has been redesigned, so that the the tongue and the laces end well before the ankle. Therefore the shoe is not secure on the foot, the heel wrenches around, and the shoes have been resized so that you must order at least a half size larger. Why do shoe makers ruin their winning designs?!

Keen dropped the ball on this shoe. I have been purchasing the keen presidio yearly. Or 2 pair a year for the last 5 years. This is my go to shoe for work as I work 10 hr days and run around all day, never sitting. I just purchased a pair and they have changed the shape of the shoe. The edge around the ankle is now higher and rubs on the ankle bone. The soft padded edge has been replaced by a thin hard opening. Also the leather sides of the shoes material has changed to an almost brushed leather, and they do not clean up so the shoe has a refreshed new look like the old ones did. They used to be 5 star all the way. Oh well... back to shopping for a new style. Keen is all I wear, many shoes and sandals.

Wore out the fabric lining in just a few months. Heels cut into the back of your foot - unlike any Keen's I've ever owned. Poor Poor Poor quality!
