I'm a whole lot overweight and these are my go-to shoes for comfort and being able to walk and stand for any length of time. I've worn them for years and have never found a more comfortable pair of shoes!

Love these shoes!! This is my second pair of these shoes. My first lasted a while under tough muddy conditions and I loved the style and comfort so much, I just bought my second pair. Toe box is wide and the sole is very comfortable.

I wish that I could wear these shoes all of the time. This is my second pair. I have them in black and have been wearing them for two years and they look great. There is plenty of room in the toe box and it has great arch support. I hope Keen never stops making this style.

I ordered the KEEN Presidio in a size 8.5 and a size 9.0. No complaint at all about the size 9.0. But the size 8.5 seemed to be a slightly different version. It looked the same on the exterior but it had a very different insole (black, bumpy and thin). But it was also ridiculously low and tight across the ball of the foot. Especially in comparison to its half-size up sister. Something is really wrong here. Either the 8.5 is a counterfit or KEEN actually built two very different fitting versions. I am attaching two photos. The all-black insole is poorly fitting version and the one with yellow banding seems like an actual KEEN fit.

I agree with the other recent reviewers who say that Keen has ruined a formerly fabulous shoe by redesigning it. This would have been my third pair of Keen Presidios. They have been so comfortable, great for walking around cities, etc. They last a long time. Warm in winter and pretty water repellent. But the new pair I received this week is a bust. The toe box is puffed up like a popover. The area around the heel and back sides comes up too high and hits my ankle. The shoe is stiff, and instead of bending with each step, it slips off my heel. I'm so sad. Where will I find a substitute for these shoes???

I've worn the Presidio for several years now. This was the 6th pair and the shoe is not the same. It doesn't fit the same and it doesn't look the same. When compared to my old pair, side by side, there is a big difference. Shape is totally different. :(

So sad. Keen Presidios have been my go to shoes for the last ten years. This pair was not the same shoe at all. Narrower. Pointy heel that dug into my heel. I believe I understand the concept of International manufacture but, what happened to quality control?? Keens may be off my list of great shoes at this point. So. so sad.

I have worn KEEN Presidio shoes for 10 years, size 6M and they have always fit the same, were long lasting, rugged and comfortable. I wear orthotics without the factory insert and they have been perfect. So once again I first ordered a size 6…but found it to be totally different sizing and fit. Longer in the heel, wider in the toe box and longer at the top of the shoe. So I ordered a size 5.5 thinking they perhaps had upsized all of the presidios. I think the 5.5 is sized as it should be for my toes were up against the very tip of the shoe. Am returning these. Wish KEEN had continued to size the 6 as they always have.

I purchased this shoe for a mother who really has no arch in her foot. This shoe not only has helped her with the arch issues, but she does not complain about her feet hurting anymore. In the Presidio line she would like to see a few more color choices. Great shoe Keen!

They were awesome when I got them several years ago, but I've heard quality has diminshed. I loved those shoes!

this was a purchase to replace a pair of Presidios that I wore out. I was thrilled to be able to replace them. The support is great and the toe box accommodates my wide feet. I am a true 8 and every pair of Keens I buy are true to fit.

I like these shoes. I have always liked Keens. I purchased these particular shoes for street wear, not for walking or hiking. They are a bit stiff, which I think would make them uncomfortable for those activities. But for everyday wear around town, they are great. And I think they are attractive.

I've purchased these shoes before so I knew they would be comfortable from the first time I wore them.

I love Keen Presidios and have several pairs. They're nice and wide in the toe box. Comfortable, right out of the box. Unfortunately, the left shoe of this pair was defective, and I had to return them. First time I encountered a quality problem with Keens.

I love these. They are my second pair. The others I have had for 8 years. Didn't know they made an updated version of them. Still very happy with them. The tongue is longer than it used to be and took some getting used to, but they are perfect for walks, chores, and just cruising around for fun.

I had purchased a pair of these shoes in the burnt orange color and loved them so much I just had to get another color. Flint Stone/Steel Gray is really more of a denim blue with gray undertones, which means it's perfect with jeans, black pants and other colors. Aside from the color, the support this shoe, the Presidio I, offers is great. Much better support, for me, than the Presidio II.

I walk a lot on asphalt during at my job in a manufacturing environment. This is my third pair of Keen Presidio shoes in 3 years - one pair each year. I walk between 5000 to 7500 steps, 5 days a week in them. They fit my foot perfectly, give me good arch and foot bed support, and are durable enough for a dusty industrial environment.

Very comfortable and sturdy shoes with lots of room in the toe box. These are keepers. Thanks, Zappos!

I absolutely love these shoes!

I like to have two pairs of brown shoes so I can rotate them when I'm wearing them a lot, and when one of the pairs fell apart (due more to age than shoddy quality). I searched on Zappo's to find a pair that would be comfortable and, if not glamorous, at least not too dorky. I was thrilled when these arrived; the fit was perfect. the color just right, and the insoles were so good I actually left them in. I usually remove insoles, substituting ones I purchase on Zappo's to get more support. As I was putting them away after my initial wearing, I noticed I have a pair of black ones of the same design, I believe I've had for two or three years! These are even better than my black ones because the insoles are so much better! These are well worth the $100+ cost!

Updated Review! At first I didn’t think I’d keep this shoe. After wearing around the house for an hour, they are definitely keepers! They felt a lil stiff at first, but they are now feeling like I don’t want to take them off. Whew! I don’t enjoy returning shoes, though with Zappos, that’s a reason that I love shopping here, because they make it easy to return if not 100% satisfied with your purchase!

Great shoes. I am an outdoor person who likes to hike in the woods. The shoes are the best!

The fit and size were good but they smelled when I opened the box so they spent some time outside. Then when I walked in them, they squeeked with every step. I liked the style but knew I would not keep them.

I am a lover of "clunky" looking shoes but these were a little to unstylish for me. The shoes were comfy but wider than I needed in the toe box so they looked a little like duck feet.

These shoes are very comfortable and great if ou are doing a lot of walking. I already have a pair in black. The brindle/desert sun pair I ordered are a bit stiffer and the heel is a bit wider, but if I pull the top of the laces snugly, then the heel stays in place. I was hoping the color would be a bit lighter, especially the top of the shoe.
