Great shoes - These are my second pair of Austin’s. They're really comfortable. I have wide feet, and they fit me really well; they're actually shaped like my feet.

Keen Austin - The shoe fits true to size. Unbelievably comfortable. Great shoe. Keen has a style and fit that is unique. The heel fits snug and well with a wide toe box (which I love) giving you comfortable roominess. Awesome service from Zappos... from the order to delivery to the follow up on the delivery. Thank you.

Wow, so this is what Keen is all about... The second I put these shoes on, I felt like "wow". Feels like a customized platforms for my feet, very protected but cushy, balanced and snugged. No other shoes that I had gave my feet this feeling. They are perfect sized and I love the style, rugged yet formal enough for work or parties. For my age, comfort is taking over look but with Keen, there is no compromise.

Great shoes - I got the brown ones and they're super comfortable, the best Keen shoes I have ever worn. Wear them all the time. Good enough for day hiking or city walking. I like the style too. I wear a 12 and these fit fine in that size.

Keen Austin Black/Mink - Great shoes! This is my second pair because they're still my favorite Keen style. I'm on my feet all day and these shoes keep me comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great Shoe - I got these shoes last winter and love them. They are not pretty, but are stylish in that really ugly way. Definitely will buy Keens again... very comfortable.

Work all day in this shoe! Although I am a big fan of Keen sandals, it took me awhile to try out Keens more suitable for Minnesota winters. I work all day on my feet, sometimes walking as much as 7 miles in a day, and this shoe leaves my feet comfortable at day's end. It has great arch support, nice and wide, doesn't squeak on tile floors. A bonus is that it grips better on snow and ice than many shoes. I also like that it makes your feet look a bit more petite, even in shorts!

Keen Austin - Army/Earth - I was hoping that these were the "gray" color that I had admired in stores - and they were. Maybe I'm colorblind. My boyfriend wears a size 8.5 to 9 and has high arches so usually needs some kind of insert in his shoes. I bought him the 9 and they fit perfectly with no extra support needed. He wore them hiking on the first day and no rubbing, no blisters, no pain. They look good dressed up or down. I have loved keens for years and now he does too!

Super comfort - I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes have made most of the problems go away. These shoes are the most comfortable shoe I have worn in a very long time. I will be buying another pair.

Plantar fasciitis relief - I am a pharmacist and am on my feet at least 10 hours daily 6 days a week. Having dealt with plantar fasciitis for the last 2 years, these shoes have offered a welcomed relief. I own several pairs of keen shoes but the Austin’s are quite simply the best for the problem I have.

Fabulous shoe - be hip in your Keens - My husband has only worn conservative track-shoe type shoes, but I made him get these and he adores them. They even accommodate an orthotic although he says they're very comfortable without them. His 35 year old son told him he was very hip in his Keens.

Germany loves the Keen Austin - My boyfriend bought these before his band left to tour Germany. He said they were perfect - comfortable for walking and lugging gear & stylish enough to jump on stage.

Keens are Keen! I've lost track of how many Keens I now own...it's really the only shoe I'll wear anymore. The Austin is another great shoe that is comfortable right out of the box. Keens have their distinctive look, which is great, but more importantly, they provide amazing comfort. If your feet are happy, you're happy, right? I wear the Austin for work, and my feet are just as happy when I get home as when I leave for work. And I'm on my feet the majority of the day. I can't give a strong enough recommendation for the Austin as well as any Keen shoe. For the money, Keens are an excellent buy compared to the many high-end shoes that don't come close. And Zappos service is second to none!

Comfort first - Nice shoe, worn for 3 weeks and feels like an old comfortable pair of shoes already. Nice----And Zappos service is amazing.

Fit and size are good. Comfortable shoes that are sturdy and stand up to use. If only Keen would provide longer shoe laces! The laces are 49" - barely enough to tie a knot and not enough to double knot them. And that is important because the laces appear to be polyester and will not stay tied. Keen is probable saving money by providing a shorter lace, but really...? I bought replacements.
