I have a wide foot (bunion), these shoes were perfect. I actually ordered 1 size smaller than my regular shoe size due to the extra large toe box. These shoes are extremely comfortable, suitable for work or casual, and are rugged enough to last about 10 years. Highly recommended! Customer Service was absolutely legendary.

My second pair of these. The first lasted several years, and I came back to them because they are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. They seem to be running large now, though. This time, I went down a full size from my usual in other brands to get the right fit.

I love these shoes so much that I just bought a second pair. They're supportive around the mid-foot but there is loads of room for the toes. They feel solid and after a month of wear, they still look and feel great.

My husband loves these shoes and he will not wear other brand. HE literally "destroys" shoes, these are the only ones that are comfortable, stylish and last longer!

Love these shoes! My son introduced me to Keen footware recently and I am now a huge fan. Most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Will be buying more.

I have a fiendishly difficult foot to fit. Almost none of my shoes are comfortable for all day wear or for walking. I have a high instep, wide foot, big toe area. I ordered up a half size because I was worried. The shoes fit perfectly. Right out of the box. I wore them a little longer every day, and within a week, they were the most comfortable, supportive shoes I own. I am so grateful, so impressed, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have tough to fit feet I wear custom orthotics. I wore another brand for 15 years and they discontinued them - go figure. I am glad that they did because after I tired a New Balance pair they hurt for a year and finally I went back to the store three times and the last time I got the Austin Keens and I am so happy that I did. I have a wide toe area and a narrow heel and these can be adjusted to be not too tight in the toes but snug around your foot with the laces. There is lots of room in the toes so they are nice unlike any that I have tried. I am sold. I cannot wait to buy another pair or two. Thanks to New Balance for not making my shoes anymore and forcing me to find something better.

My husband loves these shoes and he is very picky as to what he puts on his feet. I knew this Keen shoe was the right one and I love, love the brown color! Best shoes in his closet.

As with all Keen products, these fit great and have a more dressy look. I wasn't sure about the angled heel, but so far it has not been an issue. Very satisfied with the look and comfort.

I just received my Midnight Navy / Chestnut Keen Austin shoes, and they are perfect to wear with bluejeans and also around many of our Outdoor water-view activities. I am not wondering if these shoes will offer comfort or if they will prove to be durable as this is my forth pair of Keen Austin shoes over the years. I really wanted to try the Finlay Model, but could not resist these Navy Blue pair. Maybe the Finlay will still work it's way into a future purchase as I like everything I read about those as well. Prior to making a major move to Keen Sandals and Shoes, I was a Mephisto and Ecco buyer nearly exclusively. I now have everything from the outstanding Keen Newport through the Keen Yogi Style and couldn't be more pleased with this Brand. My only poor experience thus far were a pair of the Ontario Model which had a single stitching across the toe leather which gave out my first day of use. That one I don't recommend. The Keen Austin is a great shoe.

I am now on my 3rd pair of the Keen Austin. These are great shoes for either work (I work them hard and they last) or business. Unlike many other shoe makers, Keen has decided to have the shoe's shape actually match that of one's foot; brilliant! The result is a very comfortable shoe that can be worn all day in comfort.

As with all of my other Keen shoes and sandals, these are very comfortable and fit perfectly right out of the box.

I really like my Keens, I have wide feet and they fit and are very comfortable. After Christmas you were the only place I could find this rair of shoes in my size. Thanks!

Comfortable, good looking, and rugged. This is my third pair of Keen Austin shoes. After several years of regular wear, the first two pair were getting pretty loose and beat up looking. I am happy to say that these new shoes are the same great shoe that I bought over 5 years ago and should serve me well for several more years.

I've had these for about a month now, and love them! Very comfortable, lots of arch support, plenty of toe room. They lace higher up the foot than most shoes, which I find keeps my foot from sliding forward in the shoe [I have narrow feet].

This is my fifth pair of Keens, second Austins. This new pair was a great reminder of what I love so much about these shoes. They are simply the best walking shoes I've ever worn. I bought my first pair in 2007 to wear on a trip overseas. The held up so well to around 5-10 miles of walking a day. So I've bought a new pair before each big trip I've taken. This time, I got the dark blue and brown ones...I love the new color.

The wide box really helped my bunion. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. Zappos is the only place to shop for shoes. YOU ROCK thanks!

I have used the shoes for the past month or so and they are very comfortable, what you would expect from Keen! I wear them as work shoes as they don't look too much like hiking shoes. Would buy them again.

I really like the wide toe box for comfort. I wore them right out of the box with no rubbing or tightness. Stylish and waterproof I wear them all day. Sizing is true to marking with a little extra width in the toe.

I bought these for my husband who wears a size 12, and has super wide feet. He loves them, and says they are just as comfortable as going barefoot. It is a big deal for him to say that, because he has a great deal of back pain, and many shoes, especially those where the heel is higher than the rest of the sole cause more back pain. Although a wide is not offered in this style, it is still wide enough for him. They look really nice, too. Great product.

Great shoe. My husband is really hard on shoes and wears them out quickly-this is a good, comfortable and sturdy shoe for him.

This is my third pair of Keens, I like these shoes. My feet run a bit narrow and I need arch support, these shoes seem to fit me well. I usually wear a 9½ and ordered a 9 for these shoes.

This is the second pair of these shoes for my husband who is on his feet most of the day. He has long narrow feet; they fit and give great support. I have the women's version; my son has the kid's. Although we all have different foot shapes and issues(mine are short with a high arch), these seem to magically fit and feel good to us all.

The Austin line of Keen shoes continues to be an excellent choice for me. I have 7 pairs and use them every day for both office and walking the dog. Their Finlay line also mirrors the construction of the Austin.

For me this is an exceptional shoe. It has a soft foot bed and is roomy in the toe area. I have some foot problems, but this shoe served me well on a vacation in Ireland.
