I bought these Uggs out of intrigue. A lot of my friends have them and being an anti-trendy girl, I've resisted the temptation to buy them for three years now. I gave in about a month ago. These are the best shoes ever! They're comfortable. They keep my feet warm at all times. I feel like I'm wearing uber warm slippers when I'm walking outside. It keeps me in my lounging mode. A definite must buy, but you need to be aware that Uggs do not stay fresh. They start to get that worn look easily. The creases, the wear marks, the salt stains. You have to buy these shoes with the mentality that they're not going to look good for long and that they're going to get dirty. That reminds me, these shoes will never be the same once you wear them in salted snow.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my granddaughter; I couldn't believe how fast they arrived. She loves them and has already worn them. I feel Zappos is very reliable and I was not worried about using a credit card with them. I highly recommend them as I called them about another matter and they were very helpful.

Wonderful. I have worn womens uggs for years and loved them, but I tried the kids size for the first time and like them better. I\'m a size 6 1/2 and the Youth 5 fits perfectly. I\'m about 5\'2" tall and the slightly shorter height boot is better proportioned to my leg. I wear M width shoes but my foot is not big and the kids\' ugg is a little smaller all around which feels and looks less clunky with still plenty of room. Zappos service was fantastic as always.

Although expensive, these are so comfy, they are worth it. The first pair of boots my daughter has actually worn. In fact, she wears them as slippers now (at least until the snow flies). Run true to size, although may seem a bit wide. However, I think it's just the wonderfully rounded shape that makes them a bit roomier in the toe box.

I ordered the Uggs Classic Youth for my daughter and received them quickly. I have ordered from Zappos in the past and was completely satisfied. Free shipping, free returns, no risk. What more could I ask for? I will continue to be a loyal customer. The boots were just as described and my daughter says they are very warm. She loves them. They come to about mid-shin, which is just what she wanted. Nice looking boot and the chestnut is such a rich-looking brown.

I purchased a pair of Ugg Kids Classic boots and I am absolutely in love with them. I wear them almost everywhere! They go great all different types of outfits and styles, and are extremely comfortable. They were definitely worth the price. I would recommend getting a pair of Uggs to anyone looking for a nice attractive, versatile,and comfortable pair of shoes. They're just great!

Loved the Uggs. My daughter loved the color (candy apple red) and they were the perfect size. She has been wearing them since the day they arrived in the mail. She delights in telling me that they go with every single one of her outfits whether pants or skirts. I would buy these again in a second. Well worth the money if for nothing more than the comfort alone.

I ordered the UGG boots for my daughter, I was unsure what size I should get. The size I purchased were too big, so I returned them. It was very easy to surf through the website to find the information needed to return the boots at no cost to me. \r\nI ordered replacement boots and when they came in the had inperfections to them. I called ZAPPOS directly to ask them what I should do, if I could clean them, what would happen. They were extremely nice and very helpful. ZAPPOS never questioned anything about the boots, they took the 2nd pair of boots back and sent me out a new pair overnight delivery. It was the easiest transaction I ever had!

Amazing customer service! Fast delivery. Needed to exchange the size. Zappos sent a new pair the next day! Returning wrong size was so easy. They sent a label and all I had to do was drop the box off at my local UPS. No paperwork to fill out. That simple. Highly recommend!

I wear between a 6.5 and 7, these were perfect. Nice and comfy with no break in time. Will be buying another pair in a different color.

The Uggs are a 2nd pair. They are beautiful, comfortable, and fit perfectly. My daughter wears a 5.5, and the 12 in child's size was perfect, so I saved a couple of bucks. Thank you Zappos for making shoe shopping so quick and easy!

The Uggs are perfect. Although they are youth sizes, they fit perfect. Last year bought a pair of emu in regular adult size 6; felt like slippers, way too big. The youth size is slimmer and fit perfect! I would normally be very happy with the entire order process except reading reviews before I purchased made it sound like I would get them in the next couple of days so when it took a week to get them I was a little disappointed I love the boots and will order again without the early shipment expectations.

Zappos is an amazing company. I get my order in a day and if I screw up in size...no worries, they take care of everything! The boots I purchased are great. They run about 1/2 size larger, so order down. I purchase a new pair every year - this is my 3rd year & I would not buy my uggs anywhere else except Zappos!

I am delighted with the service from Zappos. Originally the Ugg boots I ordered were too small. The boots came the next day after I ordered them. I sent them back, received my refund very quickly and ordered a larger size which I also received the next day! My daughter loves them. I love Uggs and would recommend them to anyone because they are the most comfortable thing to wear. I have 4 of the classic short and one pair of the ultra short and I love them all!

Ugg Kids Classic...I got this in Chestnut. I recommend Chestnut highly...it goes with everything! Yes, it goes with jeans, fleece, sweats, you name it! But my Uggs got a hole in the toe. I think it was either a) from me dragging my feet on the ground, which is not likely, or b) a defect pair. Everyone went with B, given the other boot was fine, and there wasn't even a scratch on the boot. But Ugg gladly sent me a new pair-in a size up-free. Only catch: We had to send them the defectpair. Otherwise, great boot. I wore it every day but gym day. This was my 1st pair of Uggs out of the four I have now, and I love every pair.

Great boots! So comfortable to wear, with socks or without! Only issue I have is the front of the boot starts to tear if worn a lot! Bought them on a Friday and on Monday they were delivered straight to my door! Have another pair on the way! 5 stars all the way! =]
