This is not the first time I used Zappos. This Christmas I ordered Ugg boots for my grand-daughter and the service was great. They arrived on time and were exactly as pictured.

My 9 year old daughter loves these boots. They are wearable nearly all year round in Texas. She even used them as snow boots in Michigan and they were warm and were not harmed by the snow at all.

What can I say about Uggs? They are fabulous. The are hot. They are in demand. Better yet, your kid will love you for spending the money on Uggs instead of the knock-off brand.

I found the service to be great. My product arrived the next day. The price was excellent. Later I saw the same product in a retail store for more than the online price. My granddaughter was thrilled with her gift.

I love Zappos. It was recommended to me about 4 years ago by a friend. I have basically used it to order the Uggs Classic boots for my daughters. It was easy ordering and I receive my items in a timely manner. Especially when many times you can't find the Uggs you need at a mall. My last purchase for this past Christmas was sent out right away and I received it no longer than 2 days later since they sent it on a special shipping just for me for being a loyal customer. You are not left to wonder if your purchase will arrive to you and on time. You will not be disappointed!

Shoes were what I expected. Quality and fit were what I expected. Chose Zappos over other stores/sites due to their return policy and quickness of shipment. Were a gift and I wanted to be reassured that if they did not fit, I was able to return/exchange (free) without a problem.

I've been buying Uggs for my girls for about five years. The first pair still looks great and they wear them all the time. Very comfortable, look cute with everything and hold up very well! I will continue to buy Uggs. My daughter is womens size 7, but wears youth size 6 in Uggs. My other daughter is womans 8 and wears youth 6 in Uggs.

Great service! I received the boots the next day and the exchange process was so easy! I needed a smaller size than I ordered and they shipped the new size immediately. Very customer friendly!

First off, love using Zappos as they are wonderful. The customer service is above all others out there. I ordered via web and thought I would have a few days to wait, but no. On my doorstep the next day were my boots! Awesome service. I ordered two pairs of Black classic short youth Uggs not knowing exactly what size I needed. I was not going to take any chances of not being able to have Uggs under the tree as a gift because of not having the right size. I ordered a size youth 4 and youth 5. My daughter wears a size 5.5 womens and the 4 fit perfectly. I know the classics run bigger (almost a full size and half). I was about to send the other pair back, but I tried on the size 5 and lo and behold I now have the warmest toes ever. I wear a womens size 7.5/8. This makes my 5th pair of Uggs and 3rd for my daughter. They hold up and feel so nice and are stylish with jeans. I have ordered many times from Zappos and will return to Zappos in the future. I have ordered at least 7 pairs of UGG boots from Zappos and just love all of them. The sizing is great and shipping is just amazing. If they don't have your size they send you an email letting you know they are available. I cannot say enough great things about UGG boots and Zappos.

My 11 year old daughter was late with her Christmas list; she wanted the grey Uggs size 3. I went right to Zappos because they typically have a decent inventory. I was in luck, the shoes were available, one size left. I was actually upgraded to a next day no cost shipment which was a nice surprise. The boots were a hit Christmas morning.

These are amazing boots! I wear them with everything. Usually I wear a size 8 in woman's so I ordered a kids size 6 and there is still plenty of room to wear thick socks. This is the best purchase I've ever made!

I love these boots! Zappos is great fast shipping and great products. I am hooked to the Ugg boots because they are so warm and comfy. They are worth every penny. The kids size 6 equal woman's size 7 to 8. They are cheaper than womans Ugg boots. I love them!

The Ugg kids classic boot is fabulous! I have 2 teenager daughters and between the two girls they have several pairs of Ugg boots. They are super comfortable and hold up for years. They are also very stylish and can be worn with sweat pants, jeans and skirts. Great buy!

The boots came in excellent condition. The packing was great. They were the right color, style and size. I got upgraded shipping for free and they came very fast. My grandchild was happy with her new Uggs!

I purchased 2 pairs for my 7 and 10 year old. They both love their boots. Nice and warm. I will purchase more in the future as their feet grow. True to size.

Bought these for my 10 year old daughter. She loves them. They do stain easily so make sure to take precautions. Either wear them on dry weather days or "weather-proof" them.

My daughter just loves these. It is recommended that you spray with a water/stain repellent before use. My daughter normally wears a 4 shoe, so I had to go one size smaller.

So soft and warm! I wear a size 6 in women\'s and always buy the Ugg Kids in a size 4. I save a lot of money that way! They fit perfectly and I wear them all winter long.
