Great service! I found what I wanted, and the shipping was so fast within 24 hours I got the Ugg boots. If I wanted to go to a store it won't be that fast. I will shop here again.

I bought these for my 6 year old niece and they fit perfectly and in her words. Everyone should wear these boots.

The Zappo\'s customer service representative was very polite and informative. He told me the package would be delivered within 3 days. In fact, I received the boots 2 days later. I highly recommend this company for their courteous manner, varied selection and speedy efficiency.

Love these shoes! I had been looking for them all over the place and only Zappos had them in stock! Zappos had them on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. What service! All Ugg boots run much larger than the actual size. I wear an 8 1/2 in most women's shoes, but wear a 7 women's in Ugg boots which equals a size 6 youth and major savings!

My grandchildren all wanted Uggs for Christmas and I order 3 pair from Zappos. They arrived promptly with no shipping charge. One pair didn't fit. I called and immediately received a "no charge" shipping return label. I have ordered from Zappos in the past and am happier with them than with my local shoe stores and department stores. I bought this Uggs for my niece, my boyfriend's sister and my sister in law. I think that this shoes are the best; they keep your feet warm through the winter and they are very comfortable for a very good price. I have never called to complain about my deliveries being late or not arriving on time. I'm very satisfied with my purchases and continue to order from Zappos.com; they are the very best and excellent company I have ever ordered shoes from and will pass on to friends, family and neighbors as well.

I tried about five pairs of Ugg shoes before I settled on these. The funny thing is, because I wear a lot of black, the chestnut was my least favorite of all the colors. I was pleasantly surprised to see how pretty this shade looks with practically every color. Also, the chestnut boots seem to be much softer than the other colors, perhaps due to the dye used. I am normally a 7 1/2 or 8 in woman's shoes and the 5 youth fits perfectly. Zappos service is amazing. Everything I've ordered has arrived next day. I am extremely happy with their service and quality.

These Uggs made on eight year old very happy. They fit and she practically wears them to bed. It seems in a Michigan winter these are the must have boots. It's still snowing.

I bought these for my seven year old daughter about a month ago. She absolutely loves these boots. She would wear them with everything if she could. She is very fussy about her shoes. She normally prefers crocs and I was having a hard finding her something for winter. These are easy for her to get on and off and she says they are very comfortable. They are worth the money to me not to have to fight with her to wear winter boots. My daughter typically needs wide shoes, but the Ugg boots are a good fit.

I bought these for my 10 year old niece. She loves them! Even though she is a size 4, I bought a size 6 so she will be able to wear them for at least 2 seasons. She wears them mainly with leggings or jeans. I own a few pair myself, such a good investment! So comfortable, black color stays clean and they won't fall apart on you. Plus they are super cute and "hip". A must buy! Go a little bigger for youth sizes so they can get at least 2 seasons out of them!

UGG shoes are it! Don't waste time buying the other brands out there. UGG shoes are definitely worth the extra money you pay. Order one size smaller than you usually wear because they run big and they will stretch over time.

Love em. I tried them on in the store to see my size. I wear a 7.5-8 in womens and I bought a 5 in kids. They fit great. Comfortable. I wear them 4-5 times a week.

Excellent! That's sums it up! I ordered two pairs of these for my daughter for Christmas. She normally wears a 5.5 womens, but they didn't have the colors she wanted so I went to the Older Girls version (same boot, same size, just have to convert). I called to ensure I got the right size and the guy on the phone was incredibly helpful (used to work for Uggs). He gave me some excellent pointers and ensure me that I ordered the correct size (plus the older girls version is less money than womens). Free shipping, can't beat that and just in case something doesn't fit you can return it free and your new item will pass the returned one in the mail (there is no waiting). It's awesome. Love Zappos! Wish our telephone/tv provider would take customer service lessons from them!

Ugg boot is comfortable and warm. My kids love them. Zappos.com comes through again! Couldn't find black Uggs anywhere due to Christmas rush, but went on Zappos. Found color and size Ugg my daughter wanted and ordered. Boots came next day (and shipping was free). Zappos is very quick and has wide selections. I don't know why I bother going to the stores at all. (I couldn't find Heelys a few years ago and that's what 2 kids really wanted from Santa, but Zappos had them, and I had same smooth & fast transaction.) I love Zappos.

I ordered the Ugg boots shown above the Classic Short Black for my granddaughter and she loved them! They arrived in a very short time after I had placed my order. Actually, I had one of the Zappos team place the order for me as I wanted the boots shipped directly to my granddaughter's address and then billed to me in Canada. The gal was very gracious and extremely helpful. I will definitely order from Zappos again. If I could mention that the on-line order form should be set up so as to take a different billing address from the delivery address for out of the U.S. At this time it is not; therefore, I had to place my order over the phone after several unsuccessful tries on-line.

I am not a regular for buying off the internet, but the process with Zappos went off without a flaw. I got exactly what I wanted (Ugg Boots) at a price that was very competitive and delivery was better than I had expected. Boots were for granddaughter. Good job Zappos.

Also, another clue in Ugg boots: A woman's size 8 is the same as a big girl's 6. The big girl's are cheaper!
