I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas, and they are a very good quaility boot. She loves them. I bought her a pair last year from zappos as well,and we had no problem with the boots. They wear very well. Zappos is a great company that's why I reordered this year again, and the price is reasonable. They shipped them to me right away, I didn't expect to get them so quickly. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Zappos, quick delivery. My daughter loves these boots. They are so comfortable and so stylish. She wears them everywhere and they look good with pretty much anything. My daughter wore her first pair until there were holes in the toes of her boots, so we bought her a second pair.

Uggs for kids are great. They do stretch so don't go up a size. Order true to the size your child is. Zappos is the best experience. Shoes arrive within a day!

The boots were just as expected. I did need to exchange them and the customer service rep was most helpful and even sent out my exchange before receiving the returned item. My daughter, age 9, had been begging for a pair of these. I was reluctant to spend this kind of money, but after purchasing a cheaper brand and they fell apart, these have proven their worth! They keep her feet toasty warm and dry after her swim practices and through these cold winter months! Make sure to get some good water proofing and stain guard to protect them! I would highly recommend.

This my third pair of Uggs in one year! All different colors of course. Need I say more? I absolutely love these boots. If you have never worn Uggs, you are missing out. Once you wear them, I'm sure you will never buy another boot.

These boots were out of stock elsewhere (and with shipping would cost more). I ordered from Zappos shortly before Christmas, had the boots within a couple of days, exactly as ordered. My daughter loves her Uggs, warm, cozy and oh so comfortable!

I love Zappos! I ordered this item and got it in the mail so fast! I took a shot and ordered the kids largest size 6 even though I wear a womens size 6. The Children's size fit better for me and I saved a lot of money! I bought the chocolate first and when I realized I had the right size I asked my hubby to get me them in black! They are the best boots ever! No socks required otherwise my feet sweat! I bought my first pair of sand Uggs a few years back and they are still in good condition! These are worth every penny! I love my Uggs!

I considered buying a pair of these online at a discount, then read about counterfeits, and realized I almost bought fakes. I was thrilled when Zappos had my size in youth. I was skeptical that they'd be too small, but they fit great. A bit snug, but I'm told they stretch. I had them in two days via UPS and didn't pay a dime for shipping. I don't know why I don't just go to Zappos every time I need shoes. They truly are the best. And the Uggs? Awesome. You will not want to take them off your feet! I am a woman's 6 and I bought the kids 4. I suppose a 5 would give a bit more room, but I'm afraid they would end up fitting sloppily.

My granddaughter was thrilled with the UGG boots.They slipped on her heel until she put on socks with them. But again she has a narrow foot. Zappos did a great job on shipping.

My college aged daughters have small feet, so we ordered kids UGG to save money. According to the size chart, we ordered a size 2 for the size 4 and a size 4 for the size 6. However the size 2 was too small and the size 4 fit the size 4. We only had to exchange one pair. Order the same youth size as adult and the size should be correct.

Zappos is the best! Easy shopping, shipping and returns! UGG shoes are classic and cozy. They will stretch a lot, so keep this in mind when ordering.

I bought these for my 11 year old and couldn't have been happier. They are well-made and super comfy. She wears a 2½ or 3 in regular shoes and the 3 in these was perfect.

As usual, perfect service from Zappos and boots were just as expected, delivery was expedited without my requesting it. I love Zappos! These Uggs are our third purchase and they last for years and are super warm. Keeping them clean, though, I do think is a hassle, but that's suede, what could we expect.

Zappos provides terrific customer service, better than anyone else. The first pair didn't fit, so they immediately sent another pair while I returned the first pair. I have small feet (6, but 5 in Uggs) and often taken a youth size, but even the youth 4 was too short for one toe. From now on I will stick to using the woman's size 5.
