I have been buying Uggs for my daughter three years in a row from Zappos.com
and always had quick deliveries. Automatic confirmation of my orders. They are very reliable and shipping is always free. I love their products and service. I highly recommend them.

Ordered the UGGs in chestnut and had almost worn them out. Love them! Had to get another color because I wear them everyday. They are so comfortable and Zappos makes it easy to order and fast shipping!

Actually, these UGG boots were a gift for my daughter who absolutely loves them. The representatives at Zappos were courteous, pleasant and very helpful. My experience with Zappos was all around wonderful!

I was alternately told these ran big and small. I went one size larger than my daughter wears, and they are roomy - but not so roomy that she is tripping. She loves them.

I'm a woman's size 6 or 6 1/2 with a wide foot. I bought the kids size 5 and they are a perfect fit.
The width is forgiving even for a kid's shoe. A good alternative for the small footed woman, who doesn't want to spend the extra money on the same boot in the adult section.

I finally decided to step up and buy my granddaughter UGG shoes for Christmas, but going to the mall and seeing prices (at a Kiosk) to (Nordstroms), all I could say was ugg! My daughter said try Zappos! It was so easy. The price includes shipping, and I had the UGG shoes under the tree many days before Christmas. What do I think about the mall? Ugg!

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them. Only problem is that she wears them without socks and the black rubs off on her feet. It doesn't bother her. She had the brown ones and didn't have that problem.

I normally wear a 7 in women's shoes, but I decided to order these in a youth 6 to save money, and they fit me perfectly.
I got them in chestnut, and the color is true to the picture. They're super comfy, and I'll definitely be buying another pair.

I ordered these boots for my daughter for x-mas and she absolutely loves them. She says they are warm and so comfortable. Just a little tip: shes 14 and wears a 6.5 to 7 in woman's shoes and the size 6 in kids fits perfect so you can save a little money that way because the kids UGG shoes are cheaper the the woman's sizes.

I love Uggs i got my first pair for christmas:)
stains are hard to get out and some of the Uggs are made in china and not austrailia which kind bothered me cuz i thought i was getting astrailian uggs and the priced i payed i want austrailian uggs but they are comfy and stylish:)and i and more of a athletic person and i have mucley cafs and i got a pair of tall uggs and it was kinda hared have the uggs be to tight on my calf area but those are 3 cons out of the 100 pros so get a pair:)uggs are a necesty you need them so dont worry about the price:)

I bought these youth Uggs for my niece. They fit perfectly and she loved them. I received them on time for Christmas. Her grandmother bought her a grey scarf and gloves to math the Uggs. I am very pleased with Zappos and will shop there again.

These are my first pair of Uggs. There two sizes too big but I love them ! Soooooo much ! I wear them with anything. You can tuck them under flare jeans, or tuck your skinny jeans in them! There perfect. I wouldn't trade my Uggs for anything. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was extremely please with the customer service at Zappos. I called them to change my order before I received the boots and they stopped the shipment and got the new ones out to me very quickly. I even got a Christmas card from the agent, who chatted with me and gave me outstanding service. What a great company!

I love these Uggs. The youth gray color is darker than the adult's which I prefer. I wear a ladies size 7 but can get Uggs in youth size 5 and they fit perfect.
