I ordered these shoes as a gift for my adult friend who fell in love with them from an online advertisement. Since she is an adult, I tried to follow the conversion size chart, but I did order 1/2 size larger since I thought a 5 1/2 sounded small. Well, I should have followed the chart & had to return her shoes for the 5 1/2. I called the customer service number & received the new pair the very next day!!! Friend is thrilled & returned pair has been received by Zappos. Extremely happy with purchase & customer service.

My daughter loved wearing these shoes all of her Catholic school years days sadly she’s in 8th grade this year ?I will miss ordering them.

These are our favorite shoes for school. They meet our uniform guidelines and are super cute and classic. We buy a pair every year!

I bought these for my daughter wear with her school uniform (these are required). The quality and comfort are perfect! True to size.

This had very good padding in the shoe. We didn’t keep because her foot grew and we should have ordered a size up. She would have preferred this shoe over the other we choose (only chose the other because it fit).

This particular styles runs very wide, so I ordered my daughter the Narrow width. They are still a bit too wide, but I put an inner sole in and heel pad to prevent slipping. She normally wears a wide in the Keds Champions.

I ordered this for my Great Granddaughter for Christmas. She has not wanted to take them off since opening them on Christmas.

We bought these shoes for a musical my daughter was in, but she loved these shoes so much they are now her everyday school shoe. She’s says they are sooooo comfortable!!!

I’ve bought several pairs of these shoes over the years for my girls. They are part of their uniform and they always prefer this style to the more traditional saddle shoe. For young active girls they are a great shoe and hold up very well. I always go up half a size to allow for growth during the school year as they are very true to size.

Comfortable basic white shoe for school uniform. Fairly plain but looks better than average sneaker.

This was my first experience with Zappos and I'm now a raving fan! This style is my granddaughter's school uniform shoe and I was totally baffled over what size to order. I'm sure I called customer service at least three times - I never waited for service and found the reps most helpful. This is what I learned: Do NOT add wiggle room to your child's foot measurement! For example, my granddaughter's foot measured 8", and a size 1-1/5 narrow fits her perfectly! It's SO helpful for Zappos to publish the size chart with the corresponding foot measurements - I can't believe that Keds doesn't do that for their own shoes! Thank you, Zappos! I've just discovered your fabulous Spring Step shoes for me - love the leather and they feel like I'm walking on a cloud!

These are for my daughter and she loves them! Said they are much more comfortable than regular saddle shoes.

Had to order 2 sizes down for my teenager for High School! LOVE these shoes so comfy and last all year long my youngest is wearing hers from last year!
