Great Shoes for School - These shoes are a great alternative to the hard regular saddle shoes that many kids wear with school uniforms. All of the kids love wearing these instead and they are comfortable and fit well.

School shoes - The shoes arrived right on time, I didn't have to pay extra to have them overnighted, and the quality is just what I expected.

Mom and kid pleaser - We got the "saddle shoe" navy blue and white version of this shoe for my 10-year-old daughter and her friends and teachers all loved it on the first day of school. It has that throw-back to the 50s or cheerleading look, but with the casual comfort of a sneaker. My daughter was a little skeptical at first, having never seen a real saddle shoe, but was quickly won over by the response and by how comfortable they were for her to wear all day.

Great shoes - My 8 year old has large feet and I was having a hard tie finding shoes that fit her feet but looked like kids shoes (not adult shoes). Zappos had my daughter's shoe size in kid’s shoes. They feel and look great! Thanks Zappos!

2nd pair - This is the second pair of these shoes I have purchased. My granddaughter loves these, they are cute, lightweight and easy to pull off and put on. It's hard to find shoes in just any store to fit when you have a wide foot; this is the only place I have bought shoes for my granddaughter for the past 5 years. I have never had a problem with fit or style everything is just as it appears. I've never sent anything back either, which is a better statement. I love Zappos.

Great cheer shoe! I ordered this shoe in the white and navy for my 6 year old. She wears them with a cheerleader outfit. They are SUPER padded and comfortable and look adorable! They look much cuter in person than in the pictures!

Everything Old is New Again - I wore saddle oxfords to school as a child, so I was delighted to find the Ked's sneaker that looked so much like my first school shoes. I bought the shoes for my 5-year-old granddaughter's kindergarten debut. She loves them...thinks they are so cool! The navy saddle goes well with her school uniform, too. I am so thrilled to find so many styles for her in the wider width. I've already picked out her next pair of shoes from Zappos.

For boys too! I am glad these are sized for boys as well as girls. My son wears a uniform to school and these Keds saddle shoes look great. They are also built well and he outgrows them before they wear out. Several other mothers asked where I got them and I sent them to Zappos! Now there are several kids in his class all wearing these Keds.

Classic & Simple - I bought these for my 5 year old to wear on her first day of kindergarten. They are perfect and look SO cute with everything from dresses to shorts to pants. I'm buying another pair for our younger daughter; I love them too much. :)

Continuous Buyer - My daughter has worn these shoes every year to the first day of school since kindergarten. She is now going into 2nd grade. She loves them and they look really cute with the uniform. We get the white with blue saddle.

Great look, great quality - My daughter is entering the 4th grade and has been wearing saddle shoes since she was a toddler. The shoe is very durable and withstands an entire school year! Ked's "saddle shoe" gym shoe - Great shoe! My daughter wears this shoe with her school uniform - looks better than the average sneaker and is comfortable. Highly recommend! Have seen this advertised cheaper online - but shipping costs brought the price up to higher than Zappos - so no bargain - and Zappos turned out to be better deal. Delivered within 48 hours.

Keds shoes for school wear- The shoes fit beautifully, and were a good price for the quality received. They are, according to the student who wears them, very comfortable. They have a crisp, clean look, and that look is easy to maintain with simple cleaning. I recommend them to any whose children need a school shoe that will give good service, be sharp looking and meet the standards of dress for school wear.

About the NAVY/WHITE shoe- Zappos offers world-class service in every aspect! The price was right and the delivery was sooner than expected. These shoes were just what we were looking for, as my daughter uses wide shoes. Anytime we ask for wide we just get that funny look, so thanks Zappos! She seems to like them really well. They go perfectly with her school uniform and they also work well with her regular wardrobe. Keds is a brand that is just a must have because they're just really comfortable shoes.

Just bought these shoes and overall liked them. I'm a 38 year old woman with small feet (usually a women's size 4.5 to 5). I ordered based on the EURO sizes for Big Kids and the shoes were about one inch too long for me. No worries as Zappos has an awesome size exchange program. I work in the medical field and it's difficult these days to find all leather shoes that aren't clogs. Plus my small feet don't help. I thought these were really nice and clean looking. The arch support isn't super but it is a children's shoe after all. A couple of 3rd party gel inserts should do the trick. Can't beat the price.

These are very nice, well put-together shoes. My daughter likes to wear them with shorts/skirts to school, as they cannot wear flip-flops or sandals. They run about a half-size larger, but my daughter just wears thicker socks, and they are fine. They are a bit heavy compared to the canvas version of this style Keds, but she hasn’t complained about that. Very nice shoe for Spring!

I liked the overall traditional style but was worried these would look like orthotics. There’s something about the angle of the photos or the proportions but these are definitely cuter in person. Didn’t want a black sole and unfortunately our usual styles of Mary Jane or t-straps from footmates and elephantino weren’t available in the size and width combination my daughter needs at this point. These are a good option if you’re looking for that traditional style but you need a bigger size or wide width.
