I have chronic plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and I am an excessive overpronator; bottom line - I need lots of arch support and motion control. These shoes were too narrow in the footbed for my feet, which are not wide. I felt there was no arch support. I do feel the motion control was good. I was bummed these shoes didn't work out for me.

Although a lot of customers thought the arch support was excellent, I disagree. I found that there was almost no arch support. My high arch didn't even feel the pad. Also felt a bit narrow for a Medium.

Okay, I really tried to like this shoe. I've had no other shoe on my foot for the last 20 days hoping it would get comfortable, but it hasn't. I read all the positive reviews, and promises that they would help my plantar fasciitis, but not only did they not help my plantar fasciitis, they simply made my feet ache all over. I even got a half size larger than normal, like everybody recommended, didn't help. I'm just sick I spent so much money and now I'm stuck with them. I am also very disappointed with Ecco;, they usually have amazing products. Not this one. Not for me. It's not Zappos fault though, they are the best!
