I bought these shoes for my mother, who recently had surgery. One foot is still swollen a little, and it's easy for her to adjust width on these shoes. She has hard time finding comfortable shoes. Propet Tour Walkers are definitely winners. She is happy with them.

I bought these shoes for my mom. She has trouble walking and with arthritis and they are great. So easy to put on and take off with their velcro straps, and she says they are really comfortable.

Perfect solution to problematic situation - My daughter has had a stroke and can only use one hand to put on her shoes. Also due to medical problems she has dependent edema. We got the double wide and the fit and ease of putting on and fastening is wonderful. Additionally adjustment from daily fluctuations in fluid are no problem due to the velcro straps. They don't slip in the heel or pinch at the ball of the foot. Great shoe!

Five Star Comfort - This is the second pair of Propét I have. The first ones I've practically worn out after several years. They're great for comfort; you can just put them on the first day and go! And they look good too! I'll definitely buy Propét again.

The Propet Tour Walker is comfortable to my daughter and she is able to walk for longer distances than before. I am glad Propet provided her 5.5 2W size which has been difficult to find in our area. Easy, comfortable - I buy this style for my very autistic teen. She likes the comfort and ease of putting it off and on. It work for her in school as a sneaker, she walks a lot, and it is leather, so it keeps her warm in the cold in New England. Her last pair lasted over a year- almost two, and her workers requested the exact same shoe.

Shoes for Mom! I bought these shoes for my mom (90 yrs. old) who has trouble tying her shoes and her feet swell horribly. She said these were the perfect shoe, very comfortable, very lightweight, very supportive, east to put on and just velco shut. They adjust nicely to her swollen feet. She was sure I had paid over $100 for them. But thanks to Zappos great prices and free shipping they were very affordable! Thanks Zappos!

Wonderful Shoe - Bought this shoe for my mother who is diabetic. I got the light tan color. They are stylish with jeans or dress pants. Most of all they required no breaking in period. They are very soft leather and are very accommodating when her feet swell. She states they are the most comfortable shoe she has ever worn.

Was excellent for my aunt's foot - My aunt needed a shoe that was extra wide due to a hammer toe and these shoes were an excellent choice for her. She found them very comfortable and very supportive for her. Due to some health problems, she has had some trouble walking. These shoes give her the support she needs to walk with more confidence.

Great shoe - I bought this for my grandmother after months of trying to find her a comfortable and supportive sneaker. These are wonderful. She wears them all the time. The show is wide enough for her foot, the sole supports her frame and the velcro straps make it very easy for her to get in and out of them which has given her back some independence. Also Zappos was great. I ordered the wrong size and they were very happy to send a new size. When she needs a new pair...this is the first, last and only place I'm going.

25 YEARS OF PAIN - I had been wearing the shoes prescribed by Orthopedists and Podiatrists. I have a badly injured right foot from injuries sustained as a working dancer and damaged left foot from the left having to make up for what my right foot cannot do. I had injuries and fractures to my right foot with 50% of an attaching ligament removed (needlessly by a stupid Orthopedic surgeon who told me that would lessen the pain--all it did was make my foot weaker!) I was really tired of the huge soles, "bigfoot" impression and wild colors the conventional athletic shoes I was confined to, gave. I went looking for a shoe that would support, be very soft and bend easily because of the weakness in my right foot and did not have laces--which I have come to hate. The PROPET shoe came in a nice, feminine beige, had velcro straps and a small but supportive sole, straight down from the shoe and not hanging out over the edge which makes other shoes look like clodhoppers. I also need an AA and would prefer a AAA. The proof was how my foot felt at the end of the day, which normally had me in so much pain I had no choice but to lay down with my feet up and limited my outside activities because of pain. I do not experience pain with this shoe. I ran right back to the computer and ordered another pair immediately and will order more. This shoe approximates the control I used to feel wearing dance shoes, which hug and support your feet. Yet they give me the all over "wrapped" support and heel height I need now.

Happy, Happy, Happy - I bought these for my sister in-law. She had been sent to a nursing home for rehabilitation. Her old shoes offered no support. She says these are the best fitting, most comfortable shoes she has every worn! They supply the support she needs for the rehab and she even leave them on when she is lying in bed! I ordered the shoes in white; I will be ordering another pair in black.

I finally found a walking shoe that fit me well and is very comfortable. Like everyone else that reviews this shoe, the velcro strips could be a little bit longer, but for me it is working OK. I intend to order another pair in black. I prefer a tie shoe but due to hand surgery needed something that I could easily get on.

Propets Tour Walker - Love the fast delivery service. Due to a broken ankle years ago , could not find a shoe that supported & kept my foot from turning out. The Perfect Shoe - I bought these for my 86 year old mother-in-law who cannot manage buckles, laces most slip-ons. She has a very wide foot and can't wear most department store shoes. She removes her shoes when entering a home and has great difficulty with the constant on and off routine. She wore these shoes the first day and said they were so comfortable she didn't want to take them off. They are lightweight and extremely comfortable and she can manage the velcro. I had never heard of Propet. We love them.

Highly satisfied - This is about my 10th pair of Propét shoes. I have never been disappointed in any of them. I like the velcro style on this pair and the pretty berry color.

Mom's shoes - These shoes have been a godsend for Mom for the past two years - she has a drop foot; therefore wears a brace. They have a deep enough heel for the brace - thanks for the free shipping!

Wonderful fit and COMFORTABLE! I LOVE this shoe! I have worn it shopping and running errands (lots of walking), taking the dog out on uneven terrain and gravel paths for long walks, and to the gym for my workouts--and my feet always feel great--no pain, pinching or sore spots. I ordered the very widest possible as I have a very wide foot and unbelievably high arch and instep. This is the first shoe I have ever purchased that fit right out of the box and was comfortable and required absolutely no breaking in. I did need to take out the insert as my arch is so high to make it the most comfortable possible. If the straps were a little longer, it would be nice, but it isn't essential and they hold securely and don't come undone. I will be ordering more of this brand.

Saved my life - This is my second pair of these shoes. I broke my leg a couple of months back and or 2 months, these were the only shoes that I could wear. The width is great and the velcro could be expanded throughout the day as my foot swelled. They are very comfortable and fully support your foot.

I have a very wide foot and find that these shoes are just fabulous. The upper tongue and entry area are soft and do not cut into or bend strange around my ankles. I can walk on and not be bothered by my shoes. I am glad I found the Propet's selections. Happy feet make for a wonderful trip to Disney, the Mall, or just around town.

I wear this shoe for work and I am on my feet 8-9 hours a day and I need a very durable shoe. I really enjoy it and I love the velcro because I never have to worry about shoe laces and it is great.

These are the absolute best shoes for walking and I love the velcro closure - no ties to worry about. Extremely comfortable, for miles and miles.

Great for Hammertoes - I purchased this shoe for my Mother who suffers from hammertoes, a foot deformity. We have purchased shoes from podiatrists costing twice as much; these shoes fit better and offer equal support. They look much more stylish than orthopedic shoes and my Mother loves them. Great shoe - I recently learned I have a Mortons Neuroma in my right foot, which causes a great deal of pain. In plain English it is an enlarged nerve caused from years of wearing shoes that are too narrow. I bought a pair of the Propet's Tour Walker in 4EEEE and I love them. The room my little toes have is amazing and as long as I wear them my pain is gone. It's hard to give up my sexy heels but for comfort, nothing beats the Tour Walker.
