I've been buying these for years same size and make. The lip on the heel is now higher which digs into the heel causing blisters etc. These things usually resolve themselves after a bit of grit getting used to it. But, it's still frustrating. What was the reason for this change???

Very disappointed on the materials quality. I recently bought my son his first pair of vans and he loved them so much he wore them every single day. Him being a 8 year old, those shoes won't last clean, so after a couple weeks I decided to wash them like I usually wash our shoes. Well you're not gonna believe, that the edges of the shoes opened up and rubber chipped off! Soo much money on a pair of shoes that can't even be washed to reuse! I don't think I'll buy them again!

I literally just bought these for my son and they are already tearing some by the sole of the shoe. They just keep going up too . It's absolutely ridiculous to by a pair of shoes and a week later be coming apart . I have always been a vans person but might half to change

I was super excited to receive these only to find that they are not the color that was pictured online. They are mauve, not tan.

i was so excited when i ordered them and when they arrived i was so excited to wear them. I bought the normal size i usually get. As soon as i got these i put them on. I walked around in my house and they really hurt my feet. I tried to keep them on but it hurt too bad. i went to a local place and tried some vans on,the exact size that i ordered and they fit perfectly. the only reason i did not get them there is because they didnt have any more black in my size. i am actually disappointed that they did not fit .i dont know if i will by from here again. i should have known better than to order shoes online.

I've purchased several pairs of Vans over the years and not once did I have to return them!!!! I recently purchased two pairs and had to return both of them Manufacturing issues If they were manufactured in the USA instead of China the consumer would not be having these problems!!!!

Shoes fit too small. All my vans shoes are size 9 but these did not fit me.

I LOVEEE Vans and I have wore this brand for several years. However, they have recently added leather where your heels are which causes them to rub your heels raw. I have broken these shoes in but it is still uncomfortable to wear them because of the leather. Please go back to the cloth, thankssss :)

I waited months to buy these and I finally did I September for my wedding. The seams have now fully came apart. There is a hole on top. Never again.

Gave them up my 14 year old for Christmas and today is Jan 7th and the soles Came right off of thrm

I bought a pair not even 4 months ago, already ripped and got holes just from walking. Only get the skate version if you want them to last

Shoes arrived bad condition. Inside part was coming out. The shoes in the pst hve been wonderful but the quality of this new pair seems to be very low even my material Standard. Very weird.

I ordered 2 pairs. The first was TINY. The second came stained. Unable to return or exchange because I purchased with apple pay.

Shoes are much lighter in the pictures posted online. In person they are almost a purple color.

Bought half a size up and too tight to wear. Donated them.

Love this shoe, i am trying to wear it but it scratches the top of my foot terribly and hurts. Ive never had any vans shoe do this, maybe its a defect? Love the print though

I love the original vans but these checkboard once suck. So rough and hard to put on

When I bought these shoes this year the leather was a different materialnever had a problem with blisters but this fabric is more rubbery, not like it used to be. Also it doesn't clean well the perforations tend to "blow out" after being cleaned with a mr clean magic eraser which I've never had an issue with for probably 8 years of wearing this shoenew material is a dissapointment

My shoes were too small and needed to get larger size No help from anyone on return Because I used PayPal my local store said I needed to return via USPS that will take 30 days
