I have another pair of Vans slip ons that I've been wearing religiously the past couple of weeks; however, with pink flying pigs on them, I needed something a little more appropriate for work. Not to mention the pig Vans are a 5.5, a half size too big for me. I am a size 5. With athletic shoes I can sometimes get away with a size 6, but with street shoes, like these Vans, I need a size 5. It fits like a glove. I love my new all black Vans. They look sleek, yet casual and nice enough to wear to work with black pants and a nice top. Comfortable and cool.

I've been wearing this model of Vans since the day after "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" came out. They are not only an icon of a great American film but a seriously great slip-on shoe. I buy cheap knock-offs sometimes and then remember that these shoes have something none of them have...support. They are comfortable to wear for long stretches and their style is still appreciated everywhere I go. I play drums and I won't wear anything but Vans or Original Chuck Taylors. Let's party!

Like the name implies, this shoe is a classic. Super comfy, and more importantly, looks good with everything. True to size. The white rubber around the shoe gets dirty pretty fast, but is easy to clean if you care about that sort of thing. As always, Zappos shipping and service is the best around.

Great shoes! Comfortable right out of the box, although I marked felt true to size - I have one foot that is a teensy larger than the other, so my smaller foot felt like the shoes were a little bit big but not to the sloppy degree. I love the cool pattern & have gotten a lot of compliments about them. They arrived in record speed & great condition. My first time shopping from Zappos & first time purchase of Vans shoes. It was very hard to get my foot in this shoe and I had about an inch of space from my toes when I did finally get it on. Not to mention the heel on one of the shoes was uneven.

Long story short? They are fine. Different than the ones I had as a youth. Narrow and lighter. I wouldn't skate in them but they are great for knocking around.

Nice shoe. Had to go one size lower than I normally wear. Seemed tight at first, but loosened up after a few days' wear. Consider buying an insole for this shoe if you're going sockless for smell/moisture considerations.

So far so good. Fit true to size. Haven't had any pain in the heel area as of yet, I know some reviews thought there was a break in period. I applaud Zappos speedy delivery. I order at 2pm on weds and received it at 2pm on thurs. Talk about great customer service.

Great deal on a great comfortable slip on sneaker. The fit is perfect and one can never go wrong with the all black as it goes with everything. Once you put them on you will not take them off! Great without socks as well! Enjoy...

These are classics - the same ones you skated in back in the day. Comfortable and affordable. Easy on and off, but they never feel like they might slip off unintentionally.

I've had a couple pairs of these and have bought 3 pairs for my teenager. Very comfortable, but kind of disposable, shoes. When they get dirty, washing them really fades the black and discolors the rubber...however, they look much cooler that way.

Not very comfortable. They don't really match up well with my no show socks - which fit perfectly wit Sanuk and Reef slip-ons. Also, no arch support and uneven foot feel.

Love this shoe! I work as a cashier at a major electronics store so I am on my feet constantly. I have been wearing this shoe for over a year and it has not given me a bit of trouble. My feet are not tired after a full day of walking and just standing on my feet. I would recommend this shoe to anyone.

I bought True White Classic Slip-On's in a size 6. I was given washing instructions by customer service. I was told to dry them in the dryer as the white would show the water lines when they dried. When I dried them in the dryer they shruk at least a half size. As a result they are way to short. I have a pair of Black silp-ons that are a size 6 1/2 and they are too big, so I dried them in the dryer to try to shrink them and they did not shrink at all. I would buy at least 1/2 shoe size up when buying a white or true white slip-on that you plan on drying in the dryer.

Have been getting these shoes for my husband for years, right off Zappos! He loves that they are best quality, brand new & never opened...great! No risks of people pre-trying them on like in a retail store. Very pleased with Zappos & Vans of course. These are very clean looking shoes. These fit and look great with jeans & shorts! They are not for rough terrain though, comparable to converse shoes - yet higher quality.

This shoe is moderately comfortable, after long periods of walking on cobblestone streets. It's tight in the toe area, which caused some discomfort and a blister on one toe. Also took a few days of wearing to break in. I would buy something else if you will be walking all day. But stylish enough to wear with jeans and shorts.

Vans are the best shoes I have ever owned. I am on my third pair since the 1980's. For fun we brought all the groomsmen and ring bearer a pair for my daughter's wedding. The style was a perfect fit.

I bought these to replace Puma El Reys from a few years ago when they were made better. They didn't need breaking in and can be worn immediately. Vans quality is consistent and good.

This was my very first time ordering from Zappos and was completely blown away by their customer service. It was just the best experience I ever had ordering online. I absolutely plan on buying from them again. I actually spoke to Katie, I believe and apologize if I got her name wrong, when I had an issue with my browser loading the order and she was just so charming. On top of that yesterday I received a lovely gift of cookies because I had mentioned I broke my wrist. Seriously who does that? So thank you Zappos. Love my Vans and you made me great. Classic style and comfy fit. These are the same Vans I have worn for over 35 years and they are still made to last.

I've actually bought a couple slip-on's throughout the years guilty as charged. My favorite ones are definitely the true-white ones for sure! I didn't personally have a problem with a break-in period, these fit great off the back for me. The foot-bed is flat like all Vans, but that's fine when you have flat feet and plus the foot-bed's always cushion-y in my opinion.

This is a great product - not the first time I've had Vans Slip-ons. Zappos delivered them in two days. Gave them to my son-unlawful for his birthday.
