This is the first time I ordered a Van’s shoe, and was kinda disappointed. I didn’t find them to be nearly as comfortable as Toms, and the shoe looked a little too “man-ish “ for my taste. It’s a well-made shoe, though, so I kept them. They’ll be fine with summer pants.

So I’m usually a converse guy and this is my first pair of Vans. I bought a size 9.5 because that’s the size I usually wear for my chucks slip-ons. I found out that the sizes are half size apart (Vans is half size bigger). Not sure which shoe brand is true to size. Overall these shoes are inexpensive, stylish, comfortable and can be either casual or on the dressier side.

Not comfortable with no arch support. When walking with it longer, it felt very tight on feet

The shoes came with small specks of dirt and stuff on the gum part of it, but it can be easily removed, overall the shoes were great. I love them :)

I've been wearing Vans sneakers for years and this is the first time I've ever bought a pair that didn't fit right. 1/2 size too big, looks like a mens shoe. Sending back. :-(

I love the casual look of these shoes. This will be my 5th pair. No arch support, so buy one size larger to fit your insole. Hence, only 4 stars for comfort. Otherwise, they are perfect.

I like these checkers on black better than the white checkered pair because the don't get dirty looking as quickly.

This is my first pair of slip-on shoes I've had since I was probably 5. I've worn skate shoes for the past 18 years and have just gotten lazy with tying laces. I really like the style of these shoes but they aren't the most comfortable shoes in the world. They don't have much padding in the soles. The thing that bugs me the most about these is the heel tab digs into my achilles tendon area and has rubbed a hole in my skin.

There was NO way my size 11 feet were ever going to fit into this shoe

I ordered the Van Classic Slip-on - Core Classics in true white. Customer service at Zappos is unparalleled as usual. The shoes are very comfortable and look just fine. The arch support is adequate for just running around town. You wouldn't wear these for a long walk or short hike. The problem with these shoes, and any other shoe, that is made for both men and women, is the sizing is never quite right. I ordered a Women's 9.5. The shoe is much wider than a medium. My suggestion is that the manufacturer create separate lines for men and women. Women's feet are much different than man's foot; just in case nobody noticed.

Love these classic Vans. I had my last pair for two years and they finally wore out so ordered them again. Very comfortable with or without socks. Great lightweight summer slip on.

This was my 80 year old father’s first pair of Vans and he loved them! He’s really picky but they fit perfectly and looked nice.

I Love The look and style of this shoe. I have narrow feet and struggle to find slip-on shoes that do not gap around the ankle, but these fit the bill! Zero support, so I had to order some insoles.
