Vans SK8-Hi - I bought these for my husband. He usually wears a 12 but the 12 was too small. I returned for a 13 and they are perfect. He LOVES them!

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?? These shoes are classics. They take a little while to get used to if you've never worn Vans before but once you break em in they are like slippers.

Old school style- A great timeless shoe. Soles allow you to really feel a board under your feet. Takes a little while to break them in, so the back of the shoes don't rub on your calf.

Vans- the greatest shoes on the planet- These shoes are the coolest and most comfortable. If you think they look good on a picture, just wait until you put them on. I prefer black and white because it matches everything. Really good shoes!!!

Deja Vans - Just like the pair I had so many years ago. Great shoes!

All canvas - I love these shoes, always have, great ankle support for skateboarding. I was kinda bummed that the toe and heel upper are now all canvas, they used to have suede toes, etc. I think some of the new ones do, so it's best to email zappos first to find out which ones you are getting. Not really a "fashion" shoe, but great for skateboarding, great feel. Get some heel inserts if you care about padding, because these don't have alot. Zappos is great, they upgraded my shipping for the second time.

Best shoe ever - I own three pairs of these, this look never dies. Buy!

SK8 Hi - I got these for the ankle protection, which i got, along with a lot of foot pain. The waffle grip is good but I felt like they don't absorb shock. Your pretty much if you land primo. I would recommend getting them for walking around in, not skating.

Good - These were a slightly stiffer than the suede type kind I've gotten in the past-these being canvas-it just took a while to work them in.

I bought this shoe in red suede with the skulls for my boyfriend. They look great and he loves them.

Vans Hi Tops - This is the best classic skate shoe out there. Simple design and timeless. I guess this must be my 10th or 12th pair. I hope Vans never stops making these. I've worn them for over 17 years.

The Greatest Shoe of all - I love these shoes they are comfortable and people everywhere love them. They get around so fast too! Once I saw one person wearing them everyone was wearing them and now I want a pair... all heck maybe even two pair!!!!

SK8 the shoe that has lasted - Man, I used to wear these back in the day and continue to do so. Even forty, I still skate, bike and surf. Feel young and rip with these shoes.

Comfy eye catchers - I find the SK8-Hi to be very comfortable and eye catching. They fit great and being hi tops they support my ankles which I need. I have got many compliments on them and am glad to say I got them from Zappos.

Vans TRAVIS MILLARD style hi tops - VANS + TM2 = a really good idea. Get these now.

Great shoe - Very comfortable and true to size and like the look.

CLassic skate shoe - The vans sk8-Hi is still the same supportive skate it was in the 80's. Made in the USA, and provides excellent ankle support. Very comfortable skate shoe.

Best place to buy ANY shoe! Finally got the right pair of shoes -- I tried two other pairs of Vans (another hightop and a 3/4 top chukka) and the your site let me return the ones that weren't right for me AND EVEN PICKED UP THE TAB. Yeah, I like my Sk8-hi's -- I knew I would. But the real story here is that Zappos is the way to buy shoes. No two ways about it.

rad - sk8 hi s are the dopest...these are all canvas...no suede.

Very Cool Urban Stompers - I'm no SK8r, but I was really drawn to the classic styling of these shoes. They're quite simple really, but still unusual enough to generate some looks. FYI, the front and heel areas are suede, and the area around the white stripe is canvas -- it's hard to tell this from the pic. Also, these shoes wear low, and don't offer that much support. If you're not used to wearing this kind of style, you might want to bump it up with a little extra cushioning or arch support.

they shipped fast and they fit good. I like the support of the ankle and I think they're really cute shoes.
