These shoes were ordered for my college age son and he loves them - wears them daily. They are true to size and very comfortable for campus walking.

I love to shop at Zappos. They have a great selection and they stock large sizes. My grandson wears a size 17 and they are very hard to find in in a shoe a teenager likes. Zappos has styles he likes and they ship very fast. Love it!

I purchased the Vans SK8-Hi Core Classics for my son-in-law. These have long been his favorite shoe for years and the longevity should tell you why! They are a great shoe and hold up like no other! The look is a constant plus as well!

Comfortable and great colors. I get compliments (nice kicks) from Gen Y each time I wear them - I'm 41. You can only find these at Zappos. The Vans retail stores only carry the black with white and you can purchase these at Vans.com but you will pay more with shipping. They look great so don't hesitate to buy the Sk8 - yeah Booooy!

So, these shoes are pretty rad. I was turned on to them because a friend had mentioned to me what durable shoes they are whether you skate or not. Anyhow, I ordered them about 7 days before my bands tour because my converse were thrashed and I got sick of the easy-to-beat-up Chuck's. Zappos got these shoes to me in merely four days, so I even got to break 'em in a bit before I left. I use them for yard work, sports, and even my job because it's easy to simply dust them off (I wait tables and they're not thrashed enough yet for my boss to complain). I recommend these shoes for anyone who likes to wear high tops and especially recommend anyone to buy them from Zappos!

Best ever - I got these, my first pair of real hi-tops since I was a kid. They turn heads, and they’re just nice. I am vegetarian, and am glad the true white was the one they kept as synthetic materials and canvas, cuz otherwise I’d be crying. The hi-top tongue can start to droop and bend a bit, digging into your foot, which is the only drawback. I’m getting used to it though.

Finally got me some Vans - I've wanted a pair of Vans ever since I saw my first skateboard mag 20+ yrs ago. For one reason or another, never got around to purchasing a pair. Now that I’m back into skateboarding, decided to finally take the plunge and I've learned a few things about Vans. They're great for lounging around and taking short trips, comfy enough to wear all day though. They're not ideal for skating mostly due to lack of support the newer skate shoe styles provide. Oh, they're not ideal for long walking trips either I walked to sightsee all over Rome, Italy, but my dogs were cursing me out when I got back to my hotel. Otherwise, they're great. Besides, nothing says "Cali-skater-cool" like a pair of old school Vans!

Reliable as always... Been wearing Vans since the 80's, one of my favorite brands and with the selection of styles that match my activity. And as always, Zappos.com had them at my front door within a few days.

The ultimate sk8 shoe! These are the pool/ramp vert skater’s original choice of shoe. I am an old schooler and don’t know how many of these I have been through, they rock.

Quality, Service & Price - This shoe was purchased for my grandson, who lives in Ca. My grandchildren always go to your site and pick out their shoes; then e-mail me to order them. Your service is the best, the prices very good, and they like the quality of Van's shoes. A very good deal for a grandmother who is 3,000 miles from them!

Best All-Around Shoe - These shoes stick to pedals like no other. High tops feel good. Proper support without all the foam. Way tougher than Chuck Taylors. I sleep in mine.

Makes me want a skateboard again - These shoes are exactly like I remember. Totally classic. Very comfortable for me. I said they have no arch support, which is true but I'm flat footed so these feel great. No bulging arch hurting my feet. Can't wait to sport the old high tops around town. Shipping was fast. Ordered on late Sun night received on Wed. Very pleased with Zappos. I have found my new shoe store.

Gota have - Dude, I love my Vans, these are some cool shoes. Look very cool and feels like wearing slippers, there was no break'n in, feel great right out of the box. I am a skydiver and the flat soles are great for swooping. Go get you some, you will love them!! ENJOY.

Vans SK8-Hi - I bought these for my husband. He usually wears a 12 but the 12 was too small. I returned for a 13 and they are perfect. He LOVES them!

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?? These shoes are classics. They take a little while to get used to if you've never worn Vans before but once you break em in they are like slippers.

Old school style- A great timeless shoe. Soles allow you to really feel a board under your feet. Takes a little while to break them in, so the back of the shoes don't rub on your calf.

Vans- the greatest shoes on the planet- These shoes are the coolest and most comfortable. If you think they look good on a picture, just wait until you put them on. I prefer black and white because it matches everything. Really good shoes!!!

Deja Vans - Just like the pair I had so many years ago. Great shoes!

All canvas - I love these shoes, always have, great ankle support for skateboarding. I was kinda bummed that the toe and heel upper are now all canvas, they used to have suede toes, etc. I think some of the new ones do, so it's best to email zappos first to find out which ones you are getting. Not really a "fashion" shoe, but great for skateboarding, great feel. Get some heel inserts if you care about padding, because these don't have alot. Zappos is great, they upgraded my shipping for the second time.

Best shoe ever - I own three pairs of these, this look never dies. Buy!
