True to size.

Love it

Great, vans are pretty accurate when it comes to sizes, not my first pair, you can’t go wrong with the comfort

I order a size and a half up and they fit perfectly. They're unisex shoes so take that into account when purchasing. They're comfy and timeless, what more can one ask for?

My second pair of Vans High Tops and they are so surprisingly comfortable. I stand all day and my feet are just fine after a day in these. Last time I got black leather, this time the canvas and if anything I just liked the leather ones a little better.

This is a great show overall. An iconic Vans shoe that remains classic but is also modern and hip. Comfort is very good but not superb or anything; I can wear these all day without complaint. Materials and construction are nice for the price point; definitely won't be wearing out soon. My only complaint here is that the laces get stained blue for some reason. Even a bit of the edge of the white leather jazz stripe on the side of the sneaker. I know the color isn't coming from my jeans because none of my other shoes get stained and I don't constantly wear jeans that are blue/new (newer jeans bleed easier). It seems to be coming from inner parts of the sneaker that are exposed at the eyelets. When putting on the shoe, I loosen about two eyelets to make room for my feet and I'm pretty sure that the rubbing that comes from pulling the laces out a bit is what's really staining them. The rest of the laces that remain in the same spot (like at the end of the eyelets) don't stain anywhere except that small bit where they're actually touching the eyelet. That part isn't visibly blue but the upper laces are. Aside from the staining, I have no other complaints for this shoe. I got the black/white colorway and went half a size up to an 11.5 because my feet are a little wide and it fits great. Even an 11 probably would've been okay. I would go true to size unless you've got wide feet, then half a size up would suit you. Breaking time is pretty much negligible; it's comfortable straightaway. The shoe is super stylish and fashion forward. Great as a street-wear sneaker or casual or even high fashion. Vans is a very reliable brand when it comes to style and comfort for a good price and Zappos is a great place to buy them and experience the great shipping and handling. All in all, this was a great purchase and I would absolutely recommend these shoes.

A true classic! It's all I ever wear for every day use! They're comfy and for a guy like me with sweaty feet, they breathe great!

Great sturdy pair of shoes. This is my second pair. The first pair I had lasted four years. They're great. Zappos got them to me the next day for free too! Forever loyal to these guys.

Sk8 his or go home, probably would have broken my ankle skating if I hadn't had these on tied tight while skating.

Awesome. Love them. My only comment is that I got the navy and I must say they look like black… but awesome anyway.

Impossible shipping speed - I can't hardly believe how fast the shipping is. I ordered online after dinner on a Sunday woke up early Monday and the shoes were at the door mysteriously. Has Zappos found a way to teleport items? You tell me. Zappos is number 1 in my book! Can't be beat!

Yay - They're awesome. At first they were really tight around the pinky toe area, but after a few days of walking around, it broke in. Now they fit fine, and of course they look great.

Totally Awesome - I love these shoes. I ordered these on Tuesday at like 6PM and they were at my door by 2PM the next day. Unbeatable service from Zappos once again.

A punk classic - I have fond memories of these shoes from the inserts of hardcore records and skate videos, so nostalgia got the better of me and I ordered a pair. These high-tops are much, MUCH more comfortable than the low-top variety. More cushion in the footboard and solid ankle support, both essentials if you're use to more "athletic" designs like New Balance. I've never seen this particular color combo before (black with a yellow pinstripe and yellow laces) so kudos to Zappos for stocking it. Great service, great price, great shoes, highly recommended.

Sweet shoes - I recently purchased some Black Skulls. These are sweet shoes for skydiving! I only wear Vans when I skydive. This particular model of Vans matched my skydiving colors and the skull and crossbones scheme. Thanks

Best shoes I have - This Shoe is awesome. The unique styles allow someone to have a show that fits their personality. THis shoe was comfortable right out of the box and has been so ever sense. The hi-top also provides support and comfort which is nice for my bad ankles. Overall this is something the 80's got right and thankfully it hasn't been tampered with and ruined.

Wonderful gift for my husband! I got these for my husband because he had a really old pair that were falling apart. I needed them quickly for his birthday, and the shipping was excellent. Zappos upgraded my shipping to 1 day for free!!! Definitely went above and beyond.

Great shoe all-around - I like the soft ankle support-- don't skate but walk a lot and this shoe is roomy and comfortable. Only caveat: I put a cushion insole in it since the bottom is not so thick and padded. The look is great-- people comment on the bright blue peeking out of the black shoe...

Vans High Top Old Skool - Really comfortable, just as expected.

for playas only - Nice retro kicks, lovin' them, they're hella comfortable too... and really, you can't fade the pink and blue flower print...for sizing, I'd suggest trying out any pair of vans at your local shop, then go buy that.

The best! There's no school like the old school! I wore this style while skating back in the 80's and am wearing them again. They're awesome! I will buy Vans classics until they're no longer manufactured.

Vans sk8-Hi's - These are a great skate shoe. If you like the feel of high top's you will like these shoes. Some modles of the shoe may take awhile to "break in", but after that they are very comfertable. Overall a great Comfort, Quality and it sticks you to the board well.

I bought these Van's Sk8-Hi in the Black/Mosaic Blue for my boyfriend and he just LOVES these high tops. And, I must say these are a very cool looking high top and are pretty 'cute', too. Old Skool meets modern in this classic high top. We love the contrasting blue stripe on the white rubber, the blue inside around the ankle as well as the blue waffle weave bottom. Very COOL and comfortable, too! Thank you Zappos for your EXCELLENT service! :)
