Best casual sandal ever - No shoe adjusts as fully as this one, making for a perfect, individualized fit. The molded sole is very supportive. I can wear them all day, doing whatever, and not have a moment of discomfort of any type.

Almost 100% I love the insole of the Chaco Flip so much, that I thought I would enjoy the Hipthong also. The arch support is the best of any sandal I have other than a Mephisto Helen. The part I dislike is the extra straps that seem to work well at keeping the sandal in place, but over time tend to dig into the top of the foot. They are adjustable, which is nice, but if they are not tight enough, the sole flips around too much on your foot since it is a thicker version of the flip. I will probably return these and stick with the Flip.

Love these sandals - The Chaco Z/Rivative Hipthong sandals are wonderful. The fit is great and they look really good on my feet. Plus the adjustable straps allow me to tighten them so walking is easy because the sole is snugged up to my foot.

Dog ate sandals - Had to replace these after my puppy snacked on them. Can't live spring and summer without them. Love the high arch, easy to break in. Now I keep 'em locked up away from hungry pup!

This is a great shoe w/wonderful arch support, comfortable straps...it's never hot...just a perfect summer shoe. I have the black, so it goes w/everything!! You can dress it up, or down! It's my first Chaco brand, and I'd compare them to Merrell sandals which I have worn for years. They have the same great fit and support.

Chaco Z/Rivative Hipthong - Love the new sole. Just as much support as previous styles, but less clunky. Very comfortable! Easy to walk in any terrain. Great colors.

AAAAHHHHHHHH - These sandals feel soooo great on your feet. Support is amazing, very cute on too. For those with some feet issues, these feel even better on than Birkenstocks, way better looking too.

Awesome shoes! These Hipthongs are great! They are the most comfortable shoe of this type. The Chaco Flips are awesome, as well. I own one pair of the Hipthong and two pairs of the Flips. I would definitely recommend these to everybody!

Reliable Comfort- I too have plantar fasciitis and I found these shoes to be top notch! The healing continues without orthotics or heel inserts. Great shoe!

I love Chaco sandals. They are really cute, and since they are adjustable, they always fit just right. I have several pairs and love them all.

Best sandals ever - I bought the sandals for my daughter who goes to school in Cleveland. She reported that the Z-Rivative sandals are the most comfortable shoes she's ever had. She said that she lives in them and only takes them off for bed and to take a shower. She highly recommends them. Zappos.com's service is exceptional.

Chaco's Rivative Hipthong - This is an excellent shoe with the most comfortable arch support in any recreational sandal I've ever had. Plus, it looks really nice as well with the different colored material.

Love the Hipthong!! I love the look of the shoe, but I find it difficult to walk long distances in it. I have to hang on with my toes and it tires me out. Otherwise, I love these shoes. I wear them with everything, and I love that they can get wet without any damage.

Love the sandals! The first time I wore them; I put them on in the morning and didn't take them off all day. They have excellent arch support and great style! This is my third pair. :)

Hip thong - Very cute and comfortable shoe...I think I have worn them every day since they arrived!

Comfy, but too casual - Sure, I know, flip flops are supposed to be casual, but I sort of imagined they might be not as Teva-like. I had purchased these to be my universal footwear for the summer, but after actually strapping them on, they felt a little too rugged. Also, the flip flop straps are not adjustable, and were both a tiny bit too loose on me. But still, really really, ridiculously comfortable.

I want more Chacos... I saw these sandals a year ago and fell in love with the rugged way they looked. I immediately went home and searched on Zappos and found a pair and ordered them. I wore them for the rest of last summer and was looking forward to this year to bring them out. They still look new and feel great. I have plantar fasciitis and am no longer able to wear flip-flops, so I ordered another pair, only this time in red. Again, super service and now I take turns with my sandals, wearing each color on opposite days. My feet feel great.

Hot! Hot! Hot! These sandals are by far the very best!!! They are very lightweight and my feet do not get tired after a long day of wear! I also own another pair of Terreno toe strap Chaco’s and love them as well.

Great Shoe - Very comfortable and stay on well. I fell in while white water rafting and they stayed on!

Everything is AWESOME...except... Ok everything about the company and the shoes is awesome, not only did I receive my shoes very quickly but I LOVE them! The weave of the straps is great because I can wear them all day and they never rub blisters on my feet like most other sandals, also I love that the materials all work great with my lifestyle, I can wear them around town with a skirt or with my bathing suit and in the river without fear of ruining the material or losing them in the current. The only and I mean the ONLY problem that I have found is that the texture of the insole can really start to feel like walking on the street barefoot after a while and its a little rough, all other Chaco’s I have owned in the past have had a smooth insole. Thanks for the chance to give my opinion, love the shoes!

Great sandals! Very comfortable, and they look good, too. The adjustable strap is very convenient to make the fit just perfect, and it holds the foot in place. Zappos is the best; I'm buying all my shoes here and never had a problem!

Love them!! I've worn nothing but Reef flip flops, so slipping these on was a total shock for my arches. (A good shock)… I wish I could wear them every day all day. They're fabulous.

Great shoe! Chaco's are great shoes. I love this sandal, I wear it a lot, with jeans, shorts, and skirts. It is great support, comfortable for walking.

Excellent - I need good arch support ...wearing flip flops and Uggs all winter burned up my fascia...the only thing I can wear is Asics gel nimbus and keens, both I would highly recommend if you need arch support but my feet wanted to breathe for the summer and I love the look of flip flops. I wasn’t into the rubber toe stopper on keens new flip flop. I had tried Chaco’s before but the back strap was too loose and wasn’t adjustable These are perfect, just slip right into them. The arch support is amazing, the cushioning gives the feel that you could walk endlessly. They could have made the fabric between the toe thinner but I got used to it within a day. They look really great and feel even better. The extra straps are adjustable but I just leave them loose, which gives them a not just your average flip flop look, which I like. I did have to order a full size down. I always wear a 6, but they were too big. The 5 was perfect. I have a wide foot and they look narrow but they fit perfect. I ordered the orange and the black but I kept the black. The orange are cute too. My feet are happy, my toes get to wiggle, and I know I am wearing a shoe that’s helping my body, not hurting it.
