Reefs are great! As soon as I saw Reef's at Zappos, I had to get a pair. Great sandals.

I do not recommend this sandal if you have a medium width feet or larger. The strap isn't completely leather and the material they used on the inside gave me blisters and left scares on the inside of my feet. Super bummed been buying reefs for the last 18 years.

I think Reef sandals are, in general, fantastic. I have 2 pair that I wear constantly, they changed my whole concept of flip-flops. I bought these for a little dressier look, and they do look great. However, the straps are narrower than my others, and the leather has a hard, rough edge. The straps irritated the sides of my foot, even after considerable wear around the house. I'm sorry, but I'll have to return these. The nice thing is that you never need to worry about returns with Zappos. I'd love to see Zappos expand their product offerings and put that "A----n" place right out of business. By the way, the Reefs I love are the Leather Slap II and Playa Negra. Compare the straps on these with the Leather Smoothy in the detail photos.

I ordered these for my husband to take on vacation. Flip flops really bother his toes in between. The fabric at the toe area would have really helped.... They do run small as some feedback says. I think nearly a full size. The width is a little narrow for a wide foot. We chose to return them.

Reef Review - Compared to Rainbow sandals this sandal seems heavy and does not form fit...i.e. they have a tendency to slide around on the feet when walking.

Returned. Was disappointed to see that though the photo shows a shoe with a sole stamped, "Made in Brazil," the product I received had a tag under the strap: Made in China. I am not the only person deliberately boycotting shoes made in China: please consider offering more selections made in places that practice some form of respect for human rights.

Run very large and have begun falling apart not more than 7 months after purchase. Can't wear too long either as the leather causes severe blistering.

The glue came undone after two or three times wearing these. They are ok. Nothing great and not worth the price.

I hate to say it about the beloved Smoothy, but I just received my 2nd replacement order from el Zappo yesterday. The footbed on the first two sets separated from the foam part inside of one week. Hoping for better on pair #3 but not terribly optimistic. My original pair lasted 7 years so I was pretty surprised. Hopefully just a bad batch and not a sign of Reef outsourcing quality. Of course Zappos customer service has been top notch in handling the replacements. Nice job Z!

The top layer of this sandal became unglued after 1 week. I will never order these again.

Quality. They are true leather. I’m on my 2nd pair and I love the way they age and break in. Fantastic sandal. Absolutely recommend and I never leave reviews.

Looks great when my son wants to wear flip flops with shorts or jeans.

Perfect slides that are going to last a long time. recommend sizing down. I’m typically 9.5 and 9 fit perfect.

These are a well made leather flip flop that is very comfortable to wear.

The best pair of leather flip flops I’ve owned! Fit, comfort and style are just right! Love the sound they make walking on shard surfaces! I wear slim fit Joe’s jeans with my Reefs and I can’t help but notice others looking at me wherever I go! I feel more appealing to the opposite gender wearing my Joe’s jeans with these flip flops. Bottom line: the price, fit, materials and looks are well worth the price!! I totally recommend my Reefs and I’m placing an order for my third pair in less than one year, now!!

About 1/2” shorter than my other Reef sandals of the same size. I returned them.
