I bought these because a lot of my friends RAVED about REEF. I was disappointed with how the strap stretched and the front of the sandal feels too thin.

I love these sandals and ordered them in purple. I only gave them 3 stars because they are very wide. I actually thought I might have accidentally ordered them in an 8 wide but I did not. I have a very average foot width and they are very loose in the width.

I have this is my 5th pair of Fannings. I think the design changed as the exact same shoes are not as comfortable.

The right is bigger than the left. Says same size but is bigger.

Replacement of a pair of Reef flip-flops. New ones are not as comfortable and feel a bit too narrow.

My first choice is barefooting it. When I can't bare the terrain or heat my reef Phantoms have been my answer for the past few years. Took a chance on upgrading to the Fanning. Construction is great and look/feel like they will out last the Phantoms. Fit is true to size, but only giving 3 stars because the elevated heal is not the best design for my type of foot, longer toes medium width. Foot slides forward causing stress between large and second toe..did not happen with Phantoms. If there is a next time will try Fanning low. Also need to resolve the issue with logo peeling up on heal pad..only took a few hours of wear for that to occur. Of course bottle opener rocks!

I found that the bottle opener on the bottom is useless and more a hinderance. Fanning is not a soft on the feet as my Rover was.

Just bought my 12th pair. Loved these for many reasons, but leather inside strap was one primary reason. Almost returned these to Reef, but cannot find older style in any store. Many years ago Reef had a suede style and they discounted it. Every time I find the perfect sandal, go through a few pair, they discontinue them. Stop it and bring back the leather inside strap and softer sole without bottle cap opener.

I have bought over 30 pair of reefs through out the years my last 6 pair were purchased over 10 years ago i recently purchased a new reef fanning the arch support the feel and the quality of the product is not even close to the old products as companies get larger they tend to forget what made them popular today its a shame profits out weight what the shoe is all about, so often this becomes the norm...

Thought they'd be more comfortable. Wish they came in wide sizes

Not sure? Very comfortable sanders. But they don't seem to last as long as others. This is my third pair in about 4 years. 1st pair delaminated and second pair broke at the toe strap. Old rainbow sanders used to have a warranty for the life of the sole but I'm pretty sure these do not.

great flip flop, but the fact that you can't order a cool looking flip flop without a bottle opener in the sole is absurd. This is for a 5th grader. Just what we need walking around the schools.

Love these flops. I have owned many pairs. They provide comfortable support and grip - until they don't! After 12-18 months of normal use in Hawaii, the rubber treads start turning rock-hard and become so slick that wearing them on hard surfaces (flooring, cement, stone) is like SKATING ON ICE. They are quite dangerous to wear after this, even though they have lots of tread left and are fully broken in for comfort. I just threw out 2 nice pairs of these (in gum-brown and blue) that should have easily served me for another year or 2, except for this flaw in materials. It's like they have an "expiration" date. Keep this in mind, and when you first start to feel them slipping around, or making scuffing noises, stop wearing them and contact Reef.

We love Reef Sandals. The quality and comfort is awesome, and you can get a lot of miles of them.

This is the third time in six years i have bought the fanning, so i obviously like them. This year's does not live up to the quality of my prior purchases. It is much heavier, and wider so my foot slips around, and my toes hang over and they do not on my other pairs. So i was disappointed. I still like them but i think you should go back to your prior version or manufacturer. These are not as good as they could be and were.

I really like the sandal by last two pair the tho g between the toes has torn away from the sandal. And my sandals were not that old plus they are not worn in the winter. Wish they could fix this issue.

The show runs wider than expected. Otherwise exactly what I wanted..

My older Reefs you could wear all day and be comfortable, but these new ones have no heal cushion. Half way through walking my dog I wanted them off. Bummer.

I purchased these for a friend who has worn Reef for years, she was disappointed that they didn't fit the top of her foot better. In the past the top conformed to the top of her foot and "fit" nicely but the new ones this time were fairly loose on top and felt almost sloppy. She has worn the same style and size every time and this time they don't fit the same or have the same comfort. The only difference she could see in them was the country of origin... she advised she probably won't be buying again.

They don't fit as well as the pair I had before them. I'm really bummed about that as they were my favorite shoes.

I love these sandals for their style and color but the strap you put you foot into is way to tight. Fit is right size however.

Not as comfy as my last pair... not as much support

The shoe it's self is very hard it is not as comfortable as my prior reef shoes
