Ariat Heritage Western - I love these boots! They are so comfortable, I don't want to take them off. The leather on the top part of the boot is soft and supple, not stiff like some boots. Zappos service is the best! I exchanged another pair of boots for the Heritage Western. Zappos only charged my credit card for the price difference even though I had not returned the boots yet. And they arrived super quick! Thank you Zappos!

Too big - The boot is great in that it's stylish, affordable and built to last. However, after wearing them for a week, they have stretched out tremendously. I have to wear ski socks to try and make them more snug and comfortable. Unfortunately, they're still too big and I don't enjoy wearing them b/c I'm constantly annoyed at how my feet are sliding around in them.

The Hottest, Most comfortable Boot, So Cute - This boot is so hot, they look great with everything. They are so comfortable. I love them. The price was unbeatable for this boot.

I love it! These boots are the best!! They were comfortable the moment I pulled them on and they look great! I would love to have a pair in black!! Maybe I'll ask for a pair for Christmas! I wear an 8 1/2 in most shoes, but an 8 is perfect in these boots.

Classic looks and comfort - Ariat boots are comfortable and will never go out of style. You get a lot of bang for the buck.

Great Boot - I really like this boot. It looks terrific - not too pointy, but definately western style. The foot bed is very comfortable. I wore this boot for the first time to an all day event, and walked for at about two miles in it with no problems!

Awesome Boot - I have always had trouble wearing boots due to fallen arches and high instep. I was always adding supports, buying different sizes but nothing worked. I was in a local store and they had these boots on sale and I decided just to try them on. Once I got tried them, I didn't want to take them off-I felt like a five-year-old who wants to wear the new shoes out of the store!! They are so comfortable due to the special support system. I have worn them with skirts, jeans- they look and feel great. I am buying them in all the colors that they make!! I love them, I think you will, too.

Great Boots - I've been looking for Ariat at Zappos for quite a while and am happy to see a few pop up finally. Ariat products are about the best shoes I have ever worn and it's very hard to find the full line anywhere. I have these in red from last season and love them. They are comfortable to wear all day, which was a pleasant suprise--I got them becuase I've always wanted red cowboy boots but never thought they'd be comfortable. Becuase they were Ariats I gave these a try and was not disappointed. No question Ariat uses serious technology in real equestrian gear and the "fashion" shoes/boots. These are worth more than the price.

Great Boot!!...but not for smaller calves - This is such a good looking boot! I was a little disappointed because the calf circumference is way to big for my calves. The boots bulge under my jeans, so I will have to send them back. My friend tried them on, and her calves are a little bigger than mine, and the boots fit her wonderfully. Customer service was excellent. I got the boots 2 days after I ordered them!!

Good shoe, but the rubber sole is a problem - I wore this shoe over 4 days on a vacation to chicago. Two of those days, I attended Lollapalooza, an outdoor concert in 110 degree heat. I walked all over Chicago in these shoes. My conclusion: these shoes are great for kicking around in. But dont plan to wear them all day, or to walk in them for longer than a mile.

clw - Love the boot-turning fifty and always wanted a pair of boots. Having a great time wearing my boots for the first time. Fit was accurate and the free delivery was unexpected-2 day free delivery!

Feels great, not a perfect fit - The arch support and cushioning in this boot are awesome. But the fit is not perfect for me. I have a wide toe/narrow heel, and my heel slips in this boot. Otherwise, I love these boots. I've gotten lots of compliments on them.

I ordered 8 1/2 C. Wear 8 1/2 to 9 in hiking boots. I have very wide feet with a very high instep so decided to stay with my usual size the first time I ordered. Put them on for the first time with thick hiking socks and they were still way too big. I will be returning the 8 1/2's and trying an 8C. Unbelievable insoles in them, support in the arch is terrific, and comfort along the entire footbed is marvelous.

Love the stitching and the heel...but these ran too big for me and the style makes my ankles/calves look thick. Also, the brown is much darker than it appeared on the website.

I have wanted cowboy boots for a long time and finally saved up enough to purchase them. I am very disapointed. They are extremely uncomfortable and difficult to get on and off. Also, they are way too big around my calf which is unusual for me considering I have big runners legs. Even with jeans tucked in the calf part is gaping. Maybe someone used to cowboy boots would have better luck.

Could not get my foot into the boot! I had so hoped that this would be a WIDE width, but it seems not to be. So terribly disappointed!
