I love this shoe! This felt like a slipper from the moment I put it on! If anything is going to hurt on my body, it will be my feet. I have a high arch and after a lot of walking or standing, the balls of my feet are killing me. This shoe is so comfortable. I have been wearing it to see how comfortable it will be for a trip to Europe next month. It is definitely going with me and I plan to wear it on all the tours, including the one on cobblestone streets. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with fussy feet. I would buy another color in this same shoe if it was available.

Arche shoes - These shoes are smaller than other Arche shoes styles, the soles are slippery and the straps that hold the ankle hurt the ankle, maybe because they are too tight. A big disillusion from Arche!

Arche Satia - I am recovering from plantar fasciitis. I have a medium width at the ball of my foot, high arches, very narrow heels, and a low volume foot. These shoes fit like a glove. I have never in my life had shoes that held me in at the heels and these do. They are so soft to walk in because the latex cushions every step. My foot sinks in just the right amount to feel supported. I did add some metatarsal support pads for my neuroma. These make me want to jump up and down and dance. Everyone comments on how beautiful they are. They go great with pants, shorts, skirts, and more formal summer-wear. A go-anywhere shoe that can't be beat. I was told that you can lightly oil the latex once a year or so to keep it looking fresh. I expect these could last for many years. The style is timeless.

This is a second pair I just received because they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I've walked all over Europe, twice in them. I logged over 30,000 steps some days and my feet never hurt. I get complimented on them all the time. I have high arches and a funny toe, so comfortable shoes are a must if I don't want to be miserable. My only fear was that Arche would stop making them, so I ordered another pair just in case. I never want to not have these sandals! They are expensive, for sure. But in my opinion, worth it.

Boo who? Purchased in the blue combo & blue shoes are hard to find. Feels good, very comfortable & have received a ton of compliments. I wasn't familiar with Arche & since have checked them out. Most of their styles look kinda dull, but they made the mark on these. I think they are a little over priced for the materials and craftsmanship required to produce compared to say a Donald Pliner or Think brand. But other than that, they are well done. Good combination of fashion & function.

Sophisticated and comfortable for travel - If you're looking for a great travel shoe, this is it. While it offers enough comfortable support for walking and sightseeing, its sophisticated design works well in all situations.

Arche Satia - Very Arche in looks and fit; I am really pleased I got these. Have a rather narrow foot and they fit perfectly. The straps around ankle are very cleaver and looks and fits exactly; wouldn't change a thing. Have difficulty with medium width occasionally, but no problems with these.

A perfect fit - I have plantar fasciitis and I have been looking for a nice looking pair of sandals with good arch support and a well cushioned footbed. By far, this pair has exceeded my expectations. The flexible straps allows for a perfect fit. I got the pimiento-black combo and would love to have another pair in all black or all brown.

Arche Satia - These are beautiful, quite comfortable and I think chic sandals. They run about 1/2 size small in length.

These shoes are so comfortable that it pains me to have to return them. Unfortunately, the front of the sole is angled down so sharply, that it doesn't work for me with my long second toe. I have many pairs of Arche shoes, and they are generally worth the high price. But I've had to return several new styles recently for this same reason. If this sandal had more of a rounded toe, I not only would have kept the pair I ordered, I would bought one or two other pairs in different colors!

Delightful shoe. Your feet sigh when you put them on. So soft, flexible and comfortable. The styling is not trendy, but I work on concrete and these shoes are great for that.

These are incredibly comfortable. Expensive yes, but I ordered and kept them because I wear them every day.

I bought these 5 years ago and am still wearing them each summer. I know they ate a little pricy but these look brand new after 5 years and that’s worth a lot to me. Stylish, comfortable and with good arch support.

Comfy and somewhat classy!

It is beautiful and comfortable that is all I need for a pair of shoes. Arche made it again.

These shoes are perhaps the best fitting, most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in a long time. I ordered the, a half size smaller because I have a narrow foot and they fit perfectly.

I sometimes wear a C width, because one of my feet is slightly too wide for most Mediums. But Arche shoes, which I usually buy on an annual trip to Paris (not last or this year, alas) often fit either just right, or with a small stretch in that one shoe. This style, made in suede, is perfect to take to the stretch, and therefore is comfortable as well as elegant. Arche shoes are made by hand. They are expensive, for sure, but they last and last and last. I have some for 4-5 years, and they look and feel great.

This is one of the few stylish sandals for an old lady foot. I did order half a size up as I like my shoes on the loose (not sloppy loose) side. The elastic bands in my size were a little tight for my preference and the toe was a little tight for my ugly ole bunion. Darn. Alas, a half size up provided a more comfortable elastic hold and comfortable coverage for the ugly bunion. I can still shoe off my pedicured feet and French style (is that still “in”-who cares at my age anyway-I like it) nail polish on my toes.

I have found I am one size smaller than recommended in the Arche shoes and that was the case here. These shoes fit like a some what tight glove but I suspect will stretch a little based upon the fabric. Very fashionable but suitable for shorts and I believe will be perfect for travel and lots of walking.

I really liked this shoe, but with long toes I had to return. Will order a 1/2 size up next time.

I've been wearing Arche for longer than I can remember, bought my first pair in Paris before they were available anywhere else. And these are my favorite shoes, Arche or otherwise. I just had to throw away my last pair of silver (I also have a pair in light brown suede). The pair I used up lasted about six years but the elastic ankle straps got a little loose. I probably could have had them repaired but I had a back-up pair. So the pair I just bought that are the occasion for this review are actually replacements for my back-up pair. That's how much I love them. They're expensive, but they are incredibly durable, comfortable and while they're not trendy they're timeless and attractive.

I loved everything about this shoe but there was not enough padding under the ball of my foot for extended walking.

I discovered these sandals last year and was totally won over by how comfortable they felt. The wide elastic bands have kept their shape and stretch even after many hours of walking all over town; I was relieved to see that Arche is selling the exact same style this summer and just purchased a new pair "just in case" as last year's shoes are still in great shape. The arch support is wonderful. This is my first ever pair of Arche shoes and I am impressed by the quality, which I feel justifies the price.
