I love to shop at Zappos.com. I have returned 3 pairs of shoes without hassle because they didn't fit -- not Zappos problem, just hard to fit feet. Returns are easy to process and the response time is great! This shoe is really nice. It's true to size and looks great! Soft leather.

These shoes were a great purchase -- I'm very happy with them. I do a lot of walking and standing (elementary school teacher/choir director), so I usually go for comfort above all. I was so pleased to find a pair of shoes that was comfortable and reasonably cute as well. Love these, and will likely be buying them in other colors as well.

Pretty shoe, but a little tight on the top of one foot. I love these because they go with black or brown or even jeans.

Very, very comfortable. I'm on my feet a lot during the day and these shoes don't make my feet hurt. Breathable. Fashionable. Putty color is a neutral taupe that goes well with a lot. I wear them with pants and skirts to work. They are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own.

Soft style shoes are very comfortable and true to size. I love the fact that come in a variety of colors. They look great with dress slacks or business casual outfits.

These shoes are beautiful. Perfect heel and very good support. The shade of gray complements many outfits. A wonderful shoe to add to your wardrobe.

I'm very pleased with the way Zappos handled my order. I had to return the first pair and they were gracious enough to get the next size to me right away with postage paid both ways both times. I won in both cases! The second pair fit better and the postage was prepaid.

I was surprised at how these shoes really fit well and how comfortable they were right from the start. Will order these in all colors.

The shoes were wonderfully comfortable and I danced well in them the first time I wore them. The order came quickly, but the shoes were scuffed from the shipping.

I have not worn these as yet, but do like the looks of them and your company definitely gives the best of service. I will be wearing them soon and then I will let you know as to how they feel on.

I love shoes! Due to an accident, I acquired a fear of falling. Gave away about 65 pair of heels...so I needed heels. Looked everywhere for kitten heels...classic, low heels that I could wear without feeling as if I might fall. None found in the malls, none on the t.v. shopping shows. Working at computer...bingo! I saw exactly what I needed, and what I wanted. And at a reasonable price, who says prayer isn't answered? So, now I have 6 pair of the Angel 11, 2 pair of Ann Klein's Pipa and I am thrilled with them all. I also bought several pair of Enzo's Liberty flats (now there are 68 pair in my closet). The Angel is one of the most comfortable heels I have worn in years! The first time I wore them I had them on all day, and felt just fine, no leg aches, no foot or toe aches! The support is great. The classic design is perfect, as I am not into being too fad conscious at my mature age. In the future all my shoe purchases will be through Zappos; they have the shoes I love and they arrive the next day on most orders, what more could you ask for? Next I will be looking at handbags, mmm!

So cute. Very classy. These are my second pair of Annies. I have diabetic foot neuropathy and Annie's shoes are very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

This is a great shoe. It is basic enough to wear with jeans, but dressy enough to wear for work. It fits great and is comfortable. Most important for me, it comes in size 11.5, which is really hard to find!

Wore these shoes for the first time at a weekend school reunion - more walking than expected and they looked great and felt really comfortable. I'd buy them again.

I wanted a plain brown dressy pump for under skirts and slacks. These pumps are plain, but they are much cuter on than they look. My 16 year-old fashion plate daughter agrees! I ordered the 7½WW and had to exchange for the 7WW as my heel kept slipping out. The size 7 fits fine, though. A nice basic pump, very comfortable.

Nice, plain, comfortable pump. The navy is quite dark. My size is 5 to 5 1/2 and the 5 1/2 fits me perfectly.

I love this shoe. It felt true to size and width (and I am a wide with the need for a more ample toe-box). It is classy and my friends always give me nice compliments on it when I wear it.

Style and color (black lamy) were just what I wanted. But I'm normally a 10 M in shoes, and my toe was right at the end and my foot was squished.

It was difficult finding narrow shoes for my mother-in-law to wear to her granddaughter's wedding. Zappos came through with flying colors on how many different styles and shoes. I've passed the address onto my mother as she is a wide. Anyone having a hard time finding a correct size, I recommend Zappos.

Loved the gray color as it is so hard to find the any gray, much less the right gray. I also like the low heel height as I am on my feet a lot and yet need to look professional.

The shoes I ordered arrived the next day. I like the complete reliability of Zappos.
