First of all, Zappos is one of the best companies I have had the experience of dealing with. Their personnel are very professional and friendly. I had to return the first two pair of shoes due to size. I found I had to have a half size larger than I normally had worn. These returns were remarkable. Thanks. Can't wait to order another pair.

The shoes were wide enough and looked good. My sore feet needed more padding on the sole, however.

The perfect Mother of the Bride shoe! Neutral, pretty, and comfortable enough to be on your feet all day. Could have been just a tad wider.

I felt slightly narrower than marked but OK. I'm more comfortable in a wide width but can fit into a medium width snugly. Overall great shoes. I love the look.

I liked everything about this shoe except for some reason it was too big. Although other reviewers stated that you should order a size larger, I had the reverse experience. So I'm hoping the smaller size will work. Perfect all around functional shoe.

I love this shoe, and have 5 pair, different colors. The shoe can be worn for either dressy or casual wear. It has a nice narrow heel, which is hard to find.

This is a great looking shoe that is comfortable enough to put on and wear right out of the box, but I recommend scuffing the very smooth bottoms so that you don't slip! I normally wear a size 7, but sometimes 7 1/2. This shoe needs the extra half size for the comfort I described. If you like a low heel, this is a winner with a smooth, polished look.

Beautiful and comfortable! I took them on a cruise and wore them there for the first time. They went with everything and were nice for formal night, as well as the regular dress nights. Very true to size.

I have a bone spur on the joint of my big toe, so I can no longer wear high heels. This shoe is low-heeled enough to allow me to wear a dressy looking shoe in comfort. I have three pairs in bone, navy and black. Love this shoe!

My problem with finding shoes in my size. Usually, size 5 or smaller is hard to find at stores as well as on-line. At least at Zappos, I can find my size, style, and comfort of the shoes I have bought.

I love these shoes! Perfect balance of cute and practical. When I first tried them on they did feel a little tight on the toes but as the day went on, they stretched and were much more comfortable. I would recommend these for any professional lady (or man, I don't judge!) who is looking for a stylish pair of cute office shoes.

The shoes were exactly what I needed for fit, style and price. The web site is very well designed to make searching easy. The free shipping is the biggest attraction! I had always been reluctant to buy shoes on line before. I'm going to shop again to see if I can find shoes with removable insoles as I usually wear prescription orthotics.

This shoe is a favorite of mine. I have in several colors and is just a good, comfortable basic flat.

Impressed with this shoe for the price. However I ordered my size and it was way too short, so had to return them. Luckily I had also ordered other pairs of shoes and both of those were great.

Nice looking shoe, had to send back because it was too large...but I don't mind, exchanges with Zappos are a breeze! Plus, anything too big on my wide foot makes me feel delicate and petite!
