I have ordered other pumps in size 9 EE that fit better than these did. I liked the classic look of the shoe but they just felt too tight. Darn it!

Initially I thought these shoes were very cute but I could also tell there wasn’t going to enough padding for the ball of my foot and not enough room in the shoe to add a pad. Sadly, I’m returning them.

Beautiful pump! Just didn't have enough support at the ball of the foot for me. And my orthotic didn't fit inside to solve the problem. So cute, hate to return.

The shoe out the box was cute, color matched a few outfits (big plus). Initially it thought toe box are was fitting tight and attributed that to trying them on at the end of my work day and swelling feet. Next morning fit was better but I walk a lot on the job and still concerned they will be uncomfortable in the course of the day. I hate to send them back.

Bought for work in a professional setting; also met military regulations.

They're nice shoes! They aren't trendy or eye-popping, but they're within my budget, they have a classic style, they have a good heel shape (not too clunky-looking), and they're comfortable. Unhappily, I'm returning them. It's not really the fault of the shoes. It's because I am beginning to learn ballroom dancing, and had wanted to attach the suede soles that are recommended for this activity. The soles of these shoes are not leather, so they won't work well with the suede I want to attach. Oh well....

I needed new low-heel comfortable basic dress shoes because my feet have grown a bit in the past years. I now have bunions on each foot, not huge, but enough to make my shoes hurt if worn at an event that lasts a while. I like the classic style of these shoes, their modest heel, & the colors they come in. The iron grey is a fresh new color and will go with a log of things. I bought them in black & red so that I'll have nice shoes to reach for, no matter which outfit. These fit well & with a stretch are OK with my bunions.

I got the red pair and they looked so cute, but I had a couple issues. First, I got too large a size. My finicky feet are either 7 or 7.5, depending on the brand and style. Turns out these needed to be 7, but I ordered 7.5. I kept slipping out of the heel, making for uncomfortable walking. There is no tread on the soles, so carpet and slick surfaces would probably kill me in these shoes. Lastly, I have Morton's foot and the ball of my foot gets zero cushion or support in these shoes. I felt the pressure immediately. I was hoping to wear these at the office, but unfortunately, the quest continues for the perfect pair.

Look nice, good fit in the heels in length and width but tight in the toes

Cushion inside is on the outer part of the foot, and feels odd. I would like the cushion on the inside of the foot, thus more arch support. It's a bit stiff. I got a similar shoe from the Soft Style with a pleats decoration, and it feels more comfortable to me. Overall this brand seems to fit well.

A stylish, classic pump. I would agree with other reviewers that the shoes felt half a size bigger in the length. Sadly in the width I felt they were a bit narrow. I ordered a wide and double wide, I'm usually a wide. In both shoes I could tell the sole was just not wide enough when I stepped down. The upper section was straining and I imagine would start to pinch after a long day. Very cute style but maybe not the best for wide feet.

Love the color, but ordered too large, walked out of them.

I ordered these for my mom to wear to my brother's wedding. She is pleased with the look, comfort, and quality. That said, they are HUGE. We ordered her an 8.5 as that is her usual size and we've never bought this brand before. They were so massive we returned for a 7.5, and they are still big. She's keeping them as we don't have time to exchange again but if we ever buy another pair we would do a 7, so they were at least a full size and a half big.

Purchased these shoes for my Mother for Mother's Day. She has unusually narrow feet and cannot find shoes to fit in stores. The shoes were still a little wide on her feet. However, she was well pleased and glad to have dress shoes to wear.

I bought these shoes for a wedding. The rose cloud are what I'd consider a ballet pink. It was slightly different than I expected, but was very pretty. I had to return because one shoe (left) was slightly too big in the heel. I've never had this problem before, but it was such a difference I had trouble walking in them. They were on the verge of being too narrow and I do not have narrow feet, so that's something to take into consideration.

These were really cute shoes but they were not long enough although I ordered my normal size.
