The shoes fit good, very comfortable and nice looking.

I read that others really felt these were comfortable. However, they were too tight for even 5 minutes. You may want to order up one size to ensure they fit.

This is a cute shoe but I usually wear a 9 1/2 and they are a little small. I would recommend ordering a half size larger. The comfort seems good. There is padding in the sole for comfort.

Overall they fit. My left foot is slightly larger than right. So my right heel “lifts”. I added a heel pad , so I think that will take care of the problem.

The shoes fit quite well and I really like the look. The color is neutral and I need that for summer wear. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I also am extremely pleased with Zappos customer service.

P{retty shoe. I ordered these because I had another of the same style and name that fit like a glove. I wanted the same arch support and fit. I got neither. First time I wore them the lining in the left shoe has come lose. There is NO arch support, heal has soft cushion. The shoe feels so much wider than the normal wide width I order, falling off at the heals. Because I did and will wear them, I cannot return.

These shoes were a bit stiff and at first I thought they may be too small, even though I ordered my normal size. However, after walking around my house for an hour or so, they loosened up and and turned out to be a perfect fit. No looseness in the heels and no crushed toes. I love the heel height and the wider heel base. Much more stable than high, spike heels.

I do not wear pumps, heels, or any other type of non-casual shoe - and haven't since 1998. The only reason I got these shoes was to have them in case some event comes up where I need to look more business-like. There's nothing wrong with these shoes, but I just don't like anything except explorer sandals, boots, and athletic shoes - it's all I wear. I retired a long time ago, so have no need to dress up anymore. When these pumps arrived, I tried them on with a light sock, and they felt comfortable enough. I would usually wear nylon stockings with them, and I do have pairs of those from 20+ years ago, but have no idea how the shoes will feel when I put the nylon stockings on. However, I feel they will do if I need to wear this style for a few hours - like if I ever feel I can't get away with my normal dress-down look. I'm a jeans and shirts type woman. I dressed to the 9's when I worked at a Fortune 500 company for 30 years and now want to relax and be comfortable.

I usually wear a 6.5W in casual shoes, but these were too long and I tended to walk out of them. I assume the width is good, but I think I need an XW in dress shoes. I am returning for a size 6 XW. The leather is nice and toe box is fine. Heel height is good for me. I'm 72 yrs. old.

Shoes fit great but my left foot is a little bit smaller so I'll have to buy something to "fill in" my left heel.

My left foot is a tiny bit smaller than my right foot so I'll need to buy something for the back of the heel (lt side only) so it won't slip. Otherwise, I love the color and I love the look of the shoe. Bravo, Zappos!!

I loved he arch that it had and the heel size was great for me, however I need to send these back and get a smaller size...otherwise, it would have been perfect.

It's extremely difficult to find narrow shoes that are a true narrow, and these are no exception. These were a little wide for a "narrow". I kept them and made them work because I needed the color to wear to a wedding and didn't have time to find anything else. I like the style, simple and classic.

The fit was great! I had a similar pair in the same brand and size which I was replacing. The heel has the same rubber pad, but the part under the metatarsals did not have rubber as before. It is now leather which feels more unstable and slippery at times.

Very nice shoe. Not used to wearing dress shoes on regular basis, but, happy to have it in my shoe collection for future wear.

Shoe was comfortable and very nice style. Unfortunately I have a bunion forming on one foot and it did not fit well

These pumps are comfortable and very affordable. I am happy with this purchase.

First time trying this brand. I love this style of shoe; the heel height was great and the color (red) was beautiful. However, I found that my recommended size was too small and narrow and I returned. My "regular" size is generally 7 - 7.5; if I re-order, I'll most likely try a 7.5 wide.
