Beautiful shoe, but too narrow.

love this shoe most comfortable in the wide I did add a comfort strip to hold a little better in place...looks classy and i know i will wear them out this season. Thank you.

Love them! I call them my ruby slippers and have quickly become my favorite pair of shoes.

Great shoes but color was not quite right for my need. Impressed with Zappos ordering process and return policy. Well worth acting on your curiosity to try knowing you can always return.

I really wanted to like this shoe, because it is cute, comes in wide widths, and has a low heel. I broke my foot a year ago and since then, it has been really wide, so I have trouble fitting into shoes. Thank goodness for Zappos that allows me to try on and return shoes easily. I am constantly on the look-out for shoes. Unfortunately, these did not work, after several different sizes. They are too long, even in a smaller size than I normally wear.

I have never been able to wear pumps because of my various foot issues (bunion on left foot, narrow ankles, weak arches) but I figured I would give these a shot. Unfortunately I had to return them. However, I think for most women these would be a great shoe. I could tell how comfortable they would be for anyone who normally wears pumps. They have so much cushioning! Even on the sides! I was really sad to return them. I am giving them 5 stars even thought they didn't work for my feet because it would be unfair to judge them based on my crazy feet!

This shoe did feel hard on the ball of the foot so I added Dr. Scholl's foam cushions which created a rather snug fit but I don't have bunions and my toes are not touching the front of the toe box. It is very attractive and I agree that it looks like real leather as did my last Soft Style pair. I especially like the shape of the heel and the rolled edge where the shoe meets the skin. It did have a very slight blemish where the heel meets the body of the shoe, almost unnoticeable, but I will cover it with shoe polish. I trust that this shoe will last a good 10 years as did my previous pair.(Used for church and special events) I was a little surprised at the price but the alternative was SAS Elaine at over $250. I couldn't get a good fit in that shoe because of my narrow heel.

I love these shoes. Please do not ever stop making them. They are supremely comfortable, attractive, practical, and it's GREAT that they aren't made out of leather. I don't want to wear cows on my feet. I have three pairs and will buy more.

Lovely but too narrow

Loved the shoes overall but they were just too large. I wear a wide width in many shoes but regular width in others. The width felt right but they were about half a size too large even though a 6.5 is my usual size.

I love the shoe! However, I ordered a medium width and was much too snug across toes. The length was fine. Also I have a narrow heel and it was great for me but I must say if someone has a fuller shaped heel it might be tight. I had to send back and order the next width up. Prayerfully these will be perfect. The insole was well padded and I could tell they would be extremely comfortable for a days wear. I had ordered the putty color - it is a little deeper than a taupe - very pretty color to go with everything!

What a deal! These were under $40 and they fit like a glove. I am short with wide feet and these slipped right on and I wore them that evening to a holiday party. Nicely finished, a little more 'mature' than I would like but they felt like slippers rather than dress shoes. Highly recommended.

I have very wide feet and some balance issues. Ordered these in EE and they are so comfortable and sturdy. I ordered the Bordeaux velvet. The color is lovely and material very on trend. It will be the perfect shoe for the holidays!
