I usually wear a 7MED but they were too narrow. The 61/2 W is perfect. This is a very nice pump with a low heal which is preferred by us "ladies of a certain age".

Super comfortable little heels. Although they were much bigger in size than expected. I'll be exchanging for a 6.5 WW, usually wear a 7.5 WW. The width is perfect for my bunions, too.

Absolutely loved these shoes! Wore them for 13 hours straight out of the box for an event, my feet were perfectly comfortable.

Lovely shoes, but not made for my very narrow heel. Rubbed hard at the heel, making it feel as though the shoe was too small

These were too wide in the heel for my daughter. :( We tried Narrow size 8. They are SO NICE looking in person.

What a terrific pair of shoes. I am always hesitant to purchase shoes on line b/c I have two different sized feet. These are a perfect compromise as they fit both feet well and are super comfortable. They are very practical and even a little bit stylish. thank you for a terrific "go to" work shoe.

In the past few years Ive been frustrated with new shoes as my long toe kept rubbing the footbed. It finally dawned on me, just maybe my foot has grown! So i called zappos, returned my new 9.5 order, and was promptly sent a size 10 in these heels. Wow, what a difference the correct size makes! Duh ??! For a very reasonably priced shoe, these are gorgeous in the peau de soire and extremely comfortable. I would definitely buy this brand again—in my new, correct length!

Wore around the house over the weekend to break in. Great value.

I loved the color and style of this shoe and would have loved to have kept it but the width wasn't the best for me. I have a narrow foot except across the toes. Sometimes I get lucky and find a shoe that is comfortable and doesn't slip and show gaps along the sides but this, unfortunately, wasn't one of those times.

I recently bought two pairs of these shoes, both black, one made of fabric, the other of leather. I am a typical size 8, and both pair fit beautifully. The style is exactly as shown on line. Not only were the shoes quite wonderful, but the process of ordering them could not have been easier. Add to that the fact that they arrived more quickly than expected, and you can see why I am such a satisfied customer!

I've been looking for a smart pair of lower heeled black shoes for some time. These were just the perfect style and fit. I'm about to order more in different colours.

This is a review for size, since I've not worn the shoes for any length of time yet. I originally ordered the 11D, because a basic wide width is usually wide enough for me. However, not with this shoe. Had to send the 11D back and get the "EW" (or "EE"). I could not even conceive of walking a few steps in the D, but the EW fits great! I got the Black Patent, and would consider trying another color, maybe the white if the shoe is still available next spring.

Finding women's wide shoes is a struggle...especially DRESS shoes. If I get 10 wide, they're too small; if I get 11 wide, they're like flip-flops when I walk. Tried 10 EE (extra wide!) and they actually fit! Seeing as they're not expensive leather and have little "give", it feels like it would be impossible to wear them for over a couple hours, but I'm just glad to find a size that will give me even a couple hours (hopefully) of being able to wear non-TORTUROUS dressy shoes.

These days, it is unbelievably hard to find a nice, basic pump that can be a little dressy! These Soft Style shoes fit the bill perfectly! They are attractive in black peaux de soire, have adequate arch support and are comfortable. They are a very good value for the price. i ordered an 8 narrow---and wish i'd ordered an 8 as the narrow is just a bit narrow for me. But it will be fine and was not worth returning. i'm very happy with this purchase. Thanks, Zappos!

I just got the shoes so I haven't worn them yet, but trying them on they seem good. The right shoe seemed to be stretched out a bit but not the left shoe. I expect it to stretch as I wear it, so I hope it will be well in the end.

Had to exchange for half-size smaller. The WW width was perfect. It’s a comfortable and versatile shoe.

These were REALLY NICE shoes. I almost kept them, but alas, they went back. They were wide enough and were good, but just a tad bit too long in length. (I am somewhat between sizes, and often difficult to fit.) I would certainly recommend to try them!...just wish the length would have fit me. They also looked really great on!

I have this show in 6 different colors/finishes now and am thinking about another one. I have a very wide foot and foot issues, and this shoe has been a lifesaver. In the extra wide size I don't even have to order up a size for width! This is the perfect work shoe! A heel, but not too much if you have to walk a lot, the fit is great, the shoe is comfortable both with and without hosiery, and they keep looking great for a long time. Should I add the new marsala kid? I love that it's so inexpensive that I can get colors and even florals without feeling ridiculous.
