What can I say about these shoes. This has been my first experience with Naots, since they were recommended by my doctor for flat arches and excessive probation. I have to admit that they are comfortable, and your foot just molds to the soft footbed, but I just do not like the way they are sized. They do not run in half sizes, and I usually wear a 7½. I tried a 38 and they seemed a bit short and were tight in the width around the straps and a 39 was a little longer, but loose around the straps, so it seems that I was between sizes. I thought that they did look a bit clunky, but the Burnt Cooper is a beautiful color. They look good with jeans or capris. I am not sure if the straps would have stretched out some on the 38, but at that price, I did not want to take a chance since they cannot be returned after they are worn. I decided to stick with the 39 and hope for the best, but I am not sure if I will buy another pair of this style since they run so strange in size, but you cannot beat the comfort.

Shoe was much wider than I expected. Style looked too clunky on my foot. Leather was stiff.

Super comfortable, odd purple/brown color (Peacock), and strong odor. Disappointed, would love to keep them, but they will go back. Zappos continues to have great CS and an easy shopping experience! Will try again.

I agree with the customers who point out that the shoe can be uncomfortable in the toe area for people with wide feet. My pinkie toes get rubbed and irritated by the outside strap, even with several layers of bandaids and mole skin. The shoe is otherwise comfortable, although not as outstanding as I would expect for the price.

I love this style but the strap just constricted my pinkie toe too much to be able to keep them. Other than that, the foot bed was super comfy!

This is a comfortable sandal, but does not accommodate my orthodics as I had hoped. Also, the color is different than the picture.

After reading all the reviews and the description of the product I am not impressed with this product. I like how the foot sits cradled in the sandal itself but there doesn\'t feel like any cushioning and certainly no feeling of stepping into stand. I\'ve worn these for half a day now and barely see any imprint or feel any improved comfort with continued wearing. Over priced because of all these factors.

Straps too tight. I usually wear a 39 to 40, but even the 40 was too tight in this shoe. It didn't seem like the sole itself was too narrow, but the straps were way too tight. But the size 40 was already a bit long on me, so going up a size wouldn't help. I had the same issue with the other pair of Naot sandals I tried. I have not had this problem with Finn or Helle Comfort. It's too bad, the shoes were very cute for comfort shoes.

Defective pair and Zappos to the rescue! So I slipped these on, thinking nice! And then I decided to wear them when walking over to a friend's office for a longer test drive. By the time I arrived, less than 0.25 miles away, my food was raw. The stitching on the adjustable ankle strap was rough and had cut into my foot. However that 'sharp' stitching was only on one of the two shoes. If you encounter this, send them back! They aren't supposed to be that way and barring that problem. They are very comfortable.

I love the worn out metallic color. They are comfortable, yes, but they look a little hippie or earthy for my taste. I'm not crazy about the cork footbed. It felt like something was touching me the whole time and when I took them off, my feet felt tired and the strap had left some color on my ankle. I sent them back because they were not cute in the way I wished they were and it seemed like they might take a while to feel more comfy, if ever.

Clunkier than it looks in the picture - Because of the border all around the footbed, this shoe looks pretty clunky. May look better in the smaller sizes? It feels really comfortable, but I didn't wear it outside so I can't be sure.

Disappointed in these. Wore them for two hours today when I noticed the sole of the sandal is separating from the shoe. Assuming this is a one off (was my first time to try Naot) but I’ll have to return them. Shame as the heel height is perfect, attractive and flattering on the foot.

No go...too narrow and too small. I even ordered a size up. Cute and really hoping they would work but even if they did there wasn't enough arch support for me to even wear around the house.

I received this on 9/29 or 9/30. I wear these to work so I don't wear them on the weekends. About 2 weeks or so ago I noticed the right shoe started squeaking. So I hadn't worn them since but it took me a week or two to call Zappos for a return. A pair of $149.00 shoes should not squeak after wearing them about 30 times. The bottom of the shoes do not even show any wear yet. When I opened them I also felt that the quality was lacking. I pay this much money for really nice Dr. Marten boots and I pay less than this for Born's and they have nice quality and a leather foot bed which these did not. My Born shoes last no less than three years. I don't think these would have lasted one year. Disappointed in the quality and that they squeaked. They were comfortable and nice looking shoes though.

The footbed is cushioned and comfortable, but the straps were sewn on incorrectly on one sandal, leaving a weird gap between the outer top of my foot and the strap (but only on one foot). For the cost of these sandals, I am surprised to see such poor quality control (particularly when I found negative reviews from 2015 citing the same problem).

This sandal started out very comfortable but the straps that go over the toes and the top of my foot stretched out and now it doesn't fit right. I am going to try to take it to a shoe repair to tighten them.

This may have been a lovely shoe but the straps were poorly placed for my foot. The smallest side strap cut into my baby toe. It was terribly painful. There was no way I could keep this shoe. You wouldn't expect such poor design from a company that is suppose to specialize in comfort sandals ....and at a premium price. Sorry they didn't work. They were elegant otherwise.

I LOVE Naot shoes and this pair was classy, and I loved the leg-lengthening color! However, sent them back as baby was strapped too tightly on my right foot. The left shoe's footbed had more space at the heel and the toes / appeared to be longer (the left one)?? Sadly, had to return them.

These are very true to size, super comfortable at first, but something is wrong with the straps. The straps cut into my pinky toes. Unfortunately, it happened on a business trip, and these were the only shoes that I brought. I had to go to a mall and buy a different pair. I think it is something in the design, or the stitching/cut/handling of the leather. I hope I can find a different pair of Naots that do not have this flaw. I was so happy to have found elegant low rise sandals in size 43 for women!

Very cute shoe but without an adjustable toebox, I could not wear it. Sad, because I wanted it to work.

These shoes are very comfortable, but they look cheap. The leather bed is very thin and is not cut well. It even curls and peels up along the edges.

I thought I would love these but after a couple of wearings I do not like them. They feel flimsy on my foot and there isn\'t enough padding or arch support. I wish I hadn\'t bought them. Too late to return them.

I couldn't even get my foot into this sandal. The front straps are stitched so tightly to the foot bed that it was impossible to even get my foot into them without extreme force, which made me feel like the ugly stepsisters trying on Cinderella's glass slippers. I have average sized feet that are not wide and have never had this issue. Not sure what happened that day on the production line, but something went terribly wrong, especially for how expensive these babies are and yes, I did order my usual size.

Quite a few said these run narrow. I ordered in two sizes (not knowing which size would actually fit) and surprise! Both pair felt so wide that I had to look at my order a few times, to make sure I did not, by accident, order a wide width shoe. The straps on both pair were so loose that my foot moved forward in the shoe and my toes were hanging off the front edge. I so wanted to love these, but am quite disappointed. I am wondering if I received two pairs that had been previously worn, and subsequently returned to Zappos, because the straps were so very, very loose and the shoe itself felt as if it were made for wide widths. And both pair were kinda thrown into the box. No tissue paper, etc. From what I could tell, these shoes have good arch support, are lightweight and I think if the straps had been tighter, I would have kept a pair. Returning both pair.

I have owned this about 9 months (wore them for about 3 months) and they have already broken and are unwearable. Very disappointed.
