Naot Paris (Burnt Copper): These are very comfortable, but the straps across the foot are a little loose. The ankle strap helps but still could be a little tighter. I'm normally a 7 and in these sandals my foot fits the depressed footbed perfectly, so I didn't order down to 6.5 despite the loose straps. I'm sticking with them and have been happy with them for casual wear.

Wearing these shoes is like walking on a cloud! The first time I put them on I couldn't believe how comfortable they were. I bought them for a trip to Europe and intended to alternate them with a pair of brown Birkenstocks. Unfortunately, my pinky toes ended up hitting the Naot in a funny spot and they would start to hurt after a long day of walking. However, they were great to wear for shorter periods of time and were stylish enough to wear out for the evening. My foot is on the narrow side, and these sandals were the slightest bit wide. When I tightened the ankle strap enough it seemed to deal with the issue pretty well. However, it would have been nice to have a way to adjust the straps across the foot. Overall, I'm very happy with the shoes and will be getting a lot of use out of them.

Very nice sandal. Good heel height, looks good while being comfortable. Unfortunately toe area of footbed is narrower than expected and has a raised lip, causing several toes to rub. Has to go back. Darn!

I cannot believe how comfortable the footbed of this sandal is - so soft and squishy! I like the adjustability of the velcro strap. My only concern is the weight of the sandal - that will take some getting used to. Glad to find a casual sandal that offers a bit of height and some style. The peacock color is a very dark plum, very pretty and neutral. For the record, I wear a size 5B (EU 36 in this sandal). I ordered this sandal from Zappos after it was clear that another vendor (whose name begins with "N", that I'd ordered from a week earlier still hadn't delivered. Zappos, your fast shipping rocks!

I really wanted to have the fabulous experience others talked about with these shoes. The first pair I ordered (39) was too big for my 7-7.5 feet, so I exchanged for the 38. The arch support is cushy but it doesn't seem to hit exactly right for me. I also have a bunion on my right foot that the strap hit just wrong, and a different strap pinched my small toe on the same foot. The shoe might have worked anyway with time and stretching out, but another part of my foot met another edge of the shoe and rubbed uncomfortably. I would say the shoe runs true to size and is a true medium -- great if your foot is medium but not so great if your foot is wider than medium. I ordered the peacock leather largely because I couldn't tell what color it was online, and now that I've seen the shoes, I'm extra sorry I have to send them back: the peacock color is a deep, slightly shimmery aubergine. A real knockout color. I wish these incredibly cute shoes would have been perfect enough to justify the price.

These are adorable and amazingly comfortable at the same time! The shape of the straps is cute from the top and the color will match a lot of different outfits. Nice to have comfortable sandals I\'ll be able to wear to work. The only down-side is that I wish the arch support was a little higher.

These were quite comfortable right out of the box and they fill in a gap between fancy and casual sandals. The sole isn't as wonderfully comfy as other Naots I own and the style makes the foot look a tad wide, but I definitely wear them when I need a little height and will be walking significant distances. Good compromise sandal.

Overall, I recommend this sandal. While it\'s not the most stylish sandal you can buy, it is cuter than most comfort sandals. It has good cushion and support (although not as good as Mephisto). One complaint is that the outer strap rubs against the outer side of my small toes and has caused quite a bit of irritation. It\'s resolved with moleskin, but if I spend this much on a pair of sandals I want them to be pain free! If you have even a slightly wide foot, you might avoid a style such as this, with straps that might rub at the toe.

I wear a 4.5 C and this shoe in a 36 fit me well. In the past I had avoided Naots because they all seemed to run narrow, but this is not the case with the Paris. The footbed of this shoe is really pillowy and comfortable right out of the box. The only thing I don\'t care for is how round the toe is instead of being either squared off or angled down toward your little toe. It looks a little weird, but not bad enough for me to return them.

These shoes are so well made. the black patent (shiny) leather keeps them feminine, as they are not a strap little sandal. They are solid shoes with total support. I wore them all over Europe touring, walking for miles. My only problem was with my own foot, a bunion that the shoe rubbed and got sore, but it was not the shoe. I would have liked them to be a little more feminine looking but overall they had both comfort and fashion in a walking shoe.

I have problem feet - fasciitis and bunions - and these shoes feel heavenly! The sole gives some height, but is stable and wonderfully cushiony. Only problem is they do seem to run rather wide. I have a fairly wide foot and even with bunions they are a bit loose across my foot. Would not be good for a narrow or "normal" medium foot.

I just took these on a trip and did a fair amount of walking. At first they were very comfortable but after a while my heels were burning and blisters were starting. I think the design of the shoe allows your heel to slide some. My husband thought they were a bit dorky looking.

I bought these for a trip to Europe that included rural France and a couple of days in Venice. I also took with me a pair of sneakers, a pair of ballet flats, and some high-heeled dress sandals. I needn't have bothered - the temperatures were higher than normal, and these sandals were the only ones my feet were comfortable in. They went on French country walks, all over Venice, and even out to dinner. They are a little clunky, but a big shoe is in fashion right now anyway. I bought the size 40, which was right for my US 9 1/2 feet.

I love Naots, particularly the Kayla sandal. This fits somewhat differently in that the arch support is not as good. I wear orthotics and the Kayla give great arch support. These are good, but not AS good. The footbed is cushy soft and really nice. I decided not to keep these though since they don't have as much arch support as I would like. The copper color is really sharp. As for sizing, I am a true 7 and the 38 was perfect.

I'm comparison-shopping for sandals to take to Italy in July and do lots of walking around in. So far these are the winners. They've beat out the Dansko Surraya, the Teva Kayenta, and the Privo Cailin, even though they're more expensive. They both look and feel better than the second two, and they fit better than the Surrayas did (the straps at the Surrayas' forefoot were way too big for my feet, though admittedly my feet are bonier than average). I didn't give them five stars, though, because I think that for $138, Naot might have figured out a way to make them slightly better looking. They're cute enough considering their comfort level, but tan would flatter many people's skin tone more than the colors available. And the footbed could be shaped a bit less like a boat without sacrificing any comfort. Overall, though, I'd recommend this shoe.

Good shoe, comfortable. I found it a little narrow but wearable. Would give it 5 stars if it was cut true to size.

I really like these shoes, they are stylish, with a little height, pretty comfortable although, they could use some padding in the footbed, this is my only complaint.

Peacock is a beautiful color! Ordered these shoes for my Mom for Mother's Day. She loves them but found them a tad narrow across the top and rubbed a bit on her big toes. She thinks with some wear the soft leather (and it is very soft!) will form nicely. Great thing about Naot shoes is the replaceable foot bed! I think I might order myself a pair, too. When ordering euro sizes, order one size up, my mom is a 7.5 but takes 38 euro. I am a 9.5 but wear 41 euro.

I really wanted to like this shoe: it's pretty, the 'metal' color would go with many outfits, it's very lightweight, the footbed is comfy soft suede, and it fit well. I wear a 6.5 and ordered down to a 6. The only problem is that the stitching around the heel of the left shoe (where the footbed is joined to the sole) rubbed my foot, and I could tell it would become very uncomfortable if I tried to wear them for any length of time. Not something I could live with, since I was buying these to do lots of walking in Italy this summer. Oh, well--back they go. Thank goodness for Zappos free shipping.

When traveling, it's tough to find a sandal that is comfortable enough to walk in all day, but still looks good enough to wear out to dinner. I wear size 9 and this sandal was very comfortable, though the footbed was a tad big. The service was outstanding. The shoe wasn't available at first, but Zappos emailed me a couple of days later when it was available. I ordered it that morning and it arrived at my house the next afternoon!

Beautiful sandals. The foot-bed is very comfortable. My orthotic would not fit because the heel of it is too thick. Great fit, except that on my feet, the area over the toes was too loose. I think I will try a different style with adjustable toe area. The "peacock" leather is a beautiful color!

A friend told me about these shoes after I told her how cute her brown pair was. Unfortunately, the brown ones were out but I desperately needed sandals for work and play and supportive shoes were the plus. I was surprised at the cost but took a chance. They are very comfortable; the color is different but seems to match lots of things I wear. I like them and will figure out in a year’s time if I should get another pair.

I ordered Naot Paris for a girlfriend's getaway where I knew we were doing quite a bit of walking and I wanted something comfortable but with some style. The metallic color is great, even better looking than in the pictures. And, the shoe is cute, though a little bit clunky looking. The footbed is very comfortable and I sprayed it with suede protector before wearing to keep it looking nice. I did get a blister on my right little toe after the first day of walking for a few hours. Subsequent wearings haven't caused any blisters, so I'm hoping for no problems from here on out. I would have rated it 5 stars if that blister hadn't popped up. Thanks for the fast shipping, Zappos!
