I'm the wide side of 9 1/2 so outer strap continues to eat my little toe Fell off them a couple of time walking around Italy. Bottoms comfy but ended up wearing my minimalist Cydwoqs with better results

Super comfortable, and a little dressier than most Naot sandals, with the small heel. I'm a little concerned that the leather will stretch out over time, but I've always had good experiences with Nato.

This shoe is very pretty and felt soft and comfortable when I put it on. However, the sizing is not the same as my previous Naot (Pamela.) I wear an 8 and 39 in the Pamela was perfect. In the Paris, the 39 was a size too long, and the straps over the toe area were huge, as if made for someone with a fat foot. Very disappointed. I'd exchange for the 38 if there wasn't so much excess room over the toes.

Nice and comfortable but didn't have the steep arch support I was looking for.

I ordered four different pairs of black sandals from Zappos, and finally settled with this pair. I can dress it up for work, or down for casual with pants. The foot bed is traditional Naot; heel height perfect for me, and easy on/off Velcro (although there is too much of a trend in this direction). Lightweight too!

I have those awkward feet where sometimes I wear a 36 and sometimes a 37. Naot also seems to have variations on its size as I first ordered the "Sophia" in a 36 and it was way too small, so I ordered the "Paris" in a 37 and my foot was swimming in it. So I reordered the "Paris" in a 36 (didn't bother with the Sophia as I really liked the Paris styling once I received it in the incorrect size), and it was a perfect fit. I am leaving for Europe in a month and wanted a stylish shoe that could handle cobblestones, and the comfort and construction of the Paris seems to fill the bill. Thank God for Zappos and its no-frills return policy. With my small awkward foot I frequently have to try on multiple pairs of shoes to get the right fit.

These are extremely comfortable and well-fitting, but the medium width is too narrow and pinched the outside of my foot. I am not fond of the shiny patent edge around the footbed, either.

Loved the look of the sandal, and the fit is great if your foot is a bit narrower than mine. The back strap hit the side bone in my foot and it just wasn't comfortable. But I would recommend these for everyday sandals that look great, and have nice support.

I never write these and then I realized how much I depend on them! Very cute shoes...I'm going to Italy for two weeks and need comfortable shoes for the cobblestone streets to go with both dresses and pants; Zappos has been amazing on this adventure. Saw these and had to try them despite some of the negative reviews. They dug in a bit just walking around the house, I can't imagine whole day in Rome! Had to send them back. My quest continues.

Very comfortable shoe, pinched my left little toe at first (my left foot is actually bigger than my right) but next time I tried, it was not a problem. It is like walking on a cloud.

Extremely comfortable, but looks too dark and heavy for what I was looking for. I have small-ish feet (size 6), and it feels like there is just too much heavy stitching and wide strapping. I suspect that for people who wear bigger sizes the balance works better. The 37 is listed as a size 6 but it's too big, I definitely recommend at 36 if you usually wear a 6.

These are the only Naots that have given me a problem. (Maybe bunions affects this) but my baby toes hurt when they get squeezed into the strap spaces. If the straps were designed as one piece instead of two, it would have been perfect. For those without bunions or whose baby toes don't happen to fall into the open spaces, it'll be perfect. Too bad couldn't be returned since it started to hurt after a full day's walk.

A stylish and very comfortable shoe. The foot bed on the outside of the straps is wider than I thought it'd be. It makes me feel like my feet are extra wide but it's clearly all shoe. A little bulky. Overall happy with them.

I wanted so badly to love these sandals. I spent a lot of time reading reviews, and they're pretty pricey. The problem with them, for me, is that they are a little bit too narrow. I can wear 10W or 10 regular, but these does do run slightly narrow. I've been wearing them for a few months now, so they're as worn in as they're going to be but they still rub my little toes wrong every single time I wear them. Also, I wanted sandals I could walk in. These give me friction burns on the bottom of my feet whenever I walk in them too much (anything more than a usual day's work). They're still good quality shoes, and nice looking but for the price I wanted them to be perfect. They are not. Softspots Tatiana is a more comfortable choice.

We are traveling in France and Italy this summer, so, of course, I started obsessing early about what shoes I would wear. I have problematic feet -- the soles of my feet get really sore really easily and I need good arch support. I tried so many pairs of sandals before I landed on this one. It is really comfortable (I am already wearing them all day long at work), and fairly stylish (compared with other "comfort shoes" that look really clunky). The straps are flexible, not stiff like some of the other brands I tried and totally comfortable (and I am really particular!) I have several pairs of Naots now and in sandals I always order a 38 (7) even though in most shoes I am a 39 (8). Like the brand, love Zappos!

Although the shoe is very comfortable and I like the style, it runs big. I can normally wear a size 6 and I ordered what was the size 6, but was sent a European 37, which seems much more like a 6 1/2. Although I kept the shoes, they are noticeably too long and I have to tighten the strap a lot, until I run out of velcro. Thus, I'd be careful if you are a small size 6.

Beautiful sandal, great looking strap layout/design. Very comfortable. Just one complaint - the strap should be longer so that you can cover up any exposed Velcro. I would have bought the sandal in another color, but did not want any uncovered Velcro to show, so I only bought it in black.

They are HUGE in the toe area. Weird. Very comfortable but they seem to run large.

The leather was stiff and rubbed on my pinky toe immediately. I tried to wear them in the house for a while to see if they'd soften up, but they didn't. Darn it. I have several pairs of the Naot Kayla and they are perfect in fit. But, these just didn't work for me. They're nice looking. Maybe it was just this pair. But, they're going back.

Very comfy sandal. A bit on the frumpy side but, in this case, practicality beat my fashion sense. Extremely comfortable from the first wearing and great for situations with a lot of walking, which is why I purchased them.

Sole not as cushioned as I expected from reviews, and the arch is a little less than I would have wanted. However, they stay on very well and don't rub anywhere, are overall comfortable.

Naot Paris is real good 'as an almost barefoot as a sandal can be shoe'. The shoe is comfortable, and the straps do hold in the right places. It does run just a little wide & long: about a 1/4th size. The Steel leather is a good blue denim shade. The leather could be a little firmer for it to be a "5" star.

The shoes are comfortable and cute, but it took some days and a few blisters (walking hours on stone streets) to break in. I have a small foot and the 35 fit much better than a 36.

Looks good on but took a bit of breaking in to keep the strap from chafing. The patent leather dresses up the look.

I have a very hectic itinerary in Europe coming up and wanted a sandal that can withstand long hours of daily walking on hot cobbled streets. I have small feet (size 5 in dress shoes) and flat arches. Ordered this shoe in 36 but was too big so got the 35 in peacock purple. The footbed is awesome! Soft and cushiony with enough arch support to prevent my plantar fasciitis from recurring, feels like I'm walking on a cloud. However, the top of the right strap pinched my pinky toe. Also, the heel the straps were loose. On my small feet, the shoes look a bit clunky. But it's not easy to find such a comfortable footbed for my flat feet so I'm keeping the shoe, hoping that the toe strap will stretch out. The loose heel straps can be tightened by the local cobbler.
