These sandals are called "Paris" and I bought them to spend three weeks walking around Paris in July. The weather was hot and they quickly became the favorites of the three pairs of shoes that I bought for the trip (including Mephisto sandals and Go-Lite sneakers). They are comfortable, cushiony, have great support, have a nice suede footbed that absorbs sweat and they look reasonably chic. I walked miles in them all day every day on cobblestones, gravel and asphalt and never got a blister or sore feet. I also own other Naots that look more like Birkenstocks and some that have a little heel. Those styles are a bit narrow across the toes on me and have straps that are too loose, but this style is roomy in the forefoot and snug enough in the straps. I give them an A for Awesome.

I was worried about all the straps rubbing and causing irritation. Only the strap over the arch has scratchy stitching, so I applied thin self-stick moleskin to the underside. All the other straps have a soft lining. These are the most comfortable dressier sandals I own. I love the removable insoles. I added a tiny bit of extra support under the arches, so it doesn't show.

Very comfortable and relatively cute. I have plantar fasciitis and very high arches so I"m really picky about support in my shoes. These shoes are very comfortable, relatively supportive (much more than other similar sandals), and look good for their level of support. No break in time. The velcro isn't obvious either.

This is my third pair of Naot sandals (three different colors). They are comfortable from the first time you step into them. I purchased my first Naot sandal in 2009 and walked all over Paris, Florence and Rome and never had sore feet. I used to have problems with plantar fasciitis but not since I started wearing "great" shoes and sandals. Zappos customer service is the very best! I have ordered shoes one day and have gotten them the next. The free shipping both ways is a bonus. Hats off to an excellent business!

Nice, very comfortable shoe with great arch support. As others have noted Naot sizes aren't consistent with most other brands - I typically wear a 39 in Dansko and the 40 in Naot fits very well. Colors hard to judge on-line - peacock just looks dark brown.

Like everyone else...I love these sandals. I needed some Shoe Stretch over the little toe and then they were perfect!

These sandals are beautiful but...not enough arch support for someone with a very high arch and plantar fasciitis. I am looking for some neutral sandals that I can wear all day on a trip that will include a lot of walking in hot, humid temperatures. Although these sandals are very well made and comfortable, I just don't think I would be able to wear them all day without my plantar fasciitis acting up due to the inadequate arch support. Hate that I have to return these!

These Naot Paris sandals are extremely comfortable, and look just as pictured on the website. The removable footbed makes it possible to place orthotics in the sandal. The Naot footbed is thicker than my orthotics, so I bought a simple insole at Kmart and put it under my orthotics. This sandal runs narrow, which is perfect for my AA width. The size runs true. the ankle strap adjusts with velcro, so the fit is never too loose. The rubber soles and heel are just the right height to look feminine and wear with dresses or shorts. I chose the burnt copper and the faint copper color piping gives the sandals an elegant look. Very well made, with no rough spots to chafe the skin. I have worn them for several weeks now, sometimes the entire day, and they have not stretched, so they keep their size and width. I might buy another pair. Even without my orthotics for my flat feetand plantar fascitis, they are comfortable.

I have a hard time finding shoes- especially sandals - that are comfortable. I have ball of foot issues, arthritis -you name it. A friend recommended the Naot brand. This style appealed to me. I wore them out of the box and couldn't have been happier with the style, the fit, the comfort. I bought another NAOT style - Sandy - they fit like a dream, too. The Sandy is more of a slide and I bought it in two colors - coral and steel blue. I think I am set for a few years - and my feet could not be happier!

These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. I have "feet issues" and will never look to another sandal maker again. Pricey but worth it.

I have discovered Naot shoes about a year ago. And can't wear any other brand of shoes anymore. My feet are the happiest in Naot. This pair I've ordered in French Roast, which is beautiful color. This shoes are extremely comfortable from day one, offer great arch support. I can spend a whole day on my feet in these shoes and don't even feel them on.True to size. Great shoes, worth every penny. + Great customer service from Zappos.

I wore these all day nearly every day on a two week trip to Turkey, perfect for long distances in airports, city streets, and even the ruins in Ephesus. These give enough support for walking on stone that I didn't need to wear the athletic shoes that I brought. If you are looking for just one shoe for travel, this is a good pair. I was impressed with the fit, the leather was soft and the straps did not cut or rub.

This is my 3rd pair of Naot's...all are very comfortable and have no problem wearing all day long. This shoe goes well with most colors and modes of dress.

I didn't think it was possible to look good AND be comfortable when it came to a dress sandal but this NAOT does both! It has a high enough heel so you don't look like you have a clunky, "comfort", looking sandal on, it actually looks fashionable! Soft footbed conforms to your foot and absorbs sweat so you never get that slippery feeling between your foot and the sandal. True to size. Definitely a keeper!

This is an "all day" shoe! Works perfectly for me even with my super flat arches, overpronation, and os naviculars. You've probably guessed it's hard to find just the right shoe, but this is it. I'll wear it all summer and fall.

These are one of the best looking comfort shoes I've seen. They don't work well for me though, as I can feel the hard raised areas where the strap insert under the foot bed. Since I'm loosing the fat pads on the bottom of my feet and I'm more sensitive to pressure sensations, the shoes may be perfect for someone else. I'll have my friend try them to see if she'd like to buy them. I'm so disappointed, as their distribution of body weight across the whole foot is wonderful!

I really loved these shoes. I had to return them because it rubbed my bunion on my right foot. Otherwise, I'd have kept them. Very comfortable and cute. Good support, cushioned insole, and well made. I'm disappointed they didn't work out.

These shoes are so comfortable. I bought them to break them in before a trip to Europe and they felt perfect the first day. They have great support and are cute. I really love them!

I have awful feet. I have extremely high arches, and they collapse and roll my ankles if the shoes do not support the arches. I also have sesamoiditis. I live in either tennis shoes or Merrell Jungle Mocs. Summer - and dressy events - were always torture for me. I need stiff soled shoes with super high arch support. My doctor was able to have my custom orthotics fitted with a Naot corkbed insole to slide into these sandals. I will nit lie - they squeak a little (I put a little mineral oil on the plastic bottom of the insoles from time to time). But they are heaven. The greatest part about is that I get complements on them! These do not look like orthotic sandals! I wore them to a formal event recently and was on my feet for eight hours. To wake up with no pain the next day was nothing short of a miracle. God bless Naot. God bless the shoe designer who had the foresight to design stylish sandals that can accommodate custom orthoics. I love you, Naot! Also, I have now had these sandals for over two years - they have stood up to the test of time.

I like these sandals. They have extra width for a more comfortable fit and are very stable when walking. They did not require a "breaking in" and were fine for several hours the first time I wore them. The arch support is good, and the heel height is also good for my high arch foot. I would recommend them for a woman who needs a slightly wider toe box than we usually get in American made shoes. This is my second pair of Naot shoes (the other is a Mary Jane), and I will be looking at this brand first when I need new shoes.

These shoes have excellent support in the arch and rocket bottom gives good support in the forward foot area. Oh so comfortable and good style all in one sandal. Heel/sole height is also a plus...not too flat...not too high. Will be good walking in all day. Ankle strap gives that extra support to ensure sandals stay on and not flip flop around. Really impressed with the styling and comfort. These are just as supportive as my Mephisto or Dansko fits. I did order one half size larger as I tried them on at the store and Naot seems to run a bit smaller in length than I am use to...so I ordered a size 40 rather than the usual 39.

Really comfy and cute. The 9 fits and I am usually a 9.5. I have a bunion and this sandal has a strap that goes around it. Nice heel height - not flat, but not so high that I can't walk around. Looks okay with a skirt or shorts. This will be my new travel sandal.

I love this shoe! I have been dealing with horribly painful plantar fasciitis for over a year now and no shoe has come close to being pain free... until now! This shoe is fashionable AND comfortable; which is incredibly hard to find when dealing with PF. I can wear these for 15 hours (all day long) without feeling any pain. I just recently wore these on a trip to the LA Zoo walking up and down the hilly roads and found I never had foot pain. I have had these shoes for less than a month and I love them so much that I have ordered 2 more styles from Naot. These did require a little wear to stretch the leather, but this was not uncomfortable and only took a couple of days. I am normally a size 8 to 8 1/2, but based on other reviews I ordered a 9. The 9 is perfect.

I'm grateful for this shoe that provides comfort and style for my arthritic feet! I can even use my orthotics in them when taking the footbed out.
