This is my 2nd pair of Naot Paris. Last year I got the Steel which is really a denim color and this time I got the Linen. I wanted a pair of nude sandals and since I wore the Paris so much last year I gave this Linen a try. Love the color! The sandal is out of the box comfortable for me, really good arch support, soft footbed. I am a 9.5-10 and the Naot 40 fits me perfectly. In other brands I am sometimes 40 or 41. I like having the support of the velcro ankle strap rather than having a flip-flop or clog style. I am a fussy shoe wearer since having foot and ankle reconstruction a few years ago. I now have 5 pairs of Naot shoes overall. I've had zero issues with the velcro or leather stretching out with any of them.

This is a really beautiful shoe and I love Fitflop...but this style is way too wide and sloppy on my foot. Will return sad to say.

This shoe seems very comfortable, but the photos of the leather color are completely off. It's a very dull grey lizard leather, not the bright, almost silver color depicted. So it's going back.

Okay - I received the Paris in Metal Leather -- wonderful color and when I slipped them on my feet - they fit like a glove! I have a somewhat narrow foot - so usually sandals that don't adjust are too roomy at the top of my foot. These cradle my feet, have a very sleek look to them. They will go with everything. I normally wear a 9 and the size "40" is a perfect fit. I have a pair of black leather Naot sandals that I got 8 years ago and they are still going strong! Happy that my sandal shopping is finally over! (I am sure that Zappos and their wonderful shipping department is also happy!)

I just got these shoes out of the box, tried them on and have decided to keep them. I have had issues with plantar fasciitis and spend most of my time in Birkenstock Gizeh size 38 or Keen Venice size 8, as the Keens run a little short. I got these in Steel Metal in a size38. The adjustable Velcro strap across is perfect for my feet. The straps across the front are a little snug and I can see how they might cause blisters. I plan to have my shoe repairman use a stretcher on them and then they should be fine. I love the Steel Metal leather. I plan to wear them when I travel in Italy this summer and I am happy to have the chance to break them in before I go. They feel very solid and have a comfortable footbed with nice arch support. These sandals are lightweight and not at all clunky. It is nice to have a little height and style to go along with the comfort. These are very versatile sandals.

I wore these sandals all over Italy for three weeks and they handled cliff walks, cobblestones streets, slippery decks all while looking cute and feeling great. The color is perfect...sort of a mix of gold, silver, bronze...with a burnished look that keeps it from being too anything. They have the look and height of heels but walk like a flat - only better because the thick sole lets you walk over any surface without feeling a thing. The shoe is very stable as well- no tendency to turn on uneven surfaces. I love these shoes! And my husband likes them too.

I am very happy and satisfied with these shoes. I wear them every day to work, where I have a standing desk so I stand most of the day and my feet feel fine at the end of the day. They are dressy and stylish.

I have to return them. I loved the look and the fit was great but when I started to walk in them the strap is too high and cuts under my ankle. I needed them for Disney World and cannot have them fitting that way or I will get blisters.

These have been ideal all-around footwear for me. I wear them with capris and long pants all spring/summer long. They are perfect in my casual p/t office setting which includes an equal mix of sitting, standing walking, some lifting and bending. I often wind up at the park or on a short trail walk with the kids and dog and they are up to the task. They can go anywhere - downtown strolls, travel, summer parties. I have had this pair for two years I can't seem to put any wear on them that shows. My high arch is well supported, which is why they work for me in so many settings for so many hours a day. The straps are a little loose in the fore foot, but not sloppy. The velcro ankle strap allows me to put in or take up slack quickly as needed. I will say that, at a size 10B, they do look vaguely orthopedic on me in shorts and very clunky with a skirt.

I wear a size 8 (38) but Naot says this 38 is equal to a 7. Fits my slightly wide foot fine (there is a Naot line for wider foot, but I don't know how to find out which ones). I have 3 pairs of this shoe, they don't put pressure on toes.

Amazing. Right off the bat I wore them on vacation full time. Sexy enough because of modern metallic design. Never a feeling of discomfort. My foot is wide. They worked and I felt they are true to size.

These shoes feel AMAZING. They are my first Naots, bought at the recommendation of a friend--the footbed is soft but with great arch support. The straps are perfectly fitted, no rubbing or biting into my foot anywhere. I love the heel on these. They make me feet look lovely! I wish the video had shown them on actual feet.

I bought them for a trip to Paris (ironic) about a month before my trip so I could "break them in." They felt completely like a part of my foot after the first wear. I have lower back problems and found that to be no problem even after being on my feet for hours at a time. I love these sandals and am going to buy the additional inserts because I know they will not wear out for a very long time. They seem expensive but when I consider that these are the only shoes I have worn for almost three months they seem like a bargain. Now it's time to buy some Naot shoes for fall and winter!

I agree with the other reviewer. Best. Sandal. Ever. This shoe is insanely comfortable. It holds your foot securely in place, with no slippage; adjustable strap guarantees that. The sole is incredibly comfortable. The "peacock" color is really more of a brown; but the shoe is so comfortable, who cares what the color is! amazing, even for a Naot.

I have 2 pair of these shoes, but these felt large and straps hurt my sensitive foot. I usually wear these in 39/8, but again, a bit long. Wonderful if you have hammer toes on outside of foot (near baby toe) as the strap is behind the toes. This pair is going back.

I wore my first pair for 3 years and just replaced them...same color, same style. Comfortable to walk in for hours, no break in needed. They look good with casual dresses and pants.

I have tried so many sandals, so many different brands but at the end of the day my arches hurt. These are THE most comfortable sandals EVER. My feet don't get tired. Love, love, love these shoes.

I bought both the Metal and the French Roast leather earlier this year, have worn them a couple of times a week and so far, so good. They fit fine and are quite comfortable. The nonadjustable forefoot straps fit my low-volume, average width feet well and I have not noticed stretching; it would be a problem if they stretched much wider. Because I have been unable to find a sleeker, dressier Naot style to suit me, I'm about to order these in the black patent. They'll be chunkier than what I really want in another pair of black sandals for work, but at least I know they are likely to fit comfortably.

Well, I broke my rule, which is not to wear my new footwear outdoors until I have decided to keep them! I tried these sandals on as soon as they arrived and never took them off - that is until I retired for the night! They were so comfortable, attractive and easy to wear.

These are the best shoes ever! This is my second pair of "Paris" and I can walk all day and not notice they are on my feet. I have walked through amusement parks and have complete comfort. I have high arches and these conform to your foot within a day. I also get lots of compliments on them. I am a size 7 and wear a 37 in Naot.

Great price and a comfortable shoe. I wear hard molded orthotics and these shoes allow their insertion. No slipping out the back. Love these shoes.

THIS! This is THE sandal. I have tried and returned at least six other pairs of sandals this summer, trying to find something versatile and comfortable and cute enough to be the ultimate summer sandal. This is definitely the one. Perfect right out of the box! The color works with EVERYTHING. It really does feel like walking on sand. And it is not too wide for my foot, which is on the narrow side of medium. LOVE these sandals.

I love these shoes. I own two pairs, tan and the black. Great arch support.

I love Zappos! I do! These worked out perfectly for me. I use my own custom orthotics. Even after replacing the footbed they are so comfortable. I can tell they are going to wear well. I bought the metal color, which will match everything, dressy to casual.

These are nice shoes and the burnt copper is a neat color. The front straps are not adjustable - just the ankle strap - and they are are just slightly tight. I decided against them because I know that after a while they will start to blister on the little toe. But they are lovely comfortable shoes so if you got them wider or had narrow feet they might work out just great for you.
