The Most Comfortable Tennis Shoe Ever..... This Canvas Tennis Shoe is the most comfortable tennis shoe I have ever worn. They are light-weight and washable and great for travel. I've been buying these shoes for the past 15 + years.....They are hard to find......but thanks to Zappos....I have a new pair!

Women's Tretorn Nylite Canvas - I love Tretorn’s and have worn them for years! They are hard to find and I love that Zappos has so many colors and styles available.

Tretorn’s - A Classic! I wore Tretorn’s in college in the seventies and was so thrilled to find them at Zappos -- with my latest purchase of the "green" pair; I can match nearly any outfit I wear. The shoes are perfect for casual wear -- I have even worn them with casual skirts. I buy a half size bigger than I would in a dress shoe -- mainly because I do wash my canvas shoes, and I think they may draw up a teeny bit in the wash. I love my Tretorn’s -- they are so comfortable and they bring back great memories of those preppy college days. Well, I guess I'm still preppy, but others would enjoy wearing them too!

Found My Sneakers - Years ago I wore Tretorns all the time and loved them. Couldn't find them for years - finally did - after random searches over the years - and there they were at Zappos. I love them as much as ever - a slight glitch when I first put them on - but I've walked in them a few times and they're great.

I Love Tretorn - I have been playing tennis for nearly 40 yrs. and Tretorn is the only shoe I will wear on the court. Finding Zappos makes it easy to buy Tretorn as many of the stores no longer carry them. I am well pleased with the service and the shoe.

I have wanted a pair of these classic navy-on- white Gullwings ever since grade school just because they are such a cute and straight-forward design. But now I know they are also extremely comfortable. Immediately after receiving them, I wore them all around NYC. It only took about two days of all day wear for them to relax and take shape around my wide feet. Now I can wear them with or with out socks. The only downside is that they started to get scuffed on the first day of wearing them. I love how they look white so for me these are more to wear around town than to walk my dog on the dusty country road where I live.

Great Sneaker - Tretorn sneakers are terrific. I'm glad that I can finally get them. They look, feel and wear great. I had ordered them from you before and had to return them because they were too tight. This time they were perfect

Great Shoes - I can't find these in stores so I was thrilled to see them on Zappos. They are the only shoes I can take right out of the box and slap on my (short, wide, hard to fit) feet and not suffer during the break in period. My feet are so wide I have to go up half a size but they are the most comfy sneaks ever.

CLASSIC - I wore this same shoe years and years ago. I love them. I had forgotten all about them until I was looking at a catalog and went straight to Zappos to order them. I would love to have all colors. They look great and feel wonderful. The cloth shoes wash up great!

Solid shoe - I got a pair of Tretorn Gullwings in 1975 -- and they only expired last year. Sturdy, well-constructed shoes with better support than the 70s versions. Probably better for narrower feet (mine are wide: the fabric body Tretorns are find, suede are a little tight).

Great shoes - These shoes were a gift to a friend. She and I grew up wearing these and both loved them as kids. We work in a younger environment and wonder why the shoes have not made a come back? She loves the shoes as do I and hope they make a come back soon.

Great classic shoe that is finally available again. And they are as comfortable as they were 20 years ago when I was a teen. It's fun to have them back in the closet!

Just like I remembered them! I love these shoes! Very comfortable; the first shoes athletic or otherwise that didn't give me blisters the first time I wore them! I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding comfy shoes. I think I'll order another pair . . .

Loved them!!! These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I used to buy them in the past and then had a hard time finding them. I was happy to that Zappos.com started carrying Tretorn’s. I feel like myself again with these shoes on.

Tretorn’s--Perfect - Comfortable, classic, clean. Looks good on any age, any time of the year. The perfect tennis shoe.

TRETORN'S - There is no athletic shoe for women like Tretorn's. I have worn them for years because of the fit and their looks.

My old friend has returned!! For a long time I wore the canvas Tretorn and loved them----but-----for a long time I could not find them in the stores. Finally I asked my daughter in Atlanta if she was still wearing the disreputable canvas Tretorn’s she had and she said "No, I got new ones" so that is when I found out about Zappos. I have two pairs of leather ones, but love the canvas. The arch fits beautifully, but the tongue needs to be about 3/4 inch longer. I am so delighted to have them and thank you for the free shipping and prompt delivery.

Classics, love them! I have always thought Tretorns run a little long, so going down 1/2 a size is a good idea. But I love these shoes!

My Tretorns - My Tretorn Nylite canvas sneakers are the best shoes I have ever owned. I buy them all the time in assorted colors. They are my choice for all my summer casual wear. I wash them in the washing machine and hang them to dry. They always look fresh, new & clean.

Love them! I loved these shoes 20 years ago and am thrilled to own a pair again! They are so comfortable, they are like wearing slippers. They also look very cute--with shorts, capri's or jeans. They look clean cut and "crisp".

Tretorn gull wing shoes - I was sent exactly what I ordered. The shipping time was great. The only problem is they do not come in wide widths and that is what I need, so I will be giving them away. I used to buy Tretorns at a shoe store that no longer carries them, but they had them in wide widths. If you ever start making them in wide widths again let me know. Thank You

Tretorns revisited - I have been searching for Tretorns for about two years- I was so excited to find them and they are just as I remember (except the inside is the same color as the gull wing- it used to be white). These shoes take me back to eighth grade and I love it!!
