I was very surprised that these were too wide for me, as I have worn them before. I am wearing a larger size now than when I previously had them, and that seemed to be the difference. To make the shoe work for my narrow foot, I had to adjust them beyond where the straps were meant to go. Sadly, I returned them.

Pleasantly surprised! I have a hard to fit narrow foot. My size 10 foot is somewhere between a narrow and super narrow, and the ankle is more narrow than the front. These three adjustable straps make this sandal fit like a dream. This is a very well made, sturdy sandal. I walked so many miles in these with no problem when they were brand new. Great walking sandals for hot weather! Not the cutest shoe but I love them!

Really wanted these sandals to fit. Appear to be very well made. They were perfect on my left foot, but I had major surgery on my right foot over 20 years ago and still experience excessive swelling. The strap over the toes pinched even when it was expanded as much as possible. I liked them enough I'm going to try for a pair of men's.....

I was worried that some recent changes in design might make these shoes less comfortable than my old Yucatans. I think the shoe is a bit narrower than the old ones, but they fit me well and I was able to take a long walk in them right out of the box.

Great sandals very comfortable. Highly recommend them. I wish they made wide. Great brand. Please make wide shoes.

Great Buy! I live in NYC, & I’m a disabled senior! Finding comfortable supportive shoes, is not, the easiest thing, under the sun, for me! &, in the Summertime, the heat & humidity, in NYC, is extreme! Also, the sidewalks, & streets in my area, are very difficult to navigate ! Treacherous to the: MAX! A strong pair, of airy comfy sandals, can be a BIG +! They are very classic in style/color, & they stay put! Excellent Choice! I highly recommend them! ?????

OMG my first pair and definitely will be the first of many. I am only 52 and recently broke my hip that required emergency surgery. We live in CO and I wanted some good fall shoes with amazing grip and comfort and these are IT! At first I thought, well, that's a lot for "sandals" and already had good winter hiking shoes, but I wanted something for the other seasons. My 75 year old mother has been swearing by them for years and I'm so glad I finally wised up. Buy these with total confidence. The only comment I will make is one that has been previously posted and it's the inability to tighten around the toes but since my shoes fit perfectly, it was only something I noticed and did not affect my enjoyment of these shoes.

I absolutely love this shoe. They fit beautifully, have great arch support and last for years. I will buy them again and again.

This is my second pair of ECCO Sport Yucatán sandals. The first pair lasted 8 years with frequent wearing. I have plantar fasciitis and need good arch support, and these sandals allow me to walk with ease. The Velcro straps are terrific, because you can adjust whenever necessary. Arthritis causes my feet to swell at times, but I can modify the sandals for comfort. These are great sandals, and I am very pleased to have purchased a new pair on such a good sale.

I've had this style for a few years now and they started to look ragged. My 6-year-old granddaughter asked me if they were the only shoes I owned! So I bought a new pair. To my surprise, there were no break-in spots or anything. Comfortable as soon as I put them on, and I'm hyper sensitive. So pleased and well worth the price considering that I wear them every day in the summer.

I have owned three different pairs of similar Ecco sandals. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 Narrow ( good fit for me is Naturalizer brand). Even though this is a medium width, it adjusts in three places, across the toe (important for narrow feet), at the ankle and behind the heel. The footbed is very comfortable on top and a sort of tire tread rubber bottom. I walked in them for 8 miles, almost all pavement and had no problems. These are by far my favorite summer shoes. The arch is moderately supportive but I decided to add a gel arch support and it makes these as good as the best gym shoe. Wearing shoes is too hot during the summer heat spells. But most sandals lack any support. My most recent order is size 39 in the Yucatán model, color: atmosphere/ice white/ black. My last pair was brown and it makes them look too clunky. The beige color is better but the trade off in looks is well worth the comfort provided. I will buy these again.

My fifth pair & they did not disappoint. Bought my usual 42 for my size 11 foot and slid into the supportive comfort I’ve come to expect. If you walk a lot, this is the shoe for you. Replace my track shoes in the summertime. Highly adjustable to your individual foot and last forever. I think my oldest pair is well over five & has more miles than some cars. Win!

2nd pair I got exactly like this one. First pair was 9-9.5 M, what I always wear but was way too small. Returned that pair and got these that are next full size up. Fit perfectly and I never wear a size 10-10.5M. They really do run small a whole size!

read all the reviews . have some foot issues. so I figured I would give them a try. they are undoubtedly the best sandals I have purchased. I live in a tropical climate so I wear sandals just about all year long. they hold my foot in place and do not move around like other sandals that my foot is sturdy in. I have narrow feet. So if you are going to buy one pair this would be the ones to choose. I will be ordering another pair.

These sandals are very comfortable and I can wear them without pain in my knees or hips.

I think I'm in LOVE!!! I have tried several other, less expensive, brands hoping to find active sandals to fit my 11 Narrow feet. All had to be sent back. Today I received these ECCO Sport Yucatan sandals, and I'm in heaven. There are enough adjustable straps to get a PERFECT fit. Although they are a hair more expensive, there is no price to put on having comfort on my feet. ALWAYS ECCO from here on out! BTW, they look stylish too!!!

I have these sandals in other colors. They are so comfortable. They are not the nicest looking sandals but at my age (66) I go for comfort rather than style. I have a large bunion on one foot and this shoe does not bother me. Just so everyone knows, these are not white and should not be advertised as such. They are more of a pewter color with white flecks. However I still think they could be worn with white pants

I have leg and foot issues. With these shoes, I can walk with minimal discomfort. I love the look and material. Bought the aubergine on sale. Bought the blue discounted even more. I'm now hooked on Zappos.

These are the very best sandals that I have ever worn! Since they were on sale at a great price, I purchased them to keep in reserve since I wear them daily during the summer months! However, they last for years before needing to be replaced.

I have been trying to replace a pair of Teva sandals that are 15+ yrs old, so I really really really wanted these shoes to work. But I can't get them adjusted snug enough for my narrow feet and a size smaller would be too short. Alas, I have to send the back.

I love these sandals!

These shoes were a perfect fit - until my feet began to swell later in the day in hot weather. Then I realized that the 3 adjustable straps are actually 2! The crucial one over the toes can be cinched tighter but does not loosen up. The fabric lining beneath the leather adds to comfort and non-chafing, but it keeps the strap from having any give or adjustment options like the other straps have. Sadly, sadly I had to send them back. :(

this is my 4th pair. I use them for travel, and walking in the summer. Not suitable for steep hiking, but fine for most walking. Comfortable, and i have never gotten a blister or rough spot on my feet in years. After about 300 miles, just like a trainer shoe, they lose a little push back on the arch area. style wise, well they are what they are. good looking for a sports sandal, clunky for dining out. Not expensive for what you get; feet that do not hurt.

Like several other reviewers, I have a number of foot problems (bunion, plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma) and have not been able to find comfortable sandals for years. I love love love these Ecco Yucatans. I had them on for an entire day when I first got them and literally forgot they were on my feet! They are adjustable three ways and cover the really ugly part of my bunion without pressing on it. The insides of the straps are soft and don't rub. I am so happy with these shoes. Highly recommend for anyone with foot issues.

These are great shoes. Very sturdy and supportive like a tennis shoe. Unfortunately the arch support wasn't quite high enough for me. With my plantar fasciitis and high arches, I have to have higher arch supports.
