The toe strap was too narrow for my foot

They are exactly what I wanted. I wore out another similar pair I had for years.

These fit as expected because I have ordered the style earlier...our new puppy damaged them...so I reordered this pair that is similar. I appreciate the footbed that helps keep my pronating left foot in place, so my heel doesn't slide and strain my ankle...and the arch support is needed for my flat feet. The straps adjust well, but I find that most similar straps are a bit long...better I suppose than being too short. The style is attractive, the fit is good, sturdy shoe, good for walking and standing.

These replaced a pair of similar Ecco sandals...puppy damaged one. I do prefer the style with another strap. I like and need Ecco's deep heel cup and supportive footbed due to fallen arches and a left pronating ankle. The footbed keeps my foot and heel in place ...no slipping to further stress my left ankle. The heel strap works for my narrow heel.

Really soft inside and comfy shoe. Would love to have kept these, but with European sizing... I struggle. The "toe grip" line was too far up my toes to be comfortable, the arch just slightly out of position for my normal size six foot. Seriously a lovely shoe if it would have been a half size smaller.

I had ordered these because I had a pair of this style previously, which I liked. However, because the straps are leather, instead of the cloth of my other pair, I can't wear them because there is not enough give to accommodate my bunion. They need to be returned, unfortunatey.

I have a much older pair of these in another color and just love them. I ordered the same style and size, but will need to return them. There must be a quality control issue because they are shorter in length and tighter in fit! Really a cute style, but I am very disappointed in these new ones.

I tried a number of different brands and styles looking for a warm weather walking shoe. This one was perfect out of the box. Comfortable, supportive, none of the straps rubbed in the wrong place, etc. Might have to get more in other colors when they become available!

These sandals are well made and felt comfortable at first. However, wearing them for a short time the arch did not match mine. I think a smaller size might be better. So I checked your website and none were available, so I am returning them.

These sandals were supposed to be new but they are worn. There are obvious signs of wear as well as a few spots. I am greatly disappointed with Zappos and I am returning them.

I love these Ecco sandals. Very comfortable, stylish with good arch support. I had to return these because they were too short. I compared them with my other Ecco sandals, and they were shorter. Perhaps sized incorrectly???

I ordered 2 of the same size and style in different color. apparently one is a newer model, which felt good, fit and comfortable ok, but color (RED) looked plasticy... this one -the off white, was from a previous model (?) and was too short in the toes area. both had to go back. they R very well crafted, comfortable and ok arch support- altho I wish I could wear my 1/2 orthotics with it...

These sandals felt shorter than my ECCO Yucatan Sandals. I have two other pairs, so I compared these to my others, and they were definitely shorter, so I returned them.

Though these have support and are rugged, I found the foot bed too hard, and the arch made my feet tilt in strangely. Not every comfortable shoe is comfortable to every foot. Thanks Zappos for your return policy.

The footbed was kind of curved around the edges and for the first few days it kind of pushed my side toes upward and felt like there was not quite enough room between the footbed and the strap for my pinky toe on one foot. I kept wearing them anyway, and after 4-5 days, the footbed had compressed more to accommodate my foot. I am an 11, but a full size 11, so it is not unheard of for a shoe to be a hair on the small size for me. They are otherwise very comfortable and look great. I usually walk about 4-6 miles every morning and they are holding up well. I thought they might look a little "old lady" but my husband likes them on me. My only complaint is that I wish they had more catch support, and that the arch support was slightly more forward.

I wanted walking sandals sturdier and more waterproof than my Naot sandals and softer inside than my Keens. I read the reviews, tried these. The sizing felt normal but I found the footbed hard, with a high arch that somehow tilted my foot in. Just passing my story along. Thanks Zappo's for your return policy.

This is my second pair and my second review. Wonderful sandles, bought 1size up so my big toe didn’t hit the “lip” at the end of the sandles. I wear a double A, and the Velcro straps can be adjusted to fit. Ordered a second pair so I could rotate them so they would last longer...and am afraid they will quit making them. Please please don’t discontinue this style!

I wanted to love these. However, they rub uncomfortably around the toe area, where there is stitching under the neoprene. It looks like the top is adjustable but the neoprene is fixed, and strap can only be used to tighten. I wore them around the house for a few days before venturing outside but the amount of rubbing was not evident until after going on a long walk, so sadly, they are no longer returnable.

This is a continuation from a previous review of the larger size, which is being returned. I have a narrow foot, shorter instep, but medium to high arch. Add plantar fasciitis to the mix, and it makes shoe buying difficult. I believe I will keep this size. It still doesn't get me the total support I need, but for occasional wear, without a lot of standing, I think they will be fine. They look very cute on the feet. I will continue to search for a more supportive sandal though. I'd like to get out of sport shoes during the summer.
