Aside from the excellent product quality and features, this purchase was actually an exchange for a different size. It was well after the original purchase date and the invoice was not to be found. However, the Customer Service Rep at Zappos could not have been more courteous and accommodating in providing the means to make the exchange. This included a shipping label to be used to return the original pair prepaid. Additionally, the new pair were at my front door in 2 calendar days. It's this sort of customer service that results in the ultimate in customer satisfaction. Thank you,Zappos!

There is a reason that these shoes have been around for so long. They are really comfortable! I had been looking at shoes with extra cush that help with lower back pain like Airmax. My son recommended these so I tried them. They are awesome. They seem to give you an all day foot massage by being form fitting along with just the right amount of cush!

These are my first pair of Birkenstocks and I am very happy wit them. They are well made and so supportive of my feet. I'm definitely interested in getting some more!

I bought two pair of these shoes for my male friends. I ordered them in what they each told me was his shoe size (9 and 13). When they arrive, both pairs where too big. I exchanged them for the next size down for each (8 and 12). When those arrived they fit and were much enjoyed.

Ordered these as we all know they are back in style! I always wear a size 6 so I ordered the 37. They were way too big. Ordered the 36 and they were perfect. Not the most stylish looking sandal, but comfy and fun to wear for summer.

I have worn Birkenstock sandals for years and have never been disappointed. I like the Arizona better that the soft suede because they tend to hold their shape better and give you more support. As for the sizing I looked at the chart and they listed a 9½W as a 42 regular. The 42 regular fit perfectly and the adjustments on the straps took care of the width.

I have size 10 feet that are pretty wide, and I'm on them all day long for work, so I definitely seek comfort in my footwear. I'm so glad that Birks are back in style! This particular style has classic appeal. I originally got a size 41 which stated that it was for people with size 10-10.5 feet, but I found them to be too big and they flopped around on my feet when I walked. Also, when my heel was in the cup, my toes were too far back, and vice versa. I have since returned them for a size 40 and have found that it fits my foot much better. My toes are extremely long so they definitely hit the top edge of the shoe now when I walk, but it's a minor annoyance, and overall the shoes fit like a glove. I've only worn the shoes out twice, so they are not broken in yet (still sort of stiff), but I expect to give them plenty of wear time this summer. Hopefully these will be shoes that I have for years to come!

Aesthetically they're not my favorite, but they are so comfortable I don't want to wear any other shoes. My feet are pain free and happy after long walks or standing for long periods of time when I wear my Birks. Having high arches I didn't think that I needed arch support, I was wrong and it feels excellent.

I absolutely love my Birks! They are so very comfortable. It took a few days to get used to the way they fit, but they end up molding perfectly to your feet over time. They are cute, comfortable, and definitely great quality. I am in love with them. I do advise you to size down, as they run large. I ordered a pair in 37 because I am usually a US size 6, but I had to return them in exchange for a 36. And now they fit perfectly.

For a shoe this classic, no reviews are necessary. Runs true to size. Forms to your foot after multiple wears. Very comfortable (absolutely perfect for traveling). I have really high arches and these are still very comfy for me. Versatile style. These last forever!

Best investment! The Birke-flor is by far the best leather choice because the leather doesn't get any creases and it maintains its shape wonderfully. I don't have narrow feet; however, I recommend getting a narrow size. I'm a size 7 and the 37 fits great! Just enough room to move around!

First off please know ZAPPOS is a first class company with amazing customer service. I am rarely impressed with any company enough to guarantee I ONLY buy their products but this is one of few. Second, these shoes are super comfy, look great, and are constructed well!

I'm very happy with my purchase. I was very hesitant to order the "Birko-Flor" because I wanted the leather, as well as something as durable as possible. The "Birko-Flor" is very similar to leather, is tough, and seems like it will hold up great. I also ended up ordering the narrow size, which for my (normal) size feet was fine. I thought I'd be disappointed I couldn't get the leather (out of stock), but I'm more than happy!

This shoe is perfect, as expected. It's comfortable, and durable. Birkenstock makes wonderful shoes, and the Arizona is pretty great. I love the Birko-Flor too, it's easy to clean and keep new looking.

I got these for my brother for his birthday. At first we was unsure of them, and thought about returning them. But, as soon as he had them on and was walking around, he loved them. He now wears them almost everyday and sends me pictures of how much he loves them. So comfy, and fit straight to your exact footprint. Also, supportive, which isn't easy to come by!! The size was also true to what it says.

I like these a lot! I've never owned Birkenstocks before, and these truly are comfortable. I wound up sizing down. I wear a size 8 regularly (I'm a lady), so I bought what the chart said was my size (39) and a size down (38) just in case. I wound up getting the 38. I have pretty wide, very flat feet, so I hope this helps my archless brethren.

I ordered these for my 62 year old daughter. She was thrilled. She said she can walk all day in these. She wears a 9 1/2 so I ordered her a 10.

I was hesitant to pass on the full leather sandal but the Birk-Flor has proven to be a great choice! Boyfriend, who is a long time Birkenstock fan, loves these and uses mainly as house shoes. The reviews drove my decision - thanks!

Love this sandal! Get so many compliments on this pair of Birkenstocks. The black is a great choice and matches everything. They are so comfortable I never want to take them off. They did take a little time to break in (could not wear them for long periods of time), but once they did they've been great ever since. I even walked 10 miles in them one day!

I'm a faithful woman's size 10R. After reading the reviews, I decided to size down (40N). I probably could've gotten away with a 41N, but I'm glad I sized down. These get super comfy once broken in, which didn't take long to do at all.

I bought these shoes for my 17 year old daughter. She wears them with fuzzy socks and loves them. This is one fashion trend I don't quite get; however, these sandals have been around a long time. I especially like that you can tighten or loosen the straps for a better fit. Zappos continues to rock!

Fits like a glove. Was experiencing onset plantar fasciitis and was advised to wear Birkenstock shoes and/or insoles. They have been a God send!

You can never go wrong with Birkenstock! So comfy and stylish at the same time! Love them!

They're wonderful! True to size, great durability thus far, and form to fit and support my feet just brilliantly. Love them! Also, I chose excellent arch support below, but please know that I mean they have really good arch support, not that it's ridiculously high or anything. Just that it does a good job and hits right where I want it to.
