I've had these shoes for more than two years now and this is definitely one of my favorite purchases. I even got my whole family hooked on Birkenstock! I first started looking at hear shoes when I was experiencing really bad knee pains - probably a result of wearing high heels at work and non-supportive shoes off work. I did a lot of research and decided to go with a pair of Birkenstock to wear during the summer months to help with my knee pain. This has since become my favorite shoes and I wear it everywhere - great fit, fantastic support, super comfortable and not too ugly (heh). One note: be careful wearing them in the rain. If you do, make sure you stand them up against a wall to dry properly.

I have two pair of this style shoe. For both pair it took trying on two different ones to fit my foot correctly. The form around the toe was off a little and was under my toe instead of beside it. But once I got the right shoe - they make my feet feel wonderful!

My favorite pair of Birkenstock sandals so far. Perfect fit! Previous pairs had an uncomfortable break-in period, especially the straps, but these were soft and pliable out of the box.

Took some time to break in the footbed. But overall great spring/summer sandal.

These sandals are great. This is the first pair of Birkenstock's I have purchased. I'm very pleased. I have pretty sweaty feet and the material of the insole keeps my feet dry. The sandals are comfortable and the fit is great. As an added bonus my order arrived a few days ahead of schedule. All in all I am very pleased.

WOW! I had ordered these shoes with 4-5 day shipping, and it came 2 days after I ordered. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes and so happy I chose to buy from Zappos!

my current pair of Birkenstocks were looking tired, and I had a Zappos coupon. I found a pair I liked but it was only available in narrow. I have always bought wide shoes, and wasn't sure that they would fit. I did a chat on-line and the help desk sent me a link from Birkenstock explaining my exact question and answer. I was able to buy the pair that was in stock and they fit perfectly. I have to wear rigid shoes due to arthritic toe issue, and to find the Birkenstocks on sale AND a coupon made my day! AND free shipping too!

I have flat feet and these sandals have great arch support. The sandal is stiff at first but breaks in fairly quickly.

These Birks are great! Very comfortable and very short break in time. Super pleased with this great value!

These are replacements for my 10 year old Arizonas, so I am quite familiar with the quirks of Birks. The footbed makes my planar fasciitis fade away, and happy feet trump stylistic considerations.

Unfortunately shortly after receiving the birks I injured my foot. It's almost healed. Both pairs of shoes seemed to fit, I followed the sizing instructions on the website. My only complaint was with the shipping. A large part of the problem was my fault. When I saw 4 to 5 day free shipping I was happy. After waiting 8 days I rechecked the webpage and saw 4 to 5 working days, I guess I saw what I wanted to see. From day of order to delivery it took 10 days. I'm sure fast and free shipping by itself is not definitive. I buy things periodically from china, I don't think any of these items took 10 days to deliver.FROM CHINA! No, I do not feel ripped off. Nor do I feel that I was cheated or scammed. My message is decide how badly you want your shoes and choose your shipping mode accordingly. thanks, I hope someone sees this.

Birkenstock Arizona is a terrific sandal! I love wearing them with jeans, and probably every casual summer outfit I put on. Birkenstock's rock! And Zappos.com is fabulous for customer care. 5 Star Rating for both!

I think this is about my fourth pair of Arizona Birkenstocks. I absolutely love them and how comfortably they mold to your feet. This is the first time I haven't ordered leather. I always wear out the soles before the leather uppers look very worn, so I decided to try the non- leather since they are less money. So far, I love them. They look great and are equally as comfortable.

I love my Birkenstocks! The Birko-Flor looks very much like real leather. The size chart was accurate in helping me find my correct size in European sizing.

Nothing beats the original! My 5th pair, can't imagine not having a pair of these.

I love them. I do wish I'd spent the extra money to buy the all leather ones, but these are very comfortable and feel great on my feet.

Love these sandals. It has been many years since I have worn a pair of Birks and I'm glad I came around to them again. I haven't taken them off since I received them! They are super comfortable and not much of a break in period to go through. I knew they ran a bit large so I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear and they were perfect. Very happy with these babies.
