I was initially against the birkoflor because not wasn't authentic. The material though is soft and there's no break in period. I've had these about a year and have loved them Evey time I wear them. I can wear them with pretty much anything. I always have to buy wide widths and these worked great, although not all Birkenstocks have the same base even if they are marked the same width, like the Mayari runs smaller than these.

These are my husbands first pair of Birks. Bought them for an upcoming trip to Europe with lots of walking. Took a couple weeks to break in but now he loves them. For him they ran true to size.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I've been been wearing them almost exclusively for a few weeks now. They weren't super comfortable initially but now that they are broken in I see why they remain so popular. I'm in my third trimester and my feet swell throughout the day, my feet feel comfy and not at all restricted in these sandals. I've walked miles in them and my feet aren't done for by the end of the day, I really appreciate the arch support now that I'm used to it, before this I wore mostly minimal shoes with no support. I'm a 7-7.5 in shoes and don't have wide feet so I ordered a 37 narrow. Even with my pregnancy swelling my sandals feel roomy and comfy. I got a cork sealer from amazon to protect my sandals and so far they still look brand new. I will definitely order more pairs in the future. The quality is absolutely worth the price.

I really like these shoes. I think they look great and I love that they aren't leather. I ordered the narrow and I am very glad I did. The regular footbed would have been far too large, my friend ordered the same shoe at the same time with the regular footbed so I had the opportunity to try it on as well. Her foot is a little wider so she liked it but for me it would have been far too wide. She did have to punch new holes into the straps on hers to tighten them enough.

I love these shoes! I wish they were work appropriate because I never want to take them off. I even keep them in my car so I can change as soon as I get off work. I am a size 8 and I ended up getting a size 38 Narrow, the 39's were almost an inch too big. I dont have particularly narrow feet, but these felt most comfortable to me. The wides were not very form fitting. I think if you were to order these I would try them on in a store before ordering through Zappos, just to make sure you get the right width and size. However, if you choose to order them online, Zappos made the return quick and painless, and I had the size I needed in a blink. My go to shoe!

Love the sandals but not the regular width. I tried the arizonas on at Nordstrom and they looked great. They must have been the narrow version because these felt so wide and looked way different to me. Sending back and getting the narrow. Zappos makes it so easy to return so no problem!

Very comfortable and look nice

I love these! I am on my feet all day long and they are beyond comfortable-- especially on my wide feet. I do think they run big. I sized down a whole size.

Birk's are my favorite! I've owned so many pairs I can't count. These fit and look like all the rest I've had. No complaints!

I have always purchased the leather Birkenstocks in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised at how much softer the straps of this shoe are compared to the leather ones. I will always buy these from now on. There was no break-in period and the width was perfect.

So I've been suspect about these sandals for some time now and finally decided to LEEP!! I'm truly glad that I got off the fence because they feel great on my feet and the color of this Arizona style fits my world just perfect! Even got my wife a pair as well!

Would have given comfort 5 stars however the shoes do need to be broken in.

This is a great, sturdy shoe and stylish as far as Birkenstocks go. It didn't take too much time to break them in. Love!

I wasn't quite sure how I would feel about this style. But once I received them in the mail and put them on, I was in love!! They have been my go-to shoes since I got them and have helped greatly with some joint pain that I've been experiencing. Cute and comfy. What could be better??

These are the best! Second pair of Birks for me but first time in this style. I love being able to slip them on and off with ease. So comfortable and great for circulation problems!

These shoes are so comfortable! I had to make sure the straps were secure, otherwise my foot/toes slid forward over the edge of the shoe. However, once they were buckled correctly, I had no problems and they were true to size.

I love these. Ridiculously comfortable, especially for a high arch. The inside of the straps are very soft, and the edges don't cut in. I originally ordered the women's 9.5-10 size and needed a 9-9.5, and I'm normally a 10 in women's shoes.

I recently purchased these because I wanted a black pair of the Arizona-style to go with the brown leather pair I already owned. One thing I didn't love about my brown pair were how loose and wide they were. I wondered if I needed a smaller size, although they fit how they were supposed to heel to toe. I noticed the width information on Zappos stating that the narrow width would fit a normal width foot, so I gave it a try and WOW. The narrow width fit my foot like a glove. Also, I haven't had nearly the same issues with breaking this pair in that I did with the other. For the record, I am a solid size 9 with normal width feet, and I bought a pair of size 40 Birk's with narrow width and they fit perfectly. Also, the Birko-Flor material looks and feels like leather to me, but I won't be so paranoid about wearing them in wet conditions.
